Absolutely amazing customer service. This store is beyond respectful. Anthony, Terrell, and Tavon were amazing. They made the couch fit and never gave up. They also carried up 5 flights of steps for my apartment. The couch is amazing also! Very soft and high quality for a great price. 10/10 recommend shopping here!

This store is amazing. Everyone that works here is so helpful. The furniture is affordable but not cheaply made. I was assisted from the moment I walked in the door. I was allowed to take my time & sit on everything in the store without being rushed ! This is my second time buying from this store and both times my experience was excellent but this time it felt personal. They even celebrated my move in date with me.

These guys were awsome... my wife assured me it was a queen... and after putting it together it in fact was not a queen. They easily exchanged right out for me. Highly recommend. Great customer service.

I've bought my kids bedroom sets here and recently bought a new mattress for myself. I even went to other stores to make sure I was buying the best one for my hip and back problems! I am certain I got the best one from here because no hip pain after my first night sleep on my new mattress from here! So happy! These guys are always so helpful and easy to work with! Scott, the sales rep, was wonderful from the time that I walked in until leaving! He answered all questions and made sure that I didn’t have any questions before leaving the store. Scott even had multiple customers and knew how to juggle us all. I plan on going back to Rooms Outlet! A lifetime customer!!

They were helpful and very fast! I went in there due to canceling my order at Value City.. and worked out 15 minutes later with a couch.

I stumbled upon this place on my way to another furniture store. The salesman was very nice and personable. Invited me to lay on the couches because I wanted to make sure it was comfortable to lay on. Helped me find desired firmness but also gave me some space to think and discuss it over. I paid and saw my couch queued up outside waiting for delivery before I even walked out of the store. Received a call that delivery was on the way before I even got home. Other stores told me it would be weeks or months. One place said 2022! Delivery team was pleasant. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff!

Looking for furniture we went here. A lot of stores are minimum 8 weeks to deliver. Got our furniture the same day. We had an issue with the love seat but it was a manufacturer issue and it was resolved with a trip to the store (missing cushion and legs.)

Prices were good staff was friendly and helpful without smothering. Will definitely be one of my first stops for furniture in the future.

Walked in the young lady is very pleasant gave us the lowdown then let us shop with out breathing down our necks, when we had a question she answered with out any sales pitch. We bought a very nice sofa, and they delivered it on time the very next day, the delivery men were professional. Definitely will shop again.

This is the second sofa/loveseat combination we bought from Rooms Today Outlet. Prices are reasonable and the furniture is good quality (we still have a set in our main living area from 7 years ago, it holds up well). Staff is very helpful and friendly. Delivery is available at a very reasonable price (and are careful and friendly as well).

I wouldn't hesitate visit and purchase again for future furniture needs.

Rooms Today is such a hidden gem in the Cleveland area! All of their furniture is good quality and the prices are so affordable. They offer delivery (often the same day) and assembly, and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been pleasant, kind, and helpful. I’ve bought two couches and a box spring from them so far, and I know I’ll be back for more. I would recommend them to anyone I know for a easy and friendly buying experience, as well as good quality furniture! Love this place.

Everyone was very helpful with every question I had! Very fast delivery, and the drivers were great, they had my furniture in my place and set up in less than an hour!

I have purchased a few items from Room's Today. My last purchase was a love seat. The love seat is comfortable, sturdy, and of good quality. Their prices are reasonable as well. I also like the employees there. They are friendly and engaging. I will definitely encourage you to visit Room's Today.

I wish I could rate each individual aspect of dealing with this business separately, because if I could, I would give customer service over 9000 stars. Tim made working with Rooms Today Outlet a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Whatever he is paid, it needs to be raised.

First off... The pricing is great for what you're getting. The quality isn't the highest possible on the market, but you're not paying absurd prices either. I think the quality is good, and prices are VERY reasonable. I purchased a sofa, and couldn't be more pleased with how comfortable and sturdy it is. This place is perfect for people who need furniture and are on a budget.

The staff isn't too pushy, but they do have some sales experience. Overall I felt like I wasn't mislead. Every experience I had with them worked out exactly how they said it would. They're honest.

If you come here (which I think you should) you MUST ask for Tim. He will make the experience worth while. I look forward to purchasing more furniture in the future from him.
