Feldcare is wonderful. I used to work for Luna and they were horrible. Feldcare allows direct patient contact to set up the initial appointments; they are quick to respond to any need or question I may have, the onboarding process was quick, and the documentation is easy and straightforward

FeldCare Connects' staff is helpful, patient and kind. They take time to educate their therapists and make sure the therapists feel supported while working in the field. Communication is quick and positive creating an environment of gratitude and teamwork. If you're thinking of working for a home health agency, I recommend FeldCare Connects as a high contender.

Absolutely loved working with FeldCare Connects as a contract physical therapist. I had a lot of flexibility with my scheduling. The office stuff is helpful as well to help troubleshoot any issues that might arise.

As a PT, I've worked for FeldCare Connects for almost 4 years. In the hectic world of home health care, they are awesome! Easy to communicate with (including the owner!), easy documentation, and always positive, it has been a wonderful working situation. I am an Occupational Therapist that is fairly new to the home health setting and this is the only company I've applied to that oriented me well enough to work in the home health field. After orientation, I felt prepared with what to expect during a visit and I learned the typical procedures and documentation that are necessary. Since working with FeldCare Connects, I’ve started working with other home health staffing and home health agencies; however, I prefer to work with this company thanks to the ongoing support for their therapists and very helpful staff. Overall, I find that the FeldCare Connects staff is professional, communicates in a timely manner, and is very helpful regarding any questions and issues one may have. I recommend working for FeldCare if you have any interest in home health.

From day one, I was impressed with the concept behind FeldCare Connects: connecting home health agencies to clinicians for overflow needs beyond the agency's current staff. In addition to excellent support staff at FeldCare Connects, the culture is professional and client-centered as you would expect, but is not always the case, in my experience. I have direct access to evaluate and treat clients and also have access to COTAs for treatment as needed.

Not only am I an OT clinician for Home Health, I hope to see Medicare, Part B outpatients in a similar home-based capacity. In this way, patients do not "fall through the cracks" after discharge from home health if they require therapy for continued chronic-condition management. I am proud to be a part of FeldCare Connects' mission to provide quality, home-based care in the community.

Great company to work for! I've been working for Feldcare Connects since April 2017 as an independent contractor. Streamlined processes, user friendly EMR system and staff full of knowledgeable and supportive professionals make it easy for me to focus on patient care. Good earning potential and a flexible work schedule are added bonuses. I would highly recommend to other clinicians seeking to work in home health.

Feldcare Connects is a lovely company to work for. The support staff is helpful and patient in assisting therapists navigate all the bureaucracy that comes with documentation. I have had pay withheld but in both cases it was an oversight on my part. They have been a fair and equitable company who appreciate their staff. Also they keep me very busy!! I happy to be a part of the Feldcare Family. I would defintely recommend to other therapists.

I have nothing but kind words to say to the staff at FeldCare Connects. As a physical therapist that have worked for different therapy agency groups, I would say FeldCare Connects is by far the most organized and effective in delivering employee satisfaction. The payroll team works day and night to make sure every clinician gets paid on time. I have yet to encounter any problems with this organization. Communication between the office staff and therapist is far superior to many other Home Health agencies out there; they truly are in a league of their own. As a clinician, it can get pretty hectic managing multiple patients while holding a full-time position at an outpatient clinic. Im a new therapist to the company (3 months now). It's been great thus far. The CEO Randi makes herself available (via txt or call). She has been a great part of my integration into the company and has assisted me with my orientation as well as payroll concerns. It's nice to see a CEO support contractors the way Randi has with me personally. The Care Coordinators and patient staffers are also very helpful and responsive which is a plus.

Excellent company to work for! Staff is always available to help with questions, charting is easy (once you learn the system), very organized with apps to help. All my patients have been absolutely wonderful. I am blessed to be part of the Feld team.

Here's an allied healthcare professional company worthy of high praise. Feldcare is a family-owned and run subcontractor company for home health agencies who serve many southern California areas. They staff PT, OT, ST and assistants. They are very organized, w/ many departments to keep it that way, including an intake dept, care coordinators, quality assurance, HR, payroll dept, ALL well staffed by very bright and attentive personnel. It is easy to communicate w/ the care coordinators regarding patient care via the EHR, as it has the ability to instant message on a secure site. They have also come up w/ an app that us busy therapists can check 24/7 to check for new referrals in our area and w/the touch of a button, allow you to accept or decline the referral. The EHR is user-friendly and straight forward. They never miss payroll. They value ALL their therapists and treat them with utmost respect. I highly recommend them to any therapists looking for work on home health. I look forward to continuing my work with them over many years to come.

An amazingly great company to work with. Excellent communication and support. Fast call backs when needed. Supportive and genuine compassion for clients and cotrct agencies. As I'm employeed by being an (I) contractor. They pay date is monthly, so I also get to learn to budget my income= good thing for me to learn!
So if your looking to pick up some extra patients or just feel the passion to help people and watching them have a positve response. In my personal opinion, 1) They are a person first., 2) Patient secondary, Take a few minutes to discuss evaluation goals and the clients goals. 3) Promote ownership of condition, 4) And educate, etducate, educate as you ACTIVELY listen to thier desires and goals. Communicate and document everything..."If it's not documented......".! Love Fledcare and wish more companies had thier standards!
