Dr. Brady L. Cook, MD

I love Dr Cook and his staff. They are friendly and work to make a person comfortable and relax. They are very easy to relate and talk with during the appointment. You need to plan on calling early in the week if a prescription is about to expire or need a refill but I have always had a call back if there was an issue or a very reasonable response to the pharmacy. I actually travel a lot and make arrangements to come and meet with the doctors office for my prescriptions and exams.

He does his job exceptionally well.

Dr Cook is a great guy and seems competent. Since I'm not a medical professional I can't go on anything other than my experience. My problem isn't with Dr Cook personally. The issue I have is that my mother is the patient, and she recently moved out of state. She has a prescription that's expired, and we haven't been able to get into a doctor.

I called Dr Cook's office to see if they could authorize a prescription refill on Wednesday, January 4 at 231 pm and left a message with my phone number, the new pharmacy information, and the message that my mother's prescription had run out. It's now Friday and the office is closed. I've heard nothing back from Dr Cook's office.

If this was the first time this had happened, I wouldn't be so harsh, but it isn't. I've called several times before and have more than once had to call two or more times to get a response.

I'd rate Dr Cook five stars if ratings were just about bedside manner and medical competence, but it isn't. Dr Cook runs a business, and this side of the business is poorly run.

Unfriendly staff. We often times felt like a number, not a person worthy of help. Always closed on Fridays.
