I don't typically leave reviews for grocery stores because they are usually pretty constant and you know what to expect, but I definitely want to say my short shopping experience in here was fantastic. We were in town on vacation and needed to pick up a few basics and had two different employees go out of there way to strike up a friendly conversation and talk about the area. Genuine conversation too not just cordial small talk, but actual interaction that made us feel welcomed and valued as customers. It was very refreshing to have kind-old school conversation that doesn't happen often these days. Will definitely be back for all our supplies this weekend and definitely appreciate the employees professionalism.

Everything I need is here plus the staff are all friendly and helpful! My first time using online shopping! It went smoother than expected! No mix-up, they used all my coupons, I was afraid they would give me something I didn't want. The gal was so nice to load my bags in my car as well!! 5 stars for her! I picked up my groceries in my pj's and slippers! Couldn't get any easier! LoL

I really like the albertsons. It reminds me of the experience back in the old days although I'm not old. You know everyone that works there they say hello to you they remember you. I also want to say that they have a great rental department for carpet cleaners. I rented one of their Rug Doctors to clean my RV and my home and I got to say it looks better than when I hired professionals. The managers are great and are very helpful. Thanks to everyone from this Center!

Love to shop for those digital coupons, this was only my second time using the app, but not all of my items got the digital price. The checker who helped me, showed me a better way to search for the items because the digital scanner doesn't always work, and refunded me the items that didn't take off the digital coupon price. Live in Grants Pass but love the Ashland store to shop!

Today's shopping experience at Albertson's was excellent! The employees were all on point and very pleasant. The store absolutely gleamed. Everything in the deli was fresh, looked great, and even the serving spoons were placed in a way that totally pleased the OCD in this customer. Yes!!!

First time in the Ashland Albertsons and came across a couple of employees that I absolutely enjoyed..had me laughing and we're so very helpful.. Excellent customer service..I would rather pay a little more and get this level of customer service then get cheap groceries and get treated badly, differently or not even acknowledged at all..as I am a minority..so customer service is so important to me..

Courteous staff. Deli was clean with great deals and a great selection. I wish the Albertsons in my neighborhood was as organized as this.

I love Albertsons. I mostly shop at the Ashland store but also the one on main st. In Medford. I love their app. If your not using it you really should. I save tons of money! Playing their flavor game and got a $30 off my basket!!! With inflation it helps tremendously.

I just learned that we have an Albertson in Ashland and I love it! The staff go out of their way to help find what you need and they do it with a smile. You know they really mean it. I am wheelchair bound and the staff escorted me all through the store until I finished my shopping. Five stars plus!

Albertsons has it all; butcher custom cuts; Dungeness Crab, reasonable price for this mouth watering delicacy, more than enough to satisfy the most ardent gourmand!

First day in Ashland. Just moved here from out of state. Baked goods were delicious. Got Starbucks coffee. Clerk very nice & helpful. Check out clerk efficient and very nice. Everyone welcomed us to Ashland. Plan on returning to get Staples for kitchen and for Thanksgiving.

It was Albertsons , not sure what to say , the guy at the register seemed easily distracted . I however didn't mind because I was with my aunt and she was buu9ng groceries.

One of the guys at the meat counter is always singing, he's really good, it's enjoyable! I usually check out at customer service when I can bc the cashier Jeremy is super nice and compliments me :) really, most of the staff is awesome, but the store seems to be out of things, a lot. Not sure if that's bc of covid or if that's normal.

We were visiting nieces in Ashland and planned a trip to Crater Lake. Stopped in to get picnic items and the vegetable tray we wished to take was not available. A very helpful employee, Jessie, went to the produce folks and they made one up for us right while we waited! That was so great and it was delicious. Everyone there was so helpful. Thank you.
