Edge Carpet Repair & Cleaning

Update: A few days after our carpets were cleaned, I noticed that the seam between our hall and master bedroom was coming apart. I wondered if they would come back, since I’d already paid them.
I shouldn’t have worried. James, the owner sent, someone to do the follow up repair (which only took about 20 minutes.) I appreciated their willingness to make the job right. A true test of a good company.

Original visit: I’m extremely happy with the work provided by Edge Carpets. They stretched and cleaned the carpet in our upstairs bedrooms and a hall and it all looks brand new. Brixton and Luke were professional and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Edge are my carpet guys for life! I had a library project at my house. James & Brixton helped me take my carpet out perfectly to prep, and then installed it back perfectly when all was complete. Since then I've had them do numerous enhancements to other parts of my flooring. Every time they are clear and communicative and on time. No need for anyone else. Edge are my guys.

Edge did a wonderful job, both stretching and cleaning our wool carpets--they look like new! The estimate through the completed job was seamless and enjoyable. We will be using Edge for all our future carpet repairs and cleaning.

We had carpet lifting from the top of our stairs and someone referred James to us to repair it. He was able to come in the same day I called him and fixed it. He was friendly and did a great job! Would definitely recommend him!

James and Luke were very professional. They knew exactly how to fix my bedroom carpet which had many ripples. They stretched the carpet and it looks great. They vacuumed the carpet and left the room in perfect condition. I will definitely call them again. They are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them.

I had them stretch and blend a piece of carpet in a difficult spot and you cannot even notice that it is patched. 5 stars for sure! James was responsive when I initially reached out for an estimate. He also got me on the schedule with only a short wait. When James and Luke arrived they were both friendly, courteous and on time. James was upfront on a seam I was looking to have repaired and suggested the best option. I had a couple of other patches done as well and all turned out great. You would never know there was a patch put down. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. Luke even vacuumed the carpet afterwords, which he is welcome to come back anytime! James is a good man.Our home falls outside of his service area, but he took the time to educate me on how to find someone.That is red beautiful. He also was able to refer me to another gentleman that was able to help me and took all the time that I needed to educate me on the process.And what to look for. And all this was without me hiring him so that speaks to his integrity.

James was great to work with. Responded quickly and came to give me his opinion/estimate on repairing a section of carpet that had an ink pen explosion. He spent time trying to clean the stain, pulled up carpet to see if it had soaked through and then told me my carpet cleaner could most likely get it out and it didn’t need repairing. Didn’t charge me a thing for his time and effort. I will be calling edge for any future needs! Thank you!! And you were right, the stain came 95% out! 🥳👏🏼

Great work from everyone. Setting up an appointment was easy and they responded quickly. Estimate was given on site before work began. Employees were respectful and answered all of the questions I had. Would have been helpful for them to provide a receipt at the end of the job. I will definitely use them again!

Highly recommend this company to come and repair work. Had a minor flood which ended up needing carpet pad replaced. They were prompt and very professional. I also had them stretch an area for me and clean my carpet. Will call them back to help with some other areas. Highly recommend.

We are trying to sell our home, but between kids that love oil paints and one with trichotillomania, some parts of the basement carpet needed some love. We previously had a carpet cleaner in, but they were not able to remove all of the stains. James came in to do an estimate. For some of the lighter spots, he provided some stain remover at no cost that did the trick. For the more heavily stained or bald spots, he provided advice on how to best handle the problem areas to create the best look while minimizing the cost to us. The repair appointment went smoothly and we were impressed with the results. James was friendly and easy to do business with.

Brendan was skilled and knowledgeable. Very thorough and professional. Would definitely hire again. He fixed buckling carpet for us and answered all our questions about future installation jobs we’re interested in.

Exceeded our expectations. They came in and stretched our carpets, which involved moving furniture, cutting the carpet, and whatever else they did. After they completed the job, they thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed, and replaced all the furniture. It was awesome! The carpet looks great.

James and Luke were great - they explained the reason for the wrinkles, how they would remove them and they stretched the carpet and removed them. Learned a lot and got a nice job for a fair price. Very pleasant to work with James

James from Edge did a fantastic job on our carpet repair. The carpet had torn and had been pulled up from under the baseboard, and you would never know it now. It looks good as new, and James was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!

Brixton and James were awesome. Brixton came out and did some carpet and laminate repairs. Brixton was friendly, knowledgeable and explained all the options available. Brixton went above and beyond. Just a side note they also do hard flooring repairs and installation, I will definitely be using them for all my hard floor needs in the future.
