The Arcade

Wonderful, historic building. Incredible architecture and a stroll around here really takes you back. Some shopping but many storefronts are empty and thats a shame. This place was one of the first buildings place on the national historic register. A nice treat so visit if you can.

Top notch accommodations. Service from our Bell Hop was awesome and the valet was great! Walking distance to the Browns stadium and many other downtown locations. However it is expensive!

The mall portion seems to be maybe going under as on a Friday. There was not very many people there. Super pretty place to take pics!

Beautiful Cleveland Landmark to snap good photos for social media, very nice architecture and lights! Lots of shopping stores.

What a visually amazing building with timeless architecture very well preserved!
There were a few shops, restaurants establishments and a hotel here. We parked on the street. Looks like a great event venue or a place for stunning photo opportunities. I know you can really capture some amazing pictures inside the arcade. Cool spot. Oh oh

We stayed there for a night after going to Hilarities...such a beautiful awesome place!! I did find the valet parking to be over priced though! The bed was sooo comfortable!!!! I would love to stay there again!

This is a beautiful piece of Ohio history & it's very cool inside. For the holidays it's decorated so incredible it's a must see. You'll want to take pictures of the gorgeous interiors for sure. There are shops & small businesses inside, but all have their own hours. The hotel would be amazing to stay in.

Beautiful space and great to see it being well maintained. Hopefully more shops continue to open but there's a great lil coffee place and it's wonderful to wander around

What a beautiful place it is, it's a pity that many people don't know about it. There is a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful architecture and design. There are very few people, but if you haven't been there, definitely go, you won't regret it. The photos are simply wonderful, my children walked with delight and so did I

Beautiful, gorgeous, architecture for the early 20th century antiquarian aficionado. Three floors of Eclectic wood and brass underneath an atrium of scaffolding glass. This was a sensual experience because of the fine dining, tempting spa room, and celebration of the visual arts among the shoppers. I even had time for a short history lesson at the soldiers and sailors monument business office..

Beautiful building, it is now the Hyatt Hotel. The shops were closed when we were here. It was a Saturday. But a beautiful place to see.

This building is iconic and historic. Beautiful architecture that you do not see anymore. There are many shops and today it was a back drop for a large wedding that was having their event too. Amazing architecture.

This is a must see for visitors of the city. The architecture is unlike anything I’ve seen in America at least. In terms of shopping, there is not a lot available, but it’s still worth going to.

The Arcade is mesmerizing. I wish the area were more vibrant but this building is amazing. My one critique is that the attached hotel lounge/restaurant got a really bad 1990s makeover and looks so dated …while the arcade is timeless. Ok it’s Victorian but it’s timeless. The hotel rooms are nice for the price, though. And better looking than the lounge. Man, that lounge decor … unfortunate. Why would you do that in a Victorian arcade??

Beautiful Space. Rooms were extremely clean and very spacious, staff was attentive and friendly and great location walking distance to pretty much all the sport venues and rock and roll hall. Also near a ton of restaurants and bars. Looking forward to my next trip!

I drove to Cleveland from Lancaster, Ohio, to visit the library and The Arcade. It was stunningly beautiful.

Polite, curteous staff. Clean rooms & hotel. Great water pressure. Overall just a beautiful & fun hotel to stay at. Great location. Walking distance to stadium and downtown. Definitely would recommend traveling with another person & safely when walking.

Fantastic experience! Worth the money for many reasons! Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful 1890s style hotel with modernized rooms, comfortable beds, clean rooms, large TV. We opted out of the 42$ valet parking and used the 20$ garage next door. Access to lots of places on foot from the front and rear entrances. Several shops inside including bar and restaurants. Walking distance to rock and roll hall, progressive field and the science center. Highly recommended!
