My experience with Dr. Ridgway has been nothing short of professional, experienced and wanting the absolute best for his patients. He takes the time to understand your goals and in depth explains how he can help accomplish them. He is also very honest with his approach and while he will accommodate what his patients want, he will also advise if he thinks it might not be necessary for you and the outcomes you’re looking for. His patients truly come first. So very happy and thankful that I found Dr. Ridgway and his team!

I am delighted that I found Dr. Ridgway! I was nervous about getting face surgery, especially after seeing many bad results online. However, Dr. Ridgway delivered beautiful results for my facelift and rhinoplasty. I am very happy I trusted him throughout the process. The team is wonderful, and the nurses were very supportive before my surgeries and during my recovery. Dr. Ridgway is definitely the best face cosmetic surgeon in the Seattle area!

I am 72 and now look a decade or two younger I Recieved a Jaw Re-defining facelift , Lower eye blepharoplasty, and CO2 laser treatment. The whole experience went very smooth. Dr Ridgway is exceptional, truly a gem. Not only is he very personable , But he is an extremely talented perfectionist As well. The staff was and continues to be kind and competent. I highly reccomend him.

The only thing I can say about Dr. Ridgway is that he is a master of his craft. Listens to what you want and will give you his honest and professional opinion. I had some work done last year and at first, I didn't know what to think after the surgery but almost a year later, I am absolutely thrilled with the results. So don't be scared to do this kind of self-care. Totally worth it. I highly recommend him for anything from Botox to a full-on facelift. He's the only cosmetic surgeon I trust. His office is pretty sweet, and his staff is awesome! 5 Stars.

Dr. Ridgeway is an absolute godsend. I was an incredibly challenging cases because of a botched septoplasty at 19. Now in my 40s, I had the time and resources to undergo a septorhinoplasty and address the breathing challenges I have had for my entire life. Despite having 2 jobs and a grueling work schedule, I am elated that I made the decision to fit the surgery in.

Every single step of the way, Dr. Ridgeway was there.

At pre-op, I was impressed by the tour of his immaculate, state-of-the-art office and hear of his intense training and top qualifications to handle ENT plastics cases.

Dr. Ridgeway is an aesthetic and functional ENT genius. The surgery took *seven* hours. Dr. Ridgeway took care to make sure my breathing difficulties were completely addressed and I could walk out of the surgery feeling fine after being under anesthesia. Plus, but my nose looked amazing - it was not a cookie-cutter job. I still looked like me but with a straighter nose.

When I had an asthma attack during recovery, Dr. Ridgeway monitored my situation closely and worked with the ER doctor to make sure I was making the right medical decisions. I am very grateful for how he handled that unexpected issue.

For the very first time in my life, I can BREATHE. This is how everyone else feels? Really?! I can't tell you how immensely grateful and life-changing this is!

After years of struggling with insecurities related to my nose and double chin, and undergoing Kybella twice alongside multiple rhinoplasty consultations with doctors who simply weren't the right fit, I made the decision to undergo septorhinoplasty and MicroLipo chin liposuction in December with Dr. James Ridgway. The moment I stepped into Ridgway Face & Aesthetic Center, everything felt right. The office was not only beautiful but also impeccably clean. Upon meeting Dr. Ridgway, I became certain he was the perfect choice. His profound knowledge and personable demeanor stood out. He listened attentively to my concerns and preferences for my 'new nose' before creating nose simulations to ensure the result would harmonize with my face, look natural, and enhance my appearance without appearing overdone. It was perfect.

The surgery went smoothly, and the post-operative period has been surprisingly comfortable, with minimal swelling and pain. Today marks 4-weeks post-op, and my recovery process continues to be smooth, thanks to the attentive nursing staff and regular follow-ups from Dr. Ridgway.

The team at Ridgway Face & Aesthetic Center exceeded my expectations. If you're contemplating facial cosmetic procedures, I couldn't recommend him more! Worth every single penny; I just wish I had found him sooner!

Dr. Ridgway took the time to really listen to what I had to say and didn't make me feel rushed at all. I thought I already wrote a review and shame on me now that see I did not! I had a pretty bad face laceration on my lower lip, went to the ER for stitches, and had a hard time finding a doctor that deals with face lacerations in all of Seattle. My PCP suggested I find a plastic surgeon, which I was very hesitant on doing due to the cost, but I was in pain, worried about the potential scar, not to mention my self esteem was way down. I contacted many and was turned down by everyone except Dr Ridgway. Not only did he take me in immediately, he shared stories on how he can relate to such trauma and is aware how difficult it is to find the right person to help you heal properly, with minimal scarring. I've been working with him for about a year and a half now... doing small steps, but very important steps of managing the healing process, and I am so very grateful I found him. He's made me laugh, he's made me cry, but most importantly, he's gained my trust 100%. I have been referring him to everyone I know. I highly recommend giving him your time.

I have struggled with insecurities related to my nose since childhood. When my personal and financial goals lined up, I started to do research on plastic surgeons in the Seattle area and ultimately landed on Dr. Ridgway. I am now one month post-op, and I am more than thrilled with my results. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Ridgway and his staff have exceeded all of my expectations (and that is coming from someone who works in the medical field). I can confidently say that Dr. Ridgway has changed my life.

I had septal perforation and was in the tough situation of finding a surgeon who could successfully fix it, due to the difficult nature of the surgery. Note, the perforation was luckily under 2mm. When I found Dr. Ridgway, I knew he was the one who could do it and trusted him so much. And guess what: he fixed my perforation (August 2023), and the recovery was SO easy for me. 0 pain, 0 complications, because of how well he did.

