Aaron's

So I had to delete my last review in order to post this new review.
After much consideration we decided to go back to Aaron's for some living room furniture.
We went on President's Day and all I can say is that was the best decision Hands Down.
We walked in and were immediately greeted by Jessica and she was with us every step of the way in choosing what furniture we were going to bring into our home...
After sitting on a few couches and going back and forth we decided on an amazing and I mean amazing Couch and Lovseat combo that was to die for...
Jessica and Amanda helped finalize the deal with their awesome customer service and a level of professionalism that can only be described as Above and Beyond.
Jessica made sure that my delivery was set for the next day. And after signing all the agreements going over all the paperwork we left with an extremely huge smile on our faces.
The delivery was absolutely on time and the team that delivered our furniture were worthy of five stars.
They showed a level of expertise by making sure that our furniture was delivered and handled with extreme care and that it was placed exactly where we asked them to place it.
My last review really spoke highly of this Aarons in Idaho Falls...
But this experience proved that Aaron's can completely raise the bar and set the standard for other rental companies to follow.
So because of the overall experience and how satisfied we are with the beautiful furniture...

Absolutely amazing service and management. I have been with Aaron's for the last 6 months and have never had an issue. We had an unfortunate incident occur and they were so quick and kind to help us immediately. Highly recommend!

The Location last night that my daughter & I visited, was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED IN A LONG time! Andrea D. Was amazing& we felt bad for keeping her, but she was fabulous! She was everything you want when making a big decision! Helpful kind & didn't rush us covered everything for both my daughter & myself!! This is a great place to buy from. Store manager Andrea is amazing and always going out of her way to make sure we are satisfied. Delivery guys are awesome. Couldn't ask for better service! Thanks guys!

My husband and I just got a new headboard and bed frame from Aaron's it wasn't difficult to out together..although it was a bit dirty from being in the back the staff were very helpful and very friendly, easy to talk to and got exactly what we were looking for without the feeling of being pushed into buying something out of our price range. We have always enjoyed going to Aaron they work with you and have always made shopping with them an enjoyable comfortable experience.

My mother's fridge broke recently and she went in that day and they set her up with one and were going to deliver it next day. Well when she got home she found out her fridge didn't actually break but just reset due to a power outage.

The manager was so nice and said he would refund her money (the fridge wasn't delivered yet and it had been under 24 hours)

Usually my experience with rent to own type of places have not been good but I was quite shocked they were so friendly, understanding, and honest.

I have purchased a few things from Aaron's through the years and they've always been very helpful . The quality of the merchandise is really good and you know when you don't have a whole lot of money just making those small payments is helpful

Yes the price are higher however they don't care junk. We got behind on the bill and they worked with us great. We have payed the items we got from them but will go back it needed

I have been a customer for like 11 years and even tho they have changed management several times they have always been amazing

Like the fact that there is rent-to-own places like this. Friendly staff and always has answers for any questions I my have.
