While I don't have real-time information, I can help you draft a review based on general expectations for a mall. Here's a sample:
Tower City Centre is a vibrant mall that offers a diverse shopping and entertainment experience. The variety of stores caters to different tastes and preferences, providing a wide range of options for shoppers. The central location makes it convenient to access, and the mall's layout is thoughtfully designed for easy navigation. Additionally, the presence of entertainment facilities and dining options adds to the overall appeal, making it a well-rounded destination for a day out. Keep in mind that your personal experience may vary based on individual preferences and specific visits.

This is my experience when I visited this mall in January 2019. It was a great place to visit and had a lovely time there. Some pictures I took as a keepsake at that time.

Tower City Center, located in downtown Cleveland, has a rich history. It was originally known as the Cleveland Union Terminal when it opened in 1927. The complex served as a bustling transportation hub, with a grand train station at its core. In fact, it was one of the city’s main train stations for decades, connecting Cleveland to the rest of the country.
The iconic Terminal Tower, which stands at the heart of Tower City, was once the second tallest building in the world, only surpassed by the Empire State Building. The tower’s distinctive architecture is still a symbol of Cleveland today.
Over the years, Tower City has seen various renovations and changes. It transformed into a shopping and entertainment center in the 1990s, featuring a shopping mall, restaurants, and a cinema. It’s a place where locals and visitors alike can shop, dine, and enjoy various events throughout downtown. It provides easy access to progressive field and the Cavs stadium through indoor tunnels built into the building as well. It is also located within the building that used to be the old Higbee building that has been transformed into The jack casino
While the transportation hub has shifted away from trains, Tower City remains a significant part of Cleveland’s downtown landscape, blending its historical charm with modern amenities. It’s a place where people can appreciate both the city’s past and its vibrant present.

We intended to go to the observation deck and found it not open at that hours. But I wasn't too disappointed because the lobby of the Tower City Center was a beautiful place by itself.
We went on a Saturday morning. Surprised to find the place very quiet even though it was above a metro station. Free to take photos without disturbing other people.

Went to Morton's had a great meal. Everything was great. Everything was fancy. Valley parking was only $20 cheaper than most of the parking around there. Anyway I fully recommend it

Ahoy, me hearties! Me recent jaunt to Tower City Center was like stepping aboard a grand galleon of commerce and splendor! This place, towering like a mighty ship's mast, was bustling with activity, as lively as a deck during a feast. The shops were as varied as the loot in a pirate's chest, offering wares to please every sailor and landlubber alike. The crew, I mean the staff, were as helpful as a trusty first mate, guiding us through this maze of treasures with ease. The atmosphere was as grand as a captain's cabin, with the hustle and bustle of a prosperous port town. Tower City Center, for its grandeur and lively spirit, earns a resounding five parrots out of five from this old sea dog!

Shop local. These shops need your renewed support.
As a new downtown resident in August ‘23 i have noticed this shopping center is growing, with new shops as it had a very rough time gaining new tenants for a while.
New dining options too, not a ton of homeless people anymore as before and security doing their laps to make sure you have a somewhat enjoyable experience. It will take time but I have hope it will regain its charm.

Good place to hangout with friends and family. There is a movie theater and a food place too. A few name brand shops can also be found like Victoria secrets and Bath and body works, footlocker, children's place etc (as of 15) not sure if they are still around. The architecture is amazing. The place is filled with guitars. The tower connects to a lot of restaurants , a bank and renaissance hotel.

Very cool adaptation of Tower City. There are weekend programs that are free and catered to families and kids. Usually free food, games and other giveaways. There are also new stores and new restaurants in the food court. It's a really cool place to visit, plus parking is discounted if you buy something inside.

This building is gorgeous. We got a little lost on our way from the hotel to the casino and wound up exploring more of it than we needed to but it genuinely is so pretty! It's very well lit and there seems to be a lot of guards ensuring the safety of guests which is nice. I would like to come back here when the observation tower is open, I bet it is a sight to see 💖

I didn't do much. I passed through to take the train. It was quite an experience. What I love most is how the place offers several services even though it is historic. Like an old woman with prestige maintaining her beauty and charisma. I love the tower city buildings too. Regal.

The casino was fun. We went for my sister in laws birthday. Inside is nice..outside had security guards to keep people away from you asking for money. Which is nice. Makes it feel more safe. And no..I didn't win..lol

This is an Excellent place for shopping or eating. It is a beautiful building with amazing architectural details. The building materials are exquisite and the details are very upscale.
It is in the center of beautiful Downtown Cleveland. The Jack Casino is right in this complex. Tower City is a historic site and was once the tallest building in Downtown Cleveland. This really is a must see.
