Arhaus The Loft

Awesome first experience here. They had a great variety of items including some lightly damaged pieces (small chips, dirty, etc) and quite a few that had no visible damage. Some corner armchairs marked all the way down to 99. I was looking for King beds and the section was a bit smaller but store associate gave me her card to check in on future stock. Overall a wonderful option if you want quality furniture at a heavily discounted price. I would definitely return!

Great selection at reasonable prices. We got a table that was originally $5000 for only $220. The staff is super helpful and friendly too.

We just had a dresser delivered from Arhaus Loft and the experience, from beginning to end, was very positive. Robert gave a call to let us know they would arrive soon. I did voice my concern regarding footwear since all of our carpet is very light in color. He politely offered to take their shoes off or possibly stop and buy protectors. Both men were considerate, responsive and of course professional. We could not have had a better delivery experience!

Our experience with Arhaus The Loft was everything g we hoped for! We found high quality furniture at affordable prices; knowledgeable people assisting us every step of the way, like Tom and Larissa. Because of The Loft, we have been able to do some remodeling and create a space that is beautiful and affordable.

We purchased several of our furniture pieces here and have always had a good experience. The store has basically new/ floor items from other stores that are shipped from all over the country. The price is just unbeatable, especially in comparison to the actual MSRP. They will receive shipments of furniture most weekdays and often have up to 30% off sales. All the furniture pieces are sold as is and final sale (except for their chandeliers, which I think you may return if it’s not working). The staff are all super nice, and shout out to Will and JoAnn who are amazing!

I had no idea that Arhaus even had a discount store. I love their furniture because it's just so beautiful. So I made a stop to check it out. The discounts are impressive. If you're looking for furniture, it's worth checking this out.

I try to visit once a month, and have managed to furnish my entire house with products from The Loft. The pricing is a significant discount off list, and they run addtitional promotions depending on the time of year. I do recommend inspecting the products carefully as some have minor damage. But it's easy to find mint condition items if you are patient. If you are a value/bargain shopper for high end products this is a must vist store. My only criticism is that the store rarely answers their phones. Ask for Will and get his cell number. He is very responsive .

Had a great experience picking up two recliners for our home. Pam helped us to test them out and get an idea for how to repair and maintain them after purchasing. Great experience, we will be back in the near future.

Recently shopped at Arhaus Tent Sale and my husband and I had a wonderful experience! William was our sales rep and he was amazing! He helped us visualize our space with different furniture pieces and different looks for our family room and dinning room furniture. Erin also helped us complete our family room with additional side chairs and bookcase. She really has an eye for design! Tom the Store Manager was great as well and made sure our store experience was exceptional and all our pieces were wrapped well for safe delivery. Overall a great furnture shopping experience and we will definitely come back to the Arhaus Loft again soon!

Great place for a great deal. Furniture is worn (to be expected at this price) but can provide an excellent value for many! Encourage anyone I know to check it out.

Ok Arhaus furniture is amazing BUT for me furniture shopping has been so much more than just "stuff" it has been an experience because of the awesome people at Arhaus Loft in Cleveland! From my amazing sales reps Erin, Will, Meredith -- to the guys in the back Jose, Randy, Phil and I know I'm missing others - and of course I can't forget the totally rad down to earth manager of the store, Thom! Everyone here has made purchasing the furniture for my very first house such a fun and exciting experience! I really consider the staff my friends now and I'm so happy I picked quality over quantity - I will have all the stuff I bought for ever and will remember each new piece and treasure my experience. Thank you all for going above and beyond helping with design providing suggestions, and more so for getting to know me and making me feel so special. You guys are the best!

My wife and I have purchased almost all of our furniture at this location, and we have always had the best experience. The manager Tommy and all of the staff are always polite and helpful when buying and picking up items. Highly recommend!

Everything about my experience was fantastic. Kathy V has been helping me for months since I moved and wanted to upgrade my couch. She is absolutely amazing. I came in knowing what I wanted to purchase. The manager Ayham was very attentive and nice. It was wrapped and in my truck within 10 minutes of me saying I wanted to take it home today. I will never shop for furniture anywhere other than Arhaus.

Had a wonderful experience on my first trip to Arhaus The Loft. Found amazing items at unbelievable prices. I also found some items that were very slightly damaged but because I loved them so much I decided to purchase them anyway and will seek to get them repaired in my town. We were passing through Cleveland after visiting family and I had my items delivered out-of-state. Utilized one of their local delivery partners for the out-of-state service and his company provided excellent customer service as well. Everyone who has written that this location of Arhaus has the absolute best customer service of any location that I have ever visited (and I have literally been to almost Arhaus store in my area) is telling the truth! The staff is kind, patient, helpful and go above and beyond to assist you in finding exactly what you need. I will hope to return soon.

This store is the perfect place to find great beautiful furniture. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. William was wonderful to work with. He was extremely helpful and talked through a variety of ideas I had and what I was looking for. I found some great pieces that I am very happy with! William also keeps me updated on items I am interested in as they come in. Great customer service and staff! I will definitely be coming back!

If you want nice furniture and are willing to make some sacrifices like dents and dings, then this a great buy. Service is good and selection changes all the time. Usually significant discounts. Make sure you check everything though, it's all final sale and some pieces are pretty badly damaged.

I love this store and the people who work here. They are friendly and eager to help in any way they can. The Loft has great deals on amazing, handmade Arhaus furniture. It makes me laugh a little to read other reviews that complain about scratches on some of the pieces, as if they don’t understand that The Loft is a clearance center and that you can basically get thousands of dollars worth of furniture for a fraction of the cost because of those tiny scratches. IT’S AN AMAZING DEAL! I’m currently sitting on my Baldwin sofa right now typing this review, feeling thankful to have access to such a great store.

Bought a nice chair at 2/3 off regular price. Nice store set up warehouse style. Helpful staff. Take your purchases home with you.

This place is a GEM! GREAT quality products at amazing prices, I have saved THOUSANDS over regular retail prices. Ask for Will or Pam when you visit they are both FANTASTIC !!

I've bought multiple pieces of furniture from here. The quality is excellent for what you pay. And that's my biggest piece of advice, negotiate! Found an amazing couch for $1150. After pulling the couch completely out to inspect we found some staining on the lower side. Manager suggested several companies we can use to clean it and knocked an additional $250 off the price. Got an awesome couch for $899 and due to the location of the stain on the side, you'll never really see it. We do plan on using our own spot vacuum to clean it but are still incredibly happy with the purchase even if it doesn't completely come out. Visited Levin's prior to here and found lower quality furniture for hundreds more.
