Best place I have ever gone to!! Drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and was so worth it!! Went above and beyond for me and got me into my dream truck!! Thank you Issac for all your help. When I need a second vehicle will definitely be coming to yall!!

I was astounded by the level of customer service at this location. They took care of my daughter with buying a car like she was family. This is where I will go to buy a car from now on. Great people, great service and great selection of vehicles. Going over and above their job is an understatement. If you need a vehicle go see them. We drove 2 1/2 hours to this location and would drive double for the kind of service we got!!

Isaac worked a miracle for me and helped me get into the car I needed! He was there for me every step of the way, and was extremely helpful with all of the questions I had.

We had a great experience here! For the past few weeks we've been looking for a second car, and all we have found are overpriced pieces of junk. But not here! They had a wonderful selection of clean vehicles, some older, some newer, and all great prices. The staff was extremely helpful in listening to our budget and what we wanted in a vehicle, and guiding us in the right direction. We needed a car for our daughter. I went to look at an advertised Jeep that just wasn't appropriate for a new driver. They listened to what I needed and began recommending cars that were along what I wanted. Marcus and Isaac were awesome to work with. We found a great Honda and we got a very fair deal. We did not finance, so the deal was super easy. Zero pressure and I think we got a great car. Our daughter loves it!! We will be back when our next teenager is ready to drive!

We recently purchased a car here for our son and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We visited multiple times before deciding on a vehicle, and every time we came in we were greeted in a very friendly, professional, and low pressure manner. They were knowledgeable and forthcoming about all of the vehicles they had available and once we decided on one the purchasing process was smooth and easy. Everything was explained thoroughly so that we understood exactly what was happening and what to expect. We searched for over 3 weeks for a car for our son after his previous vehicle was totaled in an accident, and visited almost every used car dealership in Albuquerque. Access Auto was by far the best shopping experience we had. The location is great and the friendly family atmosphere made us feel very comfortable.

I had gotten into a car accident and my car was totaled so I didn’t want a big car dealership experience! So my mechanic had told me about Access Auto! I went down there was there no less than 10 min found a vehicle I liked! Then took it my mechanic and he said it looked great! The car was very clean and I loved everything about it so I bought it! The most easiest experience I think I ever had took like 2 hrs! I will be back when I need another one! For sure!! Thank you guys for the great experience!!

My experience at Access Auto was truly a pleasant surprise. After totaling my pickup, I needed a replacement. Isaac was patient and intuitively narrowed down his inventory based on our needs and our budget. We left with a fantastic truck, and though there were some minor mechanical problems later, Marcus ensured that they were completely resolved. Though I can't remember his name, their onsite mechanic is a magician and is a truly a boon to their business and customers. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. The moment we walked in was great service. Victor was an awesome, friendly salesman. The entire team made us feel comfortable and treated us well. They were able to get us financed quickly. There was an issue with the vehicle. They repaired it quickly and it is running perfect now. I definitely would buy another vehicle from this place again.

2022 update
I had to purchase a new vehicle for my teen and one for myself. They always take care of their customers, make the process quick, easy, and are upfront with everything. I will always go to them first!! Highly recommend!!
