She was able to get me a better price on both my Home and Auto insurance, with better coverages! Always with protecting us as their primary goal....She knows what she is doing and advocates from a strong position of experience....I have hit her out of the blue with stuff and they always respond quickly and with understanding...probably could have made a bit more from us if they were going for the last nickle, but did not, and for that I repay with loyalty, I suggest you do the same.....

Best customer service! If you call someone ALWAYS answers the phone. You can text them if you prefer that as well. We have enjoyed every minute of working with this team for over 5 years now. They make insurance easy to understand and have saved us a ton of money over the years.

In the past year I was hit by someone turning left and had some issues dealing with the adjusters on totaling an 8 month old car, and I called Nancy, and she stepped in and got things done. Then I had some major wind damage on my house. The adjuster I dealt with did not care if the shingles matched the rest of my roof. I called Nancy again and she emailed who she had to and again got the job done. I highly highly recommend her as an agent. Not real happy with Allstate but thankful Nancy is there to help.
