There are 2 parks, this is the lodge side which has a covered lodge and a picnic shelter. It's near the water with walkable trails leading to the sports area.

There is a dog leash area. Parking is good for usual days but if there is any event, you may end up parking on the street. The trails are natural trails not a wooden path

Beautiful calm lake that is small enough to be quite warm for swimming. Small beach area with life jackets on site. Huge grassy area for chairs and groups, just not right next to the water.

Sunny day with many flowers in bloom. People are fishing today. Seems the Lake was recently stocked with Trout. Was a great day for a quiet walk.

Beautiful picnic area and pavilion to host parties even if there is rain. Electricity available in the pavilion. But not the lights. You can bring your lights to connect. Nice walking trials and finishing. Kids can enjoy along with everyone.

Wonderful thinking spot in the mornings! The trail is nice and kept up, and the open spaces are begging dogs to zip around and act loony - plenty of spare sticks lying around that looked like they've send a round or two of fetch. The pond was serene and there are benches for you to rest and take in the sight. Great place to see ducks foraging among lily pads and the facility buildings are clean and inviting. You can tell swimming is permitted here as any budding lily pads blooms are relatively far out from the beach and the sight of a few dead and discarded lily pads lay about the beach...please don't harm the landscape. Also - there is a heartfelt pet memorial tucked along the treeline...I didn't smell/see the ninja onions - but it will bring tears to your eyes if you are an unprepared animal lover. The landscaping and flowers were so beautiful that I felt my inner-child squeal at their colors. Definitely wanna go back and use the picnic pavilion at some point.

Wonderful park there is a very sheltered picnic area and a great spot to launch paddle boards / kyaks. Shallow enough for the little ones to get their feet wet

This place is a beautiful little park next to a small lake with plenty of trails and areas to sit and enjoy the lake view. I fish here occasionally (catch and release) for small mouth bass, trout, and crappies. It doesn't get crowded and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. They have spacious picnic tables for small gatherings. I use the trails for my daily walk in the Spring and Summer. It's a great place to sit and enjoy the tranquility of the lake and surrounding.

Walk around the trails or play in the water, this park is a great family spot. There's plenty of picnic tables and a shelter you can reserve for gatherings.

This is a breathtakingly beautiful park. We were here for a wedding reception at the pavilion, and it was such a pleasant place to be. It was quiet and the pavilion felt secluded, yet non-guests were all around doing their own thing. The pavilion did not appear to have lights, so it's not a place to throw a party late into the evening, but it was perfect for our party. The lake looked positively serene. There weren't any boat rentals, but you can use canoes or kayaks that you bring to the park.

Love to take my dog there, not crowded early in the mornings. Saw a few deer. Like the depth of the Hoh Forrest in the middle of Sammamish. Almost no one there in the mornings.

Great park to enjoy on a hot sunny day. Lots of natural shade provided by the tall trees, lots of space for picnics or just playing on the grass. The beach is a bit small, I can easily see it crowded on a weekend. Lots of people kayaking and paddle boarding. Rather big parking lot. Stroller-friendly trail that leads to the fields on the other side of the park is great for walks with little ones, rain or shine.

Calm and pristine natural settings in Sammamish. The trail is good to walk with or without a dog. The shade here is large enough to host a barbecue for more than 50 people. There is an indoor facility also with a buffet setup where you can host 50 people as well. The bathrooms are clean. You can fish at the lake. There aren’t any beaver left now, but they used to there. Motorized boats are not allowed. But a great place to swim. A couple of totem poles adds another dimension to this park. Definitely worthy of visiting.
