They overcooked the onion rings. Big time overcooked.
Otherwise it was great hot fresh food nice folks working there

Fast, Easy, Hot Food, Cold Drinks, Non Half Melted Ice Cream, Nice Workers, 5 Star experience. My only issue, is they always forget my Extra Gravy with the Chicken Tenders, always. I respect y'all still tho, even tho I end up having to eat 1 dry Chicken Tender. : P

Side Note: If I go back up to the window, they'll give me the Extra Sauce they forget, free of charge. Thanks guys. < 3

The staff is friendly and helpful. Easy access from the highway. Nice parking. It is comfortable but very limited number of tables.

It is rather clean. Men bathroom has changing table.

Like any dairy queen, it is cheap and good.

We have a DQ Grill n Chill in our town of wauseon 11 miles away but have been driving to this store because it's always clean, the food is always served warm - hot, and the BIG thing is that the fried food has been prepared in FRESH oil. Unlike the wauseon store that serves fried food that has either a rancid or fishy taste, THIS DQ has food that always tastes fresh! Go figure since the restaurants have the same owner!! Years ago the wauseon store just shined! Not sure what happened there but refuse to go back there and have instead made the napoleon store our "DQ of chouce" for now, even with the cost of gas making it more expensive to get there! We have been very loyal customers at the wauseon store and hope there can be marked improvement there, but until then - bravo to staff in napoleon!!!

Friendly service!! The lobby is open and so are the restrooms! Very clean too! Thank you!! Nice to be able to stop and eat somewhere and use the restroom and wash your hands!! Great job DQ!!

They've really cleaned up the store and the products provided were outstanding. I remember enjoying it in high school so much to watch it fizzle out. It's great to see them really get it back together!

They have great ice cream kid make me take them here every Friday after school

OUR TOAST IN OUR CHICKEN STRIP BASKET HAD A LOT OF BUTTER AND IT WAS BEAUTIFUL!!!! I was sitting in the back seat and the lady serving me was on it! She handed it back to me and even gave me a smile and nod! The food was outstanding and my blizzard was great! We came to DQ after realizing how terrible the Wendy’s was and absolutely did not regret it! Thanks for being amazing DQ and shoutout to the girl who was running the drive through window with the red hair and braid! Absolutely unbelievable scenes we’ve seen on this eve!

This place usually has great food, and it's usually fresh when I get it. There is usually a bit of a wait, but if you're patient it's worth the experience!

One of the cleanest dairy Queen's I've been to. The staff an everyone there is really nice. The food an ice cream probably the best in Napoleon

I placed an order for a ice cream cake and the lady personalized it for my son's birthday and decorated it as well! Was really nice of her and my son loved it!

The drive thru was packed. We went inside and the girls working were doing an amazing job! They worked fast and non-stop the 20 minutes we were there.

Had a flame thrower berger and fries today. Absolutely the best.
