Double-checking what the cash register rings up can be a profitable endeavor. These shrimp rang up at $15.98. I questioned the cashier and she put my order on hold while I checked. I took this photo and asked a nearby employee as I checked the app, which also said $15.98. The employee said the sign was correct and sent someone to the cashier to resolve the issue. I got one bag free and the other for the correct price. Paying attention pays off.

This Kroger is the best one I've been in in this area. The associates are so friendly and helpful. A terrific produce section, everything is clean and the nice young woman at the self checkout actually had all the scanners clean! Much better than Beaumont Kroger.

I see some negative reviews here but these customers do not shop the Georgetown Kroger where I live. Brannon Crossings Kroger is wonderful!!! Staff is so friendly and helpful! Store not crowded. Always a check out lane with little to no wait. People don’t realize how good this store is until you’ve been to the Georgetown Kroger.

This is my "go to" grocery store. Using my Kroger Plus card and digital coupons saves me quite a bit of money. This store is always clean and well stocked.

Clean, nice people, ready to help, always a great place to run in for quick pickup. we love our Kroger at Brannon Crossing! An update! I did a delivery order through the Kroger app and I was blown away! When my groceries were delivered they brought them in for me! The order was perfect, when they were shopping, there was a question on one of my items. I recieved a text about it, tomatoes and instantly it was taken care of! Yes I am a fan ♥

This location always has fully stocked shelves so I can count on being able to find the items that I need!

You know what I love about this store? The shopping carts with the cars attached to the front. My daughter LOVES going to Kroger, and keeping her happy while I grocery shop is easy with these car-carts. Available in both red and blue, they come equipped with safety belts. I’ve been playing fast and loose with safety lately and haven’t been using the restraints because she likes to hop out and help me pick out the right Goldfish Brand snacks (when the cart comes to a complete stop, of course!). However, I never skimp on cleanliness. Kroger provides cleaning wipes at the entrances. My little girl and I make sure the steering wheel, seats, and door frames are wiped down before she mounts up and situates her snacks.

Thank you for providing these car-carts, Mr. Kroger. They mean a lot more to your loyal customers than you will ever know.

This is a great place to get away and have a nice hike. The trails require up hill hiking, so there is a bit of physical effort required, but it wasn't bad. The terrain is gorgeous and well worth whatever effort is required to get there.

I like shopping at Kroger's the clearance isle an the buggy's with the sale items are the best. I have nothing bad all good keep doing u kroger

Absolute love shopping here. The staff alone keeps me wanting to come back. Great deals and a great staff! Recommend Kroger above all other grocery stores in the area.

This is the best kroger in the Lexington area. I've never been one to ask for help when looking for certain produce or an item in a store but the staff here always notices when someone needs help (or looks confused) & stops what they're doing to help. The guys at the meat counter are always quick to help, give great cooking tips and are never rude. The cashiers practically know us by name and greet us as if we're family or a good friend. I'll never give another kroger my business!

One of the nicest Kroger locations in central Kentucky! Very clean and well organized, with a great selection of both food items and HBA items to meet everyone's needs. The employees provide outstanding customer service, and go above and beyond to meet everyone's needs. I've shopped at many nice Kroger locations, but I believe the Brannon Crossing Kroger could be ranked as the best of all of them!

My friendly neighborhood store. ClickList is a godsend! The staff is super friendly there. You all seem to have what I need and everything is well stocked. All in all - I always have been happy.

Excellent produce, good variety of groceries and home items. Fair prices. Safe and comfortable parking, much better than nearby Tates Creek Kroger where parking is cramped and awkward and not safe at times.

Not too crowded. The men in produce went out of their way to help us. They were so nice. Customer service were very helpful as well.

The employees & managers are friendly & helpful. There is hardly any waiting time to check out & they keep a good supply of groceries. My neighborhood & go-to Kroger.