Even my mom, who is extremely picky about doctors, adored him when he reassured her and bonded with her while I was in recovery. It’s so rare to find a doctor who truly connects with everyone. He genuinely cares about his patients and the difference he is making, one patient at a time. He is truly a master at his work and is invested. Thank you Dr. Ridgway for fixing my septal perforation!

Dr. Ridgeway is an incredibly talented and highly skilled surgeon! He was referred to me by two other plastic surgeons as he specializes in facial plastic surgery as well as facial paralysis. I have struggled with Bell's Palsy for 7 years now. Dr. Ridgeway performed a brow lift and blepharoplasty to even out the symmetry of my face/eye area. He has also been treating me every 3 months with Botox for muscle spasms in my jaw, which has allowed me to reduce the medication prescribed by my neurologist. For synkinesis, he has also done Botox on the non-paralyzed side of my face to soften the movements around my mouth and forehead so that there is not as dramatic a difference in movement from the paralyzed side.

Dr. Ridgeway takes his time at every appointment to reassess the best strategies for the best outcome. He explains everything to me, so I am always well-informed. I cannot say enough great things about him and his team!

After searching high and low, and going through multiple consuls with a number of doctors, I chose Dr. Ridgway. From the moment of walking in to the most advanced doctor’s office I’ve seen to the exceptionally detailed consultation, Dr. Ridgway, and his amazing team exceeded all my expectations. Attention and care was given at every opportunity, and even in the event that there was something overlooked, I have the doctors personal phone number throughout my entire recovery. I cannot think of something more personal than surgery on my face - I mean it is my face! Been nearly 9 months since my surgery I can honestly say that this has been the best experience I could’ve imagined, and I will be forever grateful for the care I have received. I had the best experience possible with Dr. Ridgway. I searched for 7 years for the right doctor - meeting with every surgeon in the area with “best rhinoplasty” attached to their name. I never felt like I trusted a surgeon or their skills enough to pull the trigger until I met Dr. Ridgway. However, we decided to do some lower face lipo to balance my profile, and Dr. Ridgway asked if I wanted to keep my dimples… I never would have even thought to ask if I could lose them, and if I had, I wouldn’t have felt like me. I am so grateful that he guided me through this process with such kindness and care, and I am so happy with my results. My nose looks 10x better than the simulations other doctors provided. My confidence has gone up 1000%.

Dr. Ridgway truly cares for his patient’s overall health - I am in a rigorous doctorate program and he gave me various life and school advice that has made such a difference… I just couldn’t speak more highly of him and his skills. I would recommend Dr. Ridgway to anyone seeking facial surgery and have friends currently going through the process with him. Honesty, Integrity and Kindness! Refreshing to meet someone like Dr.Ridgeway in today’s world. He will not tell you what you want to hear in order to capitalize on your business. He really does have a heart of gold and is as intelligent and skilled as they come. He loves his craft and is a true artist as well. I trust him explicitly. Dr. Ridgeway is literally the best doctor! He is very outgoing and nice. From my very first consultation I knew he was the perfect fit for my rhinoplasty. He explained everything in detail about the procedure and was very straight up, never sugar coated anything. I wanted to get my nose done, but I didn’t want it to look completely different. He understood my needs and the results were exactly what I wanted. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made! My nose looks so awesome and natural. I always recommend him to everyone. His team are also very kind and nice, the whole office vibe was just very welcoming and made me feel comfortable.

This review is quite late, however, let it be known that to this day, I will allow NO ONE to perform a facial procedure, unless my doctor is Dr. James Ridgway. I was treated as if I were a family member, with great care. The eye procedure that he performed, 9 years ago, still maintains a youthful look. I also appreciate the Botox treatments. Always done with perfection. The results you receive will be more than you ever dreamed. Thank you, Dr. Ridgway.

I had a procedure in Oct. 2022, for privacy l won't mention it. My personal experience with Dr. Ridgway and his personal has been the greatest. The staff is very kind and professional. Dr. Ridgway's surgery team makes you feel very especial and they take care of you very well before the procedure. The OR and the office in general looks sophisticated and clean.

Dr. Ridgway's personality is very interesting. What l like the most is his sincerity and the way he explain things is quite fun. He's straightforward and a perfectionist. For me, these personal traits are important to be an excellent surgeon. After 3 months since my surgery, l can see the cosmetic results. In particular, the functionality which allows me to breathe very, very well.

If l would need another reconstructive plastic surgery, l wouldn't hesitate to contact Dr. Ridgway. He's a very competent surgeon, he has a sense of humor, and willing to assist you when you need it. In few words, he's awesome !

I would give Dr. Ridgway 10 stars if I could. He performed a fairly extensive procedure on me just 2 months ago - eyelid surgery, brow lift, jaw defining procedure and co2 laser resurfacing. I am 52, healthy and take great care of myself, and I wasn't ready for the premature aging I was seeing on my face. I also didn't want to look different - just better/younger! During the initial consultation, Dr. Ridgway walked through his recommendations and answered my extensive questions. I then worked with his truly stellar team to schedule the surgery, after which I was able to then meet with Dr. Ridgway two more times at my request - just to answer other questions which came up for me, and he alleviated all of my concerns. Surgery day was incredibly smooth, and I am amazed to say that my recovery was all positive. I knew what to expect and was prepared, and I had minimal discomfort and no pain(!). And my husband tells me I look 20 years younger! I couldn't be more pleased. Dr. Ridgway is deeply committed to the best outcomes for his clients. He demonstrates such care and sensitivity all throughout. Truly incredible. I can't recommend him highly enough. I had evaluated many other surgeons prior to choosing Dr. Ridgway for this procedure, and I chose him based on his extensive experience, double-board certification, before & after photos of past clients who had similar procedures done, reconstructive work (further indicative to me of the depth of his knowledge & skill), and his and his entire team's incredible professionalism, competence and caring.
