There has to be a pretty good motivation for me to write a review of... my dentist's office... but this place is amazing.

Dr. Lu is wonderful and I really appreciate that he's not always pushing intervention like some dentists-- he has a very moderate approach and doesn't pressure you!

His office staff is also EXCEPTIONAL! AJ is so knowledgeable about all thing insurance and just goes above and beyond to make sure you're getting the best price. They're very communicative, responsive, and helpful.

This place is just great. Also there is a little TV to watch whatever you want during cleanings, which is a nice perk :)

I was very nervous about my visit due to a lot of anxiety about dental experiences in the past. I feel like I have finally found a dentist I can trust. The level of compassion I experienced from not only Dr. Lu, but also the front office staff was nothing short of exceptional. I played music during my procedure and Dr Lu had fun right along with me to make sure I was in a good place, and explained any questions I had while the procedure was going on and made sure to check in with my throughout.

I started Invisalign with Dr.Lu on Feb of 2023 for my gap (completed by Feb 2024) and I’m pleased with my results. His team at the office are super nice, personable and down to earth which made every visit comfortable. If I was still living in the state of Ohio I’d definitely continue to receive my dental care here! Thanks Dr.Lu and team!

Downtown Dental offers great dental services, and I always enjoyed the staff. I’ve been going to Downtown Dental for almost 6 years. It’s always a good thing when you know you are in good hands. I recently went to Downtown Dental for some dental work. Dr. Lou and the dental assistant Li Li made me feel very relax😎. I watched some TV and before I knew it, I was talking to AJ about my next appointment. Great people and great service!

Dr. Lu and his team are amazing. I was on the fence about straightening my teeth after failures in the past, but AJ presented my Invisalign treatment plan in a very affordable way and I'm so glad I did it. It was a simple and relatively painless process that took less than a year and a half. While I never disliked my teeth, I didn't think I would like them as much as I do now.

I just moved to Cleveland and had a great experience with Downtown Dental. When I called to set the appointment, the phone was picked up on the first ring. I was then able to fill out all the paperwork online so when I went in for the appointment I literally didn’t have to do anything. Shelby was my dental hygienist and she was awesome. I could tell she really knew her stuff and she did a nice job cleaning my teeth. Really, everyone in the office was super nice and everything was convenient. I would highly recommend this team, especially if you work downtown.

I have been going for the last few months, and the staff is outstanding on all fronts. AJ, Leelee and Naiera have all been accommodating and friendly during what for some is a stressful process, and Dr. Lu is a very calming presence. I would recommend this office to literally everyone.

Great experience and wonderful staff! I move frequently and find a good, new dentist is sometimes a chore. Dr. Tony and the entire staff were professional and extremely informative. You can go to the dentist 50 years and still learn something new and helpful. The hygienist Shelby was quick, efficient, thorough and very knowledgeable. I very highly recommend Downtown Dental.

The entire staff is incredibly kind and patient. There is no pressure and no judgement passed in the slightest. Everyone is so kind and willing to help. Can not recommend Dr Lu and the entire Downtown Dental staff enough!

I began seeing Dr. Lu about a year ago. I had recently moved to Cleveland and had not found a dentist when I started experiencing some oain around my wisdom teeth. I scheduled an appointment which was seamless thanks to the amazing office staff. AJ was a great help through all of the services I received from Downtown Dental. I went in for multiple teeth extractions and was out in a hour. They were nice and very transparent about what was going on.The assistant Li Li made sure that I was very comfortable.

The entire care team including Dr. Lu were incredibly kind and intentional with their care and the information they shared. I also felt heard and Lili consistently checked in. Happy to have found this place.

I had a great experience. I have never had dental cleaning on my first visit to a dental office. Shelby and Dr. Lu are great! My previous dentist recommended so much that I got lost where to start. Dr Lu recommends what’s exactly necessary. Shelby is a great hygienist. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff are always super friendly and accommodating! I would recommend anyone in Downtown to visit! I have gone for regular cleanings and I just finished an invisalign treatment, both went perfectly!

Such friendly staff! I had a hard time finding the parking garage, and they were kind enough to give me clear directions and let me move my car in the middle of the appointment because my street parking time would run out. Doctor Lu was very professional and thorough; gave great explanations of the treatment plan. And to top it all off, they had such cute little freebies at the end of the appointment! I took home a little stuffed crab. Couldn’t recommend more!
