My stay at Ashland Hills Hotel and Suites was a delightful experience, one that exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

Their warmth and eagerness to assist made a significant difference, setting the tone for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It's rare to find a team so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and their efforts greatly enhanced my visit.

The hotel's location in a safe area added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. It's always reassuring to know that you're staying in a secure environment, and Ashland Hills Hotel and Suites certainly provides that peace of mind.

This, combined with the cleanliness and upkeep of the room, made for a truly relaxing experience. The room was not only spotlessly clean but also well-appointed, reflecting the hotel's commitment to providing a top-notch experience. In an era where cleanliness and safety are more important than ever, this hotel clearly understands and meets these crucial needs.

Overall, my stay at Ashland Hills Hotel and Suites was nothing short of wonderful. It's a place I would readily recommend to others and certainly plan to return to in the future. The combination of friendly staff, a safe location, and a clean, comfortable room makes this hotel a standout choice for anyone visiting the area.

I was highly impressed by this hotel for the value! Definitely more than I expected and better than other value hotels that are even more expensive.

The room was clean and bigger than the average hotel room which was great since we were traveling with our kids.

The hotel itself was very clean and was very inviting and the guest service was amazing. They were very helpful and friendly and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

The free breakfast was great with lots of options for everyone! This is definitely a place we will be coming back to and telling our friends about it as well.

I loved our stay here! The front desk team was really welcoming, the beds were comfortable and our room was so clean! It was a really convenient stay to the highway and all the shops in downtown Ashland. The view from our balcony was amazing!

Very nice and clean hotel. The bed was comfortable for me. The staff are all nice and accommodating and there is a lounge inside where you can purchase food / drink. I didn't go in, but there is also a pool and hot tub.

We were down for an event held at the convention center here. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping, bar and wait staff, and especially management, were absolutely amazing! We would absolutely stay everytime we are in the area!

Ah, Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites, you technicolor oasis tucked into that pleasant little valley of Ashland OR. I rolled in after eight hours of asphalt symphony – winter winds gnawing at my bones, and headlight fried eyeballs demanding sanctuary – and there it was, rising like a chrome mirage out of the haze. My room had a groovy pad with a balcony overlooking Eden itself, it was cleaner than a Zen master's mind, smelling of fresh linen and distant pine.

The staff, hip cats with smiles wider than the Grand Canyon, greeted me like long-lost soulmates. No plasticine corporate robots here, these folks ran on genuine hospitality, ready to whip up an espresso at dawn or point you towards hidden trails where sunlight dripped through moss like liquid gold. And the breakfast, A smorgasbord fit for a king: fluffy eggs and bacon richer than Rockefeller, and enough yogurt and sides to pave a highway to hog heaven.

But the amenities, oh, the amenities, those were the cherry on the sundae. A pool shimmering like a turquoise mirror, a hot tub bubbling like a witch's cauldron, and tennis courts where you can serve up like Roy Emerson.

Ashland Hills Hotel & Suites, is more than just a place to crash, it's your portal to a bygone era where good vibes flowed like Napa cabernet and life was one long, technicolor groove. A living, breathing testament to the era peace, love, and damn good coffee. So, let me raise a toast to this psychedelic palace, and say thanks for the most righteous stay. You're the real deal, baby, the real deal.

Hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed at (for the price) in a long time. I would highly recommend.

We had car problems so had to stay 5 nights with no car. Even though they were full, they accommodated us in a beautiful suite. The location was just across the Street from the car repair shop also a mini mart and a 24 hour restaurant and bar. The coffee pot in the room was well used by us as well. We also loved the breakfast buffet available every morning.

My new Favorite hotel. I think this ismy favorite hotel of all time. Love the decor. Super clean rooms. Great service and breakfast. Tons of outdoor seating, great pool area. The only con is not close to downtown, but we didn't care this time since we were going hiking. Will for sure stay again.

We go here whenever we do an Ashland getaway. We love the relaxed atmosphere, the excellent staff, the views over the hills, the mid century decor and the dining at Luna. This hotel group really understand hospitality and crafting the guest experience

We got stuck in Ashland overnight because of the I-5 being closed (due to snow)
This hotel was a gem! It is hip vintage & beautiful inside. So much to look at. The lamps, statues and couches were mid century boutique awesome. We took many photo opportunities! We were so comfortable in our room. and the building is huge! Our 4 year old needed to walk around and burn off some energy.
Luna cafe/restaurant inside had delicious food and cocktails (full bar available) everything we ate was satisfying! and the eating area/ lounge was gorgeous and had a great view of the mountains. We definitely would stay here again. A perfect happy accident stumbling upon this place. We'll be back. Book it now!

