Alan's Express Car Wash

this is one of the many times i’ve been to this car wash and i must say it’s absolutely excellent as always! i got to meet THE Alan and he even put on my new license plate frame for me. that was very nice and appreciated because i had no idea how to replace the old one. i got the deluxe wash and it was perfect as usual. the vacuums are free with a wash purchase so that’s great. i love coming here and they will always have my business!

I've been coming to Alan's for over 5 years. You simply cannot beat their personal touch with the car wash for the price. They scrub your car before you enter the wash, so nothing is missed (because let's be honest...the inside washing is pretty hit or miss). Huge Alan's fan. Will never go anywhere else.

I came on Saturday around 6:40. I did not know they close at 7 (I rarely get car washes) so it was a last minute thing. One of the employees politely asked me if I planned on using the vacuums after the wash, and I said yes, and he told me just a heads up they turn off at 7:15. Which was plenty of time for me as I just did a quick vacuum through the car. As time was approaching close to 7, a fella (I assume manager or owner) approached me when he saw me struggling with my dirty car mat and showed me how to use the mat whacker! Again, new to this car wash thing so that was appreciated because I never even knew that that was a thing. As I went to do the other side of the car, it was a few mins past 7 and they had already put the mat whacker and stuff up for closing. He saw that I had another mat that I was vacuuming, came out, took it inside, and cleaned it for me, after they had already closed! I thought that was such an amazing gesture and amazing customer service. The whole crew overall was very kind and did a great job! I got the best car wash they had to offer, and it comes with a towel dry which was great. Definitely going to get car washes more often now!

Best car wash around! The service is great. The employees are kind, and all have been working there for a long time. The prices are a bit steep, wish they had more incentives for multiple vehicle plans but the hand pre-wash and towel dry is amazing!

Friendly staff, easy process. My car had a ton of bugs on the front and they took care of it! Best part...free vacuum with purchase of car wash. And no time limit. Definitely going back here.

Super friendly and great prices. I come here regularly to use the $3 self-serve vacuum, but today I needed a full clean fast. Paid $40 for a full-service interior and exterior clean ) everything except shampooing upholstery, which they don't do). Very happy.

Best car wash in town! They offer a towel dry and are always friendly. This is the only wash my wife and I use. Highly recommend them.

Best bang for your buck! $16 for the highest level wash, 3-4 crew members always in the chute pre washing and scrubbing your vehicle. Not like the "big box" car washes where the crew member comes out with an AirPod in and sprays half a wheel and then back inside while you pay double and get ripped off. Alan's Express Car Wash all the way!

Alan and his crew did an amazing job bringing my 2001 boat back to life and make it sparkle again. They are so professional and do such an exceptional job on everything they do.

Very happy to find this gem of a carwash after running away from another chain of washes in Lex! They were so nice and kind. Car was spotless and towel dried. Free Vaccums with wash. And NO DAMAGE to my vehicle!!!! So very happy. They even drove my SUV through the wash for me after my PTSD from someplace else kicked in!! LOL Cannot recommend enough!

This place is AMAZING!!! The workers were so courteous and helpful and the car detailing… wow is all I can say. My car was the worst from all the snow and ice and kids eating in the backseat. Well after they finished detailing, it looks brand new!

The only car wash I go to!! I take great care of my car and care how my car looks. From the very first person you encounter, they guide u in carefully so you don’t scrape your wheels, they thoroughly hand clean the outside before u enter the automated wash. And then the guys will towel dry your car upon request. And at the end you can vacuum your car for free. Love this place and recommend them to anybody. Not to mention the price is unbeatable. $16 for the whole thing. No one else has a better deal!

Alan and his team are excellent, personable, and consistent. The car wash and vacuums are top notch! The monthly subscription is a tremendous offering and your return on investment starts after only two car washes. They always are willing to do the extra things that make your car look great. Alan's car wash is definitely an added value to the community and Central Kentucky you couldn't pick a better place to take your car.

I have a black ram 3500 and travel for a living. I always come back to this car wash because they do a great job. They are reasonably priced and the vacuums have really good suction. Alan takes pride in his business and makes sure that you’re 100% satisfied. Thanks Alan!
