UH Rainbow Chardon Pediatrics

Everyone is nice and they listen to you and they treat you like family.

I highly recommend Chardon pediatrics to any new parents or family’s looking for a physician. Dr.Failinger is one of the most caring, diligent, understanding doctors you will find. She has personally returned phone calls from airport terminals before. She cares. She’s treats your children as her own. The staff is very welcoming. Walking into the office you feel welcomed and comforted.

Chardon Pediatrics has been wonderful for us, Dr. Mason always takes her time and gives us relatable and easy to understand advice. We're first time parents, so the time she takes with us is so appreciated!

All of the doctors and nurses are fantastic. Always willing to fit you in last minute if needed. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

For the fourth time in my three year old’s life, she is sick enough to warrant an in-office visit and for the fourth time Chardon Pediatrics was unable to fit us in (in less than 4-5 days) so I scheduled elsewhere. I signed a release with the other pediatricians office so that her records could be sent, and upon Chardon Pediatrics receiving that request, I received a very rude phone call from them notifying me that we are not allowed to come back.

We had a similar instance last year, where my daughter was extremely sick and needed to be seen. Chardon Ped. advised that they could not fit us in and suggested that I take her to urgent care. I did that, and she was diagnosed with a lung infection and was prescribed antibiotics. For a 2 year old, that was very scary. The urgent care advised that we schedule a follow-up with her pediatrician for 5 days later. I called Chardon Ped. and once again, they advised that they would not be able to fit her in FIVE days later. I asked what about a day or two after the five day mark, and they said that they were sorry they just didn’t have any openings.

We’ve used urgent care two times in total when Chardon Ped. could not fit us in, and we’ve now used Cleveland Clinic Children’s in Chesterland twice. That’s four times where my child was actually sick and Chardon Ped. could not see her.

Don’t go here unless you’re perfectly healthy and will never actually need care.

And if they CAN fit you in, count on waiting TWO HOURS to be seen even though you scheduled your wellness exam weeks or months ahead of time. You will wait at least an hour before being called back, and then you’ll wait another 30 minutes in the room before being seen.

I'm glad I always schedule an appointment first before I have to wait over an hour for the doc. Who knows how long the wait would be without one

If you want to plan a day trip with screaming kids this is place to go!!! Everyone i have loved here doesnt stay long both Julia and mike and Melissa are the reasons we stayed so long!!! The doctors are NEVER on time and rush threw with saying of a virus for EVERYTHING!!! Im sad to leave with 4 kids and 8 years here but going down hill FAST!!

If i could give this place a zero I would. You wait 2 hours from your said appt time. Then when you call the front desk and complain you've been sitting with your screaming child for over an hour they'll send you a letter a week later terminating your "patient relationship".
This place has been absolutely no help. Has had me IN TEARS many times.. i wasn't going to return anyways, but recieving a letter that were no longer aloud there after their mess ups with constant over booking and a gaggle of rude, careless nurses that I finally spoke up about is absolutely infuriating to me. I'm in shock this place is still going. I'll be moving offices like the rest of the ladies I have talked to that have experienced chardon pediatrics putrid work.

I Have waited over an hour and a half for doctor mason. My appointment was to get my son checked for possible pink eye, ear infection and to see what his cough is from.

Says they open at 830.... it’s now 850 and still on hold. I’ve been “forgot” about for over 30 mins even after checking in
