Big Lots

Big Lots is amazing! We recently moved into our first home, and furnishing and decorating it has been so easy with Big Lots! I LOVE that you can combine coupons on top of sales and even clearance. I'm a huge bargain shopper, and it doesn't really get better than Big Lots.

The store is really clean and well organized too. All my interactions with employees there have been great, and they've always been super helpful. I literally won't get linens/bedding anywhere else now and most of my patio and outdoor items came from here too. I was able to do a lot more on my budget than I thought I'd be able to do in years! From gardening and towels, gifts and quilts, to entryway storage bench and outdoor gazebo. How does one small store have so much!? Also, candles can be so expensive at other places; I love the variety of candles they have and at their prices, I can happily indulge my candle buying problem haha.

I always enjoy Big Lots, they have everything from food to furniture! I've gotten some cool Halloween decorations and Cute Christmas decorations here! I love to get my Christmas cards from here too! I've never had a problem with the staff as they are always friendly! I'd recommend coming here to anyone looking to shop!

I enjoy coming to big lots wither for a snack item, a decoration, furniture, or just a find. I usually spend more than I plan to because I do find pretty cool things! Staff is always nice and friendly, and store is always clean too!

My favorite store where I can buy items at a reasonable price. Love to just walk around and look at their large summer array of summer items.

Renee helped us so much! My wife and I are moving into our first apartment and have no furniture so we came here wanting a few basics and we spent only half our budget for quality items like our sectional, table and chairs and a rocking chair for my pregnant wife. We are so happy and saved $600 compared to the sticker price.

I love this place! Pretty easy access from multiple main streets, lots of parking. Handicap and wheelchair accessible parking/ entry right up close in front of the store! It's normally not horribly crowded.. yes, you need a face mask. Very large variety of things at pretty decent prices..from Toilet paper to health and beauty, home and some office and art/school supplies, decor, food, beverages, gift items, some clothing items, baby needs, furniture, patio, gardening.. but my favorite is their holiday items! Decor, nicely boxed gift items, and some very unique items as well! Definitely a break from bigger stores being over crowded! Employees are knowledgeable and courteous, I'm always greeted with a smile! One more thing, they also have a savings card system based on points earned at each purchase!

Soda was on sale, so we stocked up for the Thanksgiving and Christmas family dinners coming right up. Picked up a few other items, and we were in and out quite quickly. While we were in line, they added another checker. It seems like the staff is cross trained, and can rotate to positions as needed.

Rhonda, an employee at our local Idaho Falls Big Lots, was an excellent help when I went in the other day to return some items. Instead of her blowing me off she totally problem solved and she took the time to help me quickly. It was very much appreciated; I am happy to continue shopping here because they have great employee's like Rhonda.

There's a surprise around every corner at Big Lots. New, exciting, fun products at really good prices! But you can also get all the necessities for home and can depend on the products being there. Their furniture prices are the absolute best and they have a basic lineup at all yes, while again getting unique and trendy items to buy. I like the employees and feel they are knowledgeable and friendly.

More people should shop here - Plenty of good deals with more availability than some other places.

Keri and Mickey took care of me and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I understand that challenges sometimes arise in any business, and they did for me on my visit. But these two great employees were quick to resolve the problem (not caused by them) and to make sure that I was comfortable as a customer.
