The hotel was spotless; so was the room. The location is amazingly close to the busy downtown area, but is secluded and quiet. We got a beautiful, rather large "fireplace" room with a view for a very good rate. The grounds along the creek are very pretty and inviting. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is free. We will be back for sure.

Great room. Comfortable bed with fluffy pillows. I had a problem with my heating unit when I first arrived. The maintenance attendant arrived within minutes and fixed it quickly with a smile. I was completely comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming.

I read a ton of negative reviews after I had already booked and was so worried but the hotel was great! We got a amazing room a week before a holiday weekend. Check in was quick and ready before check in time. Room was clean and very spacious. There was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was tasty and hot, and included which is always a plus. Incredible location, 5 minute walk to some wonderful spots in Ashland. The hotel is old but full of character, the grounds are gorgeous, and the staff was really friendly. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. Roomy rooms, nice view to the mountains and good location to Main St restaurants and shopping.

Cute little inn. Three Tesla chargers (four, but one is out of order). Note: they are in an underground garage with tight ramp and low ceilings. I’m not sure an X would be able to get down there.

I made a mistake with my reservation and the manager was very accommodating.

Thank you for having me! I’ll come back ☺.

This is an exceptionally well built hotel. Very luxurious. One block away from downtown where there's about 20 restaurants to eat. The staff that I interacted with was fantastic happy and professional. The check in and check out process was extremely smooth. And I guess for the price it's worth it it was definitely a step up from where we normally stay.

I absolutely love this place. Every time I come into town I try to stay here. It's always very comfortable, very cozy, and the surrounding area and views are just gorgeous. Every time I stay here, when it comes time to check out all I want to do is stay longer. If I could I'd probably live here. lol. The stye for very nice and accommodating. I'll definitely be back!

What a gem! This hotel is nestled in a wooded area with a creek at the base of it. Our room was impeccably clean, smelled lovely, had a small balcony with a lovely view of the trees. The bath towels were generous, the bed linens luxurious and Gulled, who checked us in, was a delight, helped us with dinner recommendations and made us feel right at home. I will most definitely be back! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Clean, Comfortable, and Quiet. I really enjoyed this place, I had the Executive King. Everything was nice and clean, it was clear that a lot of effort went into making sure the place was ready to go. Breakfast in the morning was as good as it gets for a.hotel buffet style thing. Scrambled eggs, mountains of bacon, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, jams, juices, coffee, fruit, and I know there was more that I'm just not remembering. Parking was the only somewhat sketch thing. They've got a 2 story parking structure under the hotel. The top story is fine, and there are some spaces out front that are also plenty fine. However, going down to the second level is a trick. Super tight turn, hard concrete corners, not super well marked, you can see the marks on the walls where many people haven't quite made it. They say compact cars only, and they really mean it. We had our Toyota Rav4 and I was barely making those turns. There is a good amount of parking on the street, if you don't feel that adventurous. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and VERY nice staff!
Comfy bed. Big room.
Breakfast was decent except for the powdered eggs. Coffee is a little watered down.
The back property near the creek is GORGEOUS!
No pool.
Hot tub open until 10 PM.
Fitness room. Puzzle room.
Not the cheapest but most of the other ones were more expensive.
We would come back!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing room, clean, comfortable. A real gem hidden in a cute town. A great view.
The gentleman at the front desk, Gulled Mohamud, was great… very gracious, polite, efficient & always smiling during a busy check-in time. He is knowledgable about the town and was very helpful directing us to a couple of locations. After a long, difficult trip, it was the perfect place to rest and regroup.

Great location if you are going to see plays or just want to be within walking distance of the main Street. They over great, complimentary late night and breakfast buffet. Plenty of parking and very helpful staff. The offer a menu of pillow choices if you left your favorite pillow at home. The rooms are comfortable but not large.

My expectations for this hotel were low due to our previous experience in Medford, OR. However, as soon as we enter the room, it was clean and organize. Very spacious! We brought a Pack N Play with us for our 10-month old baby, and we also have three-small sized dogs weighing under 15 lbs. This hotel is pet friendly, from what my husband told me they charge $20/pet a night. Cleaning attendants made sure high-touch items such as TV remote control is disinfected and ready to use by putting them in a bag. We're only staying for a night to rest, so my review will only be for a night. I think this is close to Ashland's downtown area. The area has that quaint small-town America feel to it. Will definitely come back and stay in this hotel!

What an amazing hotel! We love that they have a full breakfast, eggs, bacon or sausage, waffle maker, fruit, coffee, tea, juice, and then they have a little happy hour snacktime from 4 to 6, and then to top that off they’ve got a 10 to 12 happy hour late night snacks. The front desk people were amazing, when we asked for extra things they got it for us right away, and they allowed us to have a late check out. We didn’t get our room serviced, but we think that’s because we had a do not disturb sign on the door when they were doing their cleaning. But we went down and asked for more towels and they brought them up within minutes. And to top it off there are three different hallmark channels! It’s so close to downtown Ashland, within walking distance, and the grounds are breathtaking here. I can’t say enough positive things. I came to meet some friends from California and I live in Central point, and I’m thinking about coming here with my husband for a little date sometime.

Well appointed rooms with satisfactory views of the area surrounding the hotel this includes a small creek and green area.
Good hot breakfasts which vary daily AND a good selection of news papers, including the New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle, USA Today and an assortment of local papers as well. At 5 pm they serve cheese and cracker with wine on the weekends chips and dip during the week. At 10 pm cookies which they say are freshly baked. ..but are warm, milk too. Generally a great place to stay.

Charming, easy to park and check in at night, easy pull over between Bay Area & Portland if doing a family road trip. Friendly staff. Rooms had good amenties and nice views. Selfie-spots were abundant if you love art deco. Didnt feel "corporate" or "chain" oriented, felt more down to earth in its ambiance.

Overall, it's a nice down to earth cozy hotel. Had a good sleep and enjoyed the breakfast and hot tub as well as the other little amenities. We enjoyed our stay both times as we were on a road trip and passed this point two times and stayed in this hotel both times. I recommend.

This hotel/motel is an absolute delight.

Highly recommended, especially if peace and quiet is a priority for you. Unlike many of the other places in town, this hotel is actually very very quiet.

I was lucky to get upgraded to their deluxe room with a King bed and a view of the mountains and it was fantastic. My room had no TV or cable, but that was totally fine with me. The bed was very comfortable, and even had a little body pillow.

I checked-in late (2am), and the manager, who had just baked some cookies and scones, offered some to me. Wow!

Absolutely great stay. Rooms and hotel clean, beds exceptionally comfortable, and a great price on hotels.com. only disappointment, which isn't their fault, is the breakfast buffet is suspended because of virus situation. So you get a choice of 3 snack combos.
