Bricks Corner

Our first time eating here & first time tasting Detroit style pizza, and it won’t be the last! The pizza was so delicious!!! We’re used to NY thin crust, so were a little suspect, but it exceeded our expectations and was so good! I ordered the plain cheese pizza with extra sauce. The sauce is on the top! We loved the crunchiness of the bottom of the soft crust and the flavor of the sauce. Will definitely go back again!

10/10! The bricks pizza and buffalo chicken salad were soooo delicious and hit the spot for us after skiing! More than enough for two people! We also got the Cookie which was fantastic! Favorite part was Jolene our waitress! She was so attentive and warm and made it her mission to make she we enjoyed our meal and experience! She even ran after us when we forgot our pizza in the to go box! Can’t wait to come back!

Pretty cool little corner spot for some excellent Detriot style pizza. The folks were welcoming and attentive, the atmosphere was decorated nicely, and they had a wide selection of beers. I enjoyed their monster on the wall eating pizza. Brickzilla? Bring an appetite when you arrive, this pizza will not disappoint! Thanks for the experience.

This place is INCREDIBLE! The service, the food, the staff, I’d give it 10 stars ⭐ if that was an option. We held my husbands 40th surprise birthday party in their private room and had the best night! We had 45 people and they couldn’t have been more accommodating! Jolayne absolutely KILLED IT! Incredible service on her part! Jamie the manager worked with me to successfully host a large party and was amazing to work with! All around a great restaurant, amazing food, and even better staff! I would 100% recommend this place to everyone, perfect for a party! Thank you thank you, Bricks!

Just a wonderful experience all around. The service, ambiance and pizza was fantastic. The pan pizza was crunchy, chewy, sweet and salty. I'm definitely putting bricks corner in the rotation.

Not only is the food EXCEPTIONAL but the service is so wonderful too! I wanna give a shout out to Kris and Naomi for being so hospitable and kind to us while we were at the restaurant. We love this place so much we came back two days in a row!!! I have to recommend the bricks pizza and the one with Italian beef. SO SO SO GOOD!!! We took a vegetarian friend here too and she loved the artichoke pizza. Highly recommend and always a spot for us to return to whenever we come back to SLC. You won’t regret coming here!

My first time here today, I tried a simple cheese pizza and it was delicious. As a New York style lover I didn't know i was missing this in my life. The ingredients seemed to be high quality and the sauce was a surprise in its taste and lightness as a marinara

Amazing meal while I was visiting, I love deep dish and this Detroit-style inspired pizza was to die for. Highly reccomend the fried cauliflower as well it was heavenly.

This must be the best deep dish pizza I've ever had!! I got introduced to Bricks Corner during a work trip last year. Coming back for the same gig one year later, Bricks Corner was the first thing on my to do list coming straight from the airport.

Even tho' I ate way more than I ever needed to - because it's so damn delicious - there is no way I can eat all six pizza squares in one sitting. So I came prepared this time around. That's right, I packed a George Forman Grill into my suitcase so I can reheat the left overs in my hotel room. And trust me, even reheated it still tops 99.9% of the pizzas out there!!

Needless to say that you're totally missing out if you haven't tried Bricks Corner yet.

Oh... and the cheesecake - made out of duck eggs from a local farm - is just another extraordinary culinary experience!

Our server was Omar he was awesome!! We had the Margarita Pizza it was amazing , best pizza we have ever had!! My husband had the Dinosaur Wings and loved them!!!

Delicious pizza! Way better than other pizza places around. The lunch special included a personal sized pizza, side salad, and drink. Not too busy when we were there on a weekday from 11-12:30ish. I got the Chicken Piccata and WOW delicious 😋

Easily some of the best Detroit style pizza. Went here twice in one week because it was so good.

This is a great place for a casual meal. The staff are always super friendly and the food has been delicious. The pizza is deep dish with a crispy crust and it’s a great indulgence. We usually get a salad and every one we’ve had has been delish! They also have burgers and sandwiches that have been really good too.
Highly recommend if you want to feed a crowd and please everyone!

Detroit style pizza at its best cozy chill vibes place delicious appetizers get the fried cheese must have! Pizza has crispy cooked cheese on the edges and soft pizza dough in the middle saucy cheesy goodness on top waitress are friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu only downfall parking is very minimal but worth it!!!

My family and I ate here for the first time and ended up really enjoying it. None of us had tried this style of pizza before, but each of us enjoyed it. We all ordered our own individual pizzas and took home a ton of leftovers since the pizzas were a lot bigger than we expected! They are literally as thick as a brick, but delicious.

The bread is fluffy/light on the inside, but the outer crust is crispy and delicious. We tried the fried cauliflower which was crispy and yummy. The service was great and did well at explaining to us what to expect and taking care of us throughout our lunch.

The only negative I'd give this place is that it's loud - TVs and a busy road outside made it difficult to hear people at times.

If you haven’t tried Bricks Corner and their amazing Detroit Style Pizza, then look no further for a truly enjoyable dining experience! Highly recommended!

I love Bricks Corner. Been here multiple times. It is definitely a different deep dish pizza and I can see how it could be polarizing. We had the Randazzo which is their pepperoni (add mushrooms for me) and it was delicious, the Crust is always crunchy and I love it that way. Lots of bread and toppings.. What’s not to love? We also decided to get the Sasso Tots. They are loaded with cheese, beef, and peppers. And the sauce they give you is bomb.

Now this was our first time getting it for Take out.. It was good! BUT, if you live about a half an hour away like me it doesn’t travel so well. Because it’s so hot when they give it to you the bottom of the pizza will get really soggy fast and start sticking to the cardboard. That being said. If you live close it would be fine. But if not? Take a trip, have a nice dinner or lunch in house! Fantastic pizza!

Super filling food! Really good not your traditional pizza place. We got the tots and sweet and salt pork. Both flavorful and delicious. Our server dan was attentive and friendly.

I went for Detroit Style pizza and I got some great Detroit style pizza. Some potentially helpful information:

The pizzas are huge and hefty. We ordered two pizzas and amazing cheese sticks for only two people not understanding the sheer volume of what we've done. The menus said personal pan pizza, but I'm in awe of who could eat that all by themselves. After the cheese sticks, I think we were able to eat three pieces before we took them home. They are very hearty and rich. Prices between $16-22 per pizza.

We had the BBQ and the pizza with the French dip. Both were good but I would say there was already too much flavor going on with the pizza for the au jus to be a benefit.

The parking is nearly zero. Be prepared to park on the cross street in front of other people's homes.

Service was non attentive and hard to wave down. We really could have used some water. The beer on tap was $7 a pint. Pretty high prices for on tap but the cans and bottles were more on par with what you'd expect and their selection was well created.

Very fun place, and the service was great. Jamie was our server and she was very attentive even though we were there during a busy lunch hour. Great food, and unique presentation. The portions are massive for a typical lunch special. The three of us each had the special, which is a huge salad and personal pizza that I couldn’t finish.
