Excellent customer service! It's not too often when you find a dealer, let alone a used car dealer, that treats you right and truly cares about helping you; but J.D. Byrider is just that! I do not have the best financial situation at the moment due to medical reasons, and I was very upfront with my situation with them. Before they even talk about looking at cars they get an approval from their on-site financial office, unlike other dealerships that get you excited about a vehicle and then say bring it back in you we couldn't get you financing. When the decision came back I was informed that I technically didn't qualify due to my income being barely too little, however they were able to not only find a way to get past that and also get me into an excellent car that is in excellent condition! The best part of their services is that you have a 36 month or 36,000 mile warranty on all major and some minor parts with only a $25 deductible, Can't beat that when it comes to things like possible engine failure (upwards of $2,000 for a new one)! I don't know any other used car dealership by me that offers such an amazing warranty! All in all they are the best route to rebuilding not only your credit, but also shopping for a used car. Not only will I praise the gal that helped me, I'll also be sending as many people their as I can.

P.S. They have an amazing referral bonus if you do have a friend who gets a car from them, so you can't go wrong with that!

This place was great! I had a few obstacles through the process, but Justin Moody and Cameron Jeppson really went the extra mile to help get me into not just a vehicle, but a vehicle that I wanted, that I chose.
They didn't try to rush me through the process even though it meant they had to stay late to help me. These two are real troopers and deserve a heck of a raise!!! Thank you guys I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I completed financing over the phone with Shantel and she was great and answered all my questions. I went in to trade my car in for another and was greeted and helped by Megan. Everyone at JDByrider was really laid back, easy going and open to any questions. We felt like we were not just another customer with bad credit. They worked with us and they were very detailed about the auto loan contract, it was not just slammed on us in a hurry before signing it and knowing exactly how much our payments were and how much interest is being charged. They also offer a 36 month warranty on every vehicle and have their own repair shop. Every 3000 miles there is an oil change for only $10.00. Most repairs that should ever come up were promised to be taken care of. We've had a really great experience and would recommend everyone to this Dealer. Thank you for making us feel valued.

Andrew Angus was our salesman and he was super awesome to work with. He had paperwork all ready to go so we could look at cars right away. He was thorough and made me feel comfortable. J.D. Byrider was an amazing experience. My engine had blown in my previous vehicle, and I had no way to get to work or to take my baby to daycare. We had been denied on everything we had tried for at previous dealerships. Megan was fantastic! She went to work for us. They were so flexible, and they were willing to work with our credit and down payment. We ended up with a better car and better payments. I recommend them to everyone I know in need of a vehicle. I will be using them when we get another vehicle. Good credit or not. It was well worth the visit.

Andrew Angus was outstanding!!!! He was professional from start to finish. I changed my mind four different times and not once did he become annoyed with me and my inability to chose a vehicle quickly. I walked in at 11:15 am and he greeted me with a smile. He offered me a beverage an popcorn. We laughed and he made my car buying experience an amazing one. He walked me through the process and made sure I fully understood what he and the team were saying. I test drove a few vehicles and then made a decision. The office was very clean and Neat. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this facility for their next car buying experience.

The service shop here is amazing. They are knowledgeable and won't push unnecessary repairs on you. Quick and to the point with friendly staff. I would buy another vehicle here just for the service techs.

They were very friendly and kind. I walked in feeling embarrassed knowing how my credit history was. Andrew Angus was positive didn't judge me and said, that is why we are here to help you. After I got approved he took me to meet Dave their head shop guy to go over the warranty that came with my purchase. Dave explained what to do and what was covered. I drove out in my new purchase car feeling grateful and thankful for JD Byrider team for making me feel welcomed. I will suggest people to come here for their car needs.

On May 1st, I took my Ford Taurus in for service, as usual, I received excellent service. The service manager Tom is top notch, not to mention his assistant Chelse.while I was waiting for my car I briefly say hello to friendly sales staff, I have been a long term customer, its nice to see familiar faces. When checking out I have dealt with the same lady for years, she definitely excels at her job and its always nice being greeted by your name. My experience on Wednesday 5/1/2019 was 5 stars. Thank JD and especially Mr. Justin Moody for providing me with awesome customer service! The loan process was pretty painless and the loan Officer explained everything very well. The Kia that I got was not exactly the SUV or Luxury vehicle that i wanted. But it is a great start towards rebuilding my credit. And they were pretty flexible with the down payment. In a few months when my credit is up I may possibly go trade it in at JD if they have a vehicle that I want at that time.

Tom in the service department had always made sure my car is fixed right the first time. The service department I feel goes above and beyond for the vehicles brought there. I will not take my car anywhere else to be fixed. Yet are quick and friendly and I feel comfortable leaving my car with them knowing I'll be taken care of. Iriana will go above and beyond for costumers. I honestly am very grateful for all their help in the past few years

Overall... I am a satisfied... The car's are good... The warranty is good... The staff is very friendly... They do actually care about their customers and will do things to make any situation right. I would like to apologize for my previous review... I can see how it could have sounded harsher than intended... Even the best people have difficult days as do the best of companies... I have told several people to look into buying a car at Jd Byrider... Some advantages are you get a good reliable vehicle... Very good people to work with... I would hands down... Recommend this company for anyone needing a good car... I love my car... The friendly professional staff is very patient and understanding. They do stand behind the cars they sell...

I bought my car in Sept 2016, my transmission started acting up in July 1st 2017. They diagnosed it as needing a new transmission. They fixed it with 24 hours. No charge for the transmission, still covered under their warranty!
I have my car back and it's running great! They kept me informed while it was being fixed. I'm very surprised that I didn't have to fight about cost for the transmission. They took care of everything... it was great not having to worry about "what else they would find wrong". I'm so happy and would highly recommend them for service!!

Everyone hear were friendly and helpful. Conrad sold me a car for a fair price no need to haggle. Tom in service explained my warranty in detail. I have no grey areas in my service plan or payment plan. I will be a returning customer for years to come. Thanks everyone.

I just want to say Andrew was amazing. He seriously went out of the way for me. He notice I had a little cough and offer me some cough drops and offer me some tea and even gave me a honey packet. What car sales man would do that.

I have never been treated this amazing at a car dealership. We went in, we were asked what kinda car we wanted they made it happen WITHOUT HASSLE!!! This place is amazing!! I referred my sister and the same thing happen she got into a car that she wanted with payments that are affordable.
