Metro by T-Mobile

I went there today with my son. Manny waited on us and I cannot say enough good things about him. He took the time to answer all of my son's questions and helped him pick out the best phone for what money he had. Manny genuinely cares about his customers and doesn't try to sell you the most expensive phone in the store. He also takes his time and doesn't put other customers needs before your own. I highly recommend going to this Metro by T-Mobile for all of your cell phone needs. Thank you again Manny! You truly are awesome! (Brenda)

Manny is a rockstar. He was able to address several waiting customers at a time.

The calls I had to make to company, on the other hand were very inconclusive, After several hours and a number of password resets and verification codes failed, I was ready to take my business to another provider.

I went into the store, and Manny had everything working perfectly within minutes !

I loveeeee Manny! I've never been to any store and got the type of service I did with him. He's so patient and so kind and that kid could multitask like no other 😂. If you want great customer service go and see Manny!!!!

I went to 2 different Metro Pcs, this was the 3rd one I went to, My phone was locked, I couldn't get it unlocked, Manny was awesome, he took the time to unlock my phone, he was very patient.. I recommend you go see Manny, he will take the time out to take care of you..

I always go to this metro and Sam always takes good care of me, but today I spent hours on the phone with customer service and they messed my phone all up and Sam fixed the problem for me in no time and was very patient. He's always very professional and knows exactly what he's doing. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

Who could not love MetroPCS. They've been my carrier for over the last 10 years. Ameer is amazing and goes out of his way to help his customers. Thank you, Metro and Ameer for making my world brighter.

Sam was so helpful with my Mom and I. We weren't really sure if any of the phones were right for her and in her budget, but he listened to her needs and wants and was extremely helpful with finding her the perfect phone. Now she is chatting and browsing away. We have come to him several times and after many unpleasant visits at other locations I am so happy we found a genuinely nice and helpful guy. If you need assistance then go see Sam.

Sam and Clarence are the two top employees hands down!! I walked in with no clue what I wanted or how I wanted to do things and Sam jumped in great customer service showed me options for me and my life style and work. He showed options for my budget and even gave me a killer deal on 2 new phones!! They were so friendly and made my experience amazing. 10 out of 10 best service and employees. I will never go anywhere else and only recommened these guys!!

Got sold a broken speaker and it was listed as a phone on recepit. Whoever the new guy is , is scamming.
Changing back to 5 stars because the original guy I go to is there and fixed the problem and gave me a better speaker for a little extra

Told Sam what I was looking for ,he showed me where the phones were and answered any questions never once trying to get me to buy something more expensive. He got me set up and on my way quickly and professionally.

Gina and Daniel man they Rock!!!; At the Pearl and Broadview Rd in Cleveland, Ohio right across the street from Family Dollar store. These Reps got Energy and knowledge excellent customer service skills.. They do their best to Really take good care of you!!! My sister was there I'd referred my friends there and someone else in my family is going there this week!
