Tool loaner program is great. Needed an
A/C Vacuum pump. Originally went in for a fitting for my pump. They didn't have this special fitting (1980s Snapon pump). Instead borrowed their pump, worked perfect.

Got a new battery they put it in with no problem

Great customer service. My battery was dead and the lady working was very helpful. She offered for me to use tools so I could swap out and get the core charge waived. Priced well.

The workers are really nice every time I go here. They are very helpful. My husband and i been going here a lot within the past couple months. They are remember who we are. I knoa they get A lot of people who go to the store, so it nmakes me feel good that they remember who we are

Normally has the parts i need for a decent price. The workers are pretty nice and helpful. They are informative on completing repairs in different ways. They know what parts or what tools are needed. I like the service i get there.

EXCELLENT service. My windshield wiper broke. Stewart Woodward found my replacement wipers, rang me up, and put them on for me (I always have trouble), and I was out in under 5 min. I had looked for O’Reilly Auto Parts because I had similar service experiences in El Paso and Houston. Nice to know they are everywhere when I’m on road trips!