Very quiet, pleasant hotel, easy drive to downtown shops & plays. Café & bar onsite, both good. Outside pool & hot tub. Dog-friendly, apparently. They catered an event for us and the food & service were excellent. Ashland is a fun town to visit.

My husband and I travel often to CA to see family, since moving to OR in 2020, and Ashland is an our half way point and a great one by the way. Adorable city. We can see ourselves living here someday!
This holiday season was the first time Ashland Hills came up on our hotel search for some reason and we are so glad it did. We stayed both on our way to and from CA. The rooms are huge and real clean. Love the back slider door and small window option as we both run hot at night and don’t like the heater on. Also gives us easy access to our vehicle parked right behind the unit and we don’t even have to totally empty it so we love that. The pet policy is also awesome and the spacious rooms are great for our big dog and easy to take her out at night. Very user friendly rooms for sure. Never been to a hotel like that specially in this price point.
The beds and bedding are real comfortable and crisp. Towels are bright white. Shower is nice and hot but pressure is ok.
Can’t say much about the breakfast as we woke up late both times so maybe it’s better earlier.
Property is just very well cared for and close to hwy and food.
Very friendly staff!!!
Unfortunately some pet parents are not as thankful as we are for having such an accommodating hotel for our pet and they fail to clean up after their pets. Not the hotel’s fault of course. But beware of poop in grassy areas.
The only thing that I noticed on this stay after a heavy rain was a clogged up gutter above our room that made a pretty good lake near our back door and the room next to us. Easy fix.
We will keep staying at Ashland Hills from now on and recommend!!!

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel several times. We travel with two adult Labrador retrievers and find it not only a comfortable hotel but very convenient with the dogs. The dog park is a wonderful and very uncommon feature that we take advantage of on every stay. The Luna Café and other nearby restaurant make the stay even more pleasant.

I love it here! Totally retro look, clean, affordable, quiet, absolutely beautiful courtyards, tennis courts, pool/jacuzzi, Luna cafes onsite and has tasty food, and my favorite thing I can buy bottles of wine from the front desk, 🤣 the landlord/manager is extremely helpful and easy to work with if your looking for a long term stay this is the place

Pet friendly, stylish Mid-century Modern design, and convenient location. This place is great. We had mixup and booked one of the only non pet-friendly rooms because it wasn’t indicated on the website. But Micah at the front desk was exceptionally quick to fix the mixup, super kind and professional, and left us satisfied despite being road-weary on arrival. We’re likely to book a room again here in the future mostly because he took care of us.

This place is absolutely amazing! We stayed here April 2022. (Just now getting around to the review!)

The lobby has wonderful art, the front desk was knowledgeable about dietary restrictions when I inquired about the breakfast. The complimentary breakfast had a large variety of options (cereal, with non dairy milk options, fruit, yogurt, waffle maker, breakfast sandwiches, bagels) No gluten free breads, however the Luna Cafe restaurant attached to the Hotel had GF options. Hotel prices are reasonable (same prices as Medford, so you wouldn’t be saving any money staying in Medford. Which I learned. Might as well pay the same price and have the lovely Ashland charm) Our room was secure, you need to have a room key to enter the hallway to get to your room. (Other hotels are room access from parking lot which can feel a bit vulnerable and be noisy) The room was clean, had coffee pot, mini fridge and microwave (not all rooms have microwaves, but the Family Suite did). The sound proofing of the room was great! We couldn’t here neighbors. Our room had a balcony that over looked the courtyard. I liked best that you can only access the courtyard if you had a room key, you also need your room key to get back into the hallways that lead to rooms. So that felt secure. The pool was heated, the hot tub was hot (although the jets weren’t operational) the pool area had specific pool towels so you didn’t have to bring your room towels. Pet friendly! I traveled with my dog. Standard rules about not leaving pet unattended in the room. So we put her in the car when we swam in the pool (would be problematic in summer time when cars are too hot for animals to safely stay in) not an issue in Springtime.

Overall a great place! We will be staying here again. Charming, friendly and clean.
