This is one of our absolutely favorite store in Ashland! I never thought that I would say this about a freaking hardware store, but it’s true! They have just about everything the average person would need. And their customer service is the gold standard!

Had a plumbing problem recently and found this Ace Hardware in Ashland. I no sooner walked through the door and was greeted and asked if I needed help by this wonderful employee! I told her what I was looking for and she showed me exactly where it was and helped me decide which item would meet my needs!! You don't get real customer service like this anymore!! Wonderful experience. I will be going here again and again!

I usually go to this ACE in Ashland about 3-4 times per month. Darn near EVERY time I go there I find what I need...this place has EVERYTHING you need! The people are friendly, very knowlegable and they help. The experience here is way better than the Big Box Hardware store off the I-5 and the ACE store employees are very helpful and friendly. They even have a list of several people that specialize in certain areas if you need something done in you home/office.

This is my family, whether they like it or not. They're helpful, knowledgeable, and treat me like family.

They have just about everything and good selections of most items. Prices are higher than Home Depot, but I prefer to support the local businesses and, for me, it is much more convenient.

Well staffed. Unlike Home Depot, you can always find someone that works there and they are extremely helpful.

I’ve never been to a hardware store where folks are this helpful in my life! I’m not a handy person, but the personnel always help me figure out what to do - especially the man who has the long dark ponytail.

Just wish they had more of a garden section with plants because i would come here for that too instead of the larger corporate store.
