Tires & Lube Auto Care/Smog Check Station

This place was recommended after the place down the street the smog check guy hadn’t come in yet! I so glad he late. The guy here was so professional and accommodating he told me it would be ready in 30 minutes but I walked home and came back in an hour. The rate was fair and service was exceptional. Thanks again for not having me waiting forever. I will be back and totally recommend this business. Keep up the great work:)

Sergio is friendly, honest & knowledgeable. He breaks down what is wrong with your car, pointing to and showing you defective parts or systems. Moreover Sergio understands the consumer's wallet. As such he is able to provide you with repair options depending on your budget, whether that be a quickie fix, a basic fix, or an advanced comprehensive repair. I appreciate that whatever I choose is what he will do. He does not try to sell you hard on the advanced fix even though that would be the most profitable fix. Sergio's primary concern is giving the customer what they want to get them back on the road. It's helpful that he can do the quickie fix in a pinch and when I have more time and money he can do the comprehensive, full bells and whistles repair. It is very convenient to be able to a smog test and if any repairs are needed he can fix it right there. I highly recommend Sergio's shop for smog checks, repairs and tires.

Master technicians. Honest and provide thorough and detailed explanations for everything they do. I do my Smogs here now too. My car has legal aftermarket intakes/carb sticker and my old spot said they were not california legal and would not pass me. I took my car and they were resourceful and checked my sticker and matched it to their system. I was good to go! Check them out the the staff are great.

Best shop in the LA area. Offer services such as tires, smog check and general mechanic. I been going there for years. Sergio has taken care of all my cars. Specialize in diagnostics. Any problem with your car he will fix it THE FIRST TIME. I have never taken any of my cars back to him for the same problem. The customer service is excellent when you go there ask for Sergio he is the expert.

Sergio worked on my old Honda last Tuesday. After a thorough inspection, he gave me a quote and explained thoroughly until I understood what I needed, best and worst case scenarios. He kept my car for a day as promised, as I was able to pick it up when he said I would. He also popped the hood and showed me what he replaced, and explained even more. Next, he showed me some other concerns of things underneath that I was not aware of. Sergio is a stand up mechanic in the community. I'm so grateful. I am a woman and LA is not my hometown, so this means a lot. I will most definitely return to him in the future.

Sergio was excellent. Had to do a smog check for a 94. He explain step by step cause he was taking a while to do a smog check. Bottom line he gets the job done. Reasonable price.

There are two things most people want their mechanic to be: honest and knowledgeable. After my experience with Sergio, I can say that he is both. Over the course of 45 mins, he not only did the job I was expecting (replacing tires), but also pointed out other issues with my car, explained why they were a problem, and gave suggestions of where to get it repaired since they were jobs he did not do. He did this while telling me the story of how he got into automobiles as a young man, and how even now he continues to go back to school to learn more. The best part, he DID NOT charge me an arm and a leg! I got 4 gentlely used tires and a smog check for under $400.

In the end, if you want to feel like you've been taken care of as customer, and your issues have been addressed, this is the place to go.
