I worked with Robert to find my home in the Santa Clarita, CA area. From day 1 my experience with Robert has been nothing but par excellence. He sought to understand our needs from our personal preferences for homes, schools, commutes, and neighborhood activities. We were not familiar with the area, but I had a few places in mind. Over the course of a few days he systematically made the appointments with sellers such that our arrival was well planned and our trip was meaningful. He helped us ask the right questions, never forcing us, but always accommodating.
When we made our decision to put forward a purchase agreement, Robert very diligently read through all the background documents related to the new home. He even found a very important detail regarding the homeowners association that I overlooked. Had he not found this situation, we would have been inheriting some difficulties post-posting. Without my involvement (but keeping me informed), he worked with the seller and the seller’s agent to resolve the situation.
Robert also worked all stakeholders to ensure documents were delivered on time and with completeness. This includes the mortgage company, title company, seller, seller’s agent, insurance company, and inspector. Typically a lot of this burden lies on the seller/buyer, but Robert skillfully handled most of these transactions.
After the sale, Robert has continued to be in touch with us, ensuring that were are well situated. This demonstrates that he is quite interested in the well-being of his clients, and not just the financial transaction.
On a personal note, Robert is a very pleasant person who demonstrates utmost professionalism. He enjoys his work and builds relationships. He will go the extra mile when you don’t expect it. Robert will be proactive and always keep you informed. I have bought and sold homes in the past, and Robert is by far the best realtor I have had the pleasure of dealing with. When it comes time for us to move again, I hope to enlist his services again. It is without reservation that I would recommend him to any potential buyer or seller.

My wife and I decided to sell our townhouse in Tarzana, California. Robert came highly recommended by our neighbor who also sold his townhouse with Robert. Robert Angstadt is the most professional and effective realtor my wife and I have ever known. He listed and sold our condo in Tarzana in 6 days and could not have done a better job. Robert stayed on top of every aspect of the sale, explaining all the paperwork, helping with the inspections and walking us through every step of the closing. He was always available, usually in person, to answer our questions and facilitate the process. Everything about the sale was smooth and effortless, due, in large measure, to Robert’s diligence and careful attention to detail. He is a superb listener and proved his commitment to exceeding our expectations. We could not have been happier with our home sale experience.
