I love Banfield at the Issaquah, WA store. The doctors and techs are very caring and so nice to our dog. Ten stars for all the care they give our dog and us!

Excellent care at Banfield Pet Hospital. They take great care of our dog Ellie and she’s actually happy to see the Vet’s there😁Ellie loves the everyone that she interacts with at Banfield. They have treated her like she’s the only pet they see. That speaks volumes to me.

We stumbled upon Banfield when trying to find affordable vet care and we are so happy. Our family adopts the "unadoptable" cats - they are typically old (our 2 are currently 17) and medically delicate (kidney disease, heart defects, spine/muscle issues and more). Our goal is to keep them comfortable and give them a final loving forever home rather than having them spend it in the Humane Society. That being said, we also don't have a ton of money to put into their care. Banfield's wellness program and affordable rates are so important to us because we don't have to sacrifice quality for affordability. We are very big supporters of Banfield!

Great service! Dr. Hymel is very detail oriented, sharing as much information as possible, reviewing records to better understand my dog's condition and to recommend treatment. Very happy with the service provided. We have been customers for the past 6 years - Banfield Optimum Wellness Plan - and my 14y/o Husky is doing very well.

I recently moved here from out of state and used banfield so I thought I would use it here in WA as well. It was difficult to choose a location because the reviews were not the best overall but this issaquah location had comparatively better reviews so I decided to come here and I’m so glad I did! I brought my husky and my Boston both for comprehensive exam and preventative care, it was a drop off appointment. The front desk were super nice and made sure I was aware of everything that was happening and treated me and my babies very kindly! Dr McDaniel gave me a phone call when they were ready for pickup and she was very thorough in explaining their results and the best options for care. My babies when picking them up were a little bit tired but that’s normal but they showed no signs of discomfort which is good. And lastly when setting up the payments and stuff I made some mistakes with the cards but the front desk were very patient and attentive in solving everything. Thank you so much for taking good care of my babies!

I take my dog here to the grooming area (not Banfield, although Banfield is inside of Petsmart) to get his nails clipped and ground. It cost $19 for the clipping and grindjng. If you want the "Pawdecure" it is $21 and with that you get nail clip, ear cleaning with cotton ball with alcohol/cleaner, doggie cologne spritz, and a bandana. Pink or blue. They are quick (they take about 5 minutes only!) and all the employees are very friendly. A must-have when working with my precious doggie! He's like my child! Thry are gentle and are very thorough. I highly recommend this place.

Addie at the front desk is an absolute JOY to interact with. Introduced herself, answered every single question I had and was just incredibly helpful and you can tell she cares about client interaction a lot.

When my two senior dogs required speciality care for cancer, IVDD, dementia... Drs. Hymel and Shiri provided compassionate supportive care. Over the years as I've rescued puppy or young dogs I've trusted them to care for them too.

The fact that they remained open for business during COVID was a welcome level of commitment and service.

Only good things to say about how my six pup's experience at this bright, shiny, and welcoming clinic.

They took real good care of our Lexi when she got into some chocolate cookies & what we found later on birthday cookies when they asked us to help identify what the "pink" stuff that came out was?!

Amazing care and very accommodating!! I recently had a scary moment when my dog had a tick on it's face. I called on a Sunday afternoon when no other place was open and Banfield staff were able to rush my pup in and remove it on the fly! No charge, no fuss, no bs paperwork. It shows they genuinely care for the pets they're serving and definitely will be bringing my business back to them moving forward!! Thank you folks!

Let me start by telling you a little bit about my pets. I have one dog, and two cats. One cat is orange and one is darkness. My dog is a mutt, he weighs 80lbs and loves to roll around in the dirt and grass. He is a Happy dog. The cats are just jerks. Anyways....I love Banfield in Issaquah because the employee's there are awesome and really care about my Dog! ..oh...and the cats. They make sure my Dog doe's not have fleas, and they have done a few surgeries to remedy eye problems, and skin problems. My dog looks and feels like a million bucks. They got him on special food too so his urinary system is nice and crystal free. My dog is happy because I take good care of him and brush him and stuff, but mostly because the vet assistants, the vet techs, and the Doctors just rock our socks! Oh.... and the cat's seem healthy too, hard to tell though....one is always outside bring home mice, and the other one won't let me pick her up. Its like trying to grab a thousand razor blades spinning a million miles per hour... Yeah....Darkness is healthy...that's a distant visual guess. :)

I love this Banfield location. The vets and staff are always friendly and helpful! I trust them to take good care of my cats.

My dogs are well cared for and love the staff at Banfield Issaquah, even when they end up with a cone (or two!). Despite having a long nose and neck that enabled him to lick his stitches, not only did the staff help me solve the problem, but the stitches were secure throughout the healing process.

I had the most amazing experience here. I am still taken back by my experience. The staff was kind, helpful and the store was in order. However it was a fellow customer that i would like to thank in particular. She was so kind and caring that she bought a little bed (and more) for a kitten that was abandoned by the mom. I only dicovered the kitten because a dog had found it and just wanted to play🙁 with it im sure but had the kitten in his mouth running through a feild. The kitten had already endured so much in just its 1st week of being alive. Thanks to the kind actions of the lady at petco i was able to get the kitten the necessary items she would need to be properly cared for. The kitten is doing well. She is happy and playful. I just wanted to say thank you agian for your kindness, generosity, and compassion. I am truly grateful.

Staff has always been great as well as Dr. Hymel, they have taken top notch care of my Doberman.

Incredible staff and service all around. My first German Shepherd is an 80lbs pansy and very vet-averse, but Dr. Hymel and staff are the best of the best and always make us and our fur baby feel great. We’ve tried multiple vets as we’ve moved, but always end up back at the Issaquah Banfield with this crew. They truly care and I’m always very confident in bringing my two GSDs and cat here.
