Smith's

Everyone was wonderful to me. My second time at this store, and I will go more often. Don't understand the other reviews.

I go to this location about 4-5 times a week and each time I go the employees are friendly and they always go out of their way to help me. The store is always clean along with the shopping carts and parking lot. I love the low prices they have quality food and fully stocked shelves! I will continue to go back and I'd refer anybody that asks. Thanks Smith's

What a beautifully clean and organized grocery store!!I wish it was in Pennsylvania! Produce and prices were superb !!

The store manager, Matt Gyger, is very clearly a step above most store managers. Matt went way above and beyond what would be expected or required to take care of me. On July 4th weekend, I purchased a floor model high back wicker rocking chair at a huge discount of $100 for $80 total. A friend helped me get it home in his truck but we failed to properly tie it down and it flew out the back and was destroyed. I called back to the Smith's where I bought it to buy another one, not looking for a refund. They didn't have one at that Ellison & Golf Course location. I finally called this location and Matt offered to try and find me a replacement for free, even if he had to buy a new one from the supplier. He was unable to locate another chair but graciously and quite generously offered to give me a full refund. I returned the chair and was immediately refunded cash. I couldn't believe this level of service. I am an extremely happy customer and have nothing but good to say about Smith's, particularly Matt Gyger. I hope I spelled his last name correctly.

First off this store has been my favorite smiths since I was young.. now I come with my children and I have to say it’s still the best smith’s in town .. we just wanted to thank one of your employees for going above and beyond!! Thank you to the older gentleman Vincent we greatly appreciate you! Give that man a raise! My kid wants to go back and give him a thank you card for being very kind! We will continue to shop here as long as your doors are open! Thank you for amazing customer service Vincent!

Love my local Smith's love seeing Mrs.Julia, Sally and another young lady( with long black hair) that's been there a long time. They always have smiles and so patient with me when I mess up. Thank you for not making me feel dumb girls. Keep up the GREAT work girlies!

The woman working in the deli today(Saturday) was very polite and provided me with excellent service.

This is the best Smith's in Albuquerque. Shout out to Irene in the bakery who made us a beautiful cake in short notice. The other FIVE Smith's I called could barely answer the phone, much less get a cake made.
I wish I lived closer, I am stuck with the Carlisle store which is awful.

Very impressed with the deli manager Wally! Ordered five party trays that were beautifully arranged and of high quality! At the event attendees remarked at how good the food was. All were amazed to hear it was from Smith’s! Great job Wally and your deli staff. Thanks for helping to make our event a great success!!! I will be ordering again and again!

The store has had a nice upgrade about a year or so ago. Store employees are much more friendly, helpful, and efficient. It seems that most are kinder to each other as well..... makes a big difference! There is less of a variety now, in most cases, it doesn't bother me although I needed jello brand varieties for holiday recipes and the selection was slim, --had to improvise.

Very nice Smiths. I have always had a friendly experience with every one that I've come in contact with. Their produce usually looks really nice (occasionally I haven't been able to find a good avocado), I usually stay away from the chicken as on multiple occasions at multiple smith's (this one included) I have got chicken that tastes fishy, but this is just something that I've come to accept of smith's. Their bakery area is always neat, organized, and looks good.

The staff from management level down, are extremely helpful and courteous. The take customer service to a high level. My friet was looking for a sale item, and it was the last day of the Pepsi 24 count sale. I asked a supervisor, who asked his manager. The manager not only took time to find the item, but brought two cartons to register for me and loaded them in my basket. This was really appreciated, since my leg is in a cast! There are cashiers in self check-out, who also go out of their way to help customers. Even the staff that bag groceries.

I have been shopping at this Smith's for years great store. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Some staff standout in a very big way Sylviana is the best, a real gem. She always has a welcoming smile and her customer service is outstanding.

Haven't been there in awhile. Clean store and friendly staff. A little busier due to Thanksgiving coming up. They have Scan Bag and Go. It was cool and I wanted to try it but didn't feel like downloading the necessary ap. Could save time not dealing with the long lines. Would make sense on days like mine.

I used the click list program for the first time. At first I was disappointed to see missing items, items not price matched, substitution for lesser items and a $30.00 price increase. When I went back into the store and spoke with the manager, she was so amazing! She went above and beyond to make it right! It is customer service like this that makes me come back time and time again!

I always expience the best customer service when I come to this location, and I shop at smiths at least twice a week & no matter What clerk or what time of the day it is I get the best service.. to name a couple, Marisol was so nice and extremely helpful today she even helped me with my groceries. Lonni is also very helpful and knows her store and everything in it, not to mention the people in produce, always giving me advice in what to pick and it's always fresh! I love this location and I will make the drive everytime! Thank you Smiths and the wonderful employees you hire!

I was at the Smith's on 4th today and was very nervous about going. My mom needed some groceries. I waited in line outside for about 15-20 minutes and inside was nice. I found everything I needed but one item. A good experience. I forgot to get flowers.

We have used the mobile pick up multiple times, and each time it's so wonderful!!!! They pick fresh produce And stack it neatly, timely, efficiently. Really have a great experience every time.

Today (day before thanksgiving) the curbside crew was very helpful and got the order correct completely. It was a very busy time and they handled a difficult time very well. Thank you curbside team!!! You saved thanksgiving here

Was working for Shipt as a grocery shopper and had an item that was out of stock so, I asked Sylviana who works in area if they had any crackers in the back. She said no. But offered to give me a free substitutions. Love that store. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
