Their customer service was absolutely amazing. All the vehicles on the lot were very nice basically brand new. would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
Picked up a 2022 Nissan Altima s test drove it and which it drove very smoothly. There wasn’t any concerns with how it drove or the condition of the car it was very nicely maintained before pulling out of the lot.
The process with Carlos and terry went very fast to get us on the road. Both of them were very nice and friendly and made the process go as smoothly as possible.

I worked with Eric Lancaster to purchase my 2022 Toyota Highlander. It was in Billings at another lot and he had it to me in a day to look at in Idaho Falls. He was amazing. This is the fourth car that we've bought from Hertz car sales. We value Carlos for his integrity and caring attitude. He's almost a member of the family now. For our last car deal with them we traveled over a thousand miles to close the deal, and it was worth every mile.

Eric Lancaster and Cody Saxton w/ Hertz Idaho Falls were incredibly helpful with helping find my 2023 Toyota Tundra. I was purchasing the truck sight unseen while living out of state (Washington). Eric and Cody were very accommodating in answering all my questions and getting me the documents/pictures I requested in order to instill confidence in my decision to make the purchase. When trying to decide on the best way to physically get the truck, Eric walked me through several different options. We settled on shipping the truck from Idaho to the doorstep of my office in Washington. Overall the process from shopping to the final purchase was incredibly efficient and professional. I would highly recommend working with Eric and his team if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

I have always had the assumption that there was no such thing as a likable car salesman. Carlos changed my opinion. He was transparent with me and gave me and my wife plenty of space to talk amongst ourselves without him lingering over us. He was very intelligent and answered all of our questions. I would definitely refer my friends and family to him.

Carlos was amazing and the whole crew are awesome. There were a few little things on the car that we had concerning it after we bought it and these guys came through like nothing else! We live three hours away and they even offered to come and pick up the vehicle, give us a loaner, and drive it all the way back to the dealership in Idaho Falls just to have our questions resolved!!!!! Now those are some professional guys! We may not need them to do that but just the offer speaks volumes! These guys will do you right!

The car rides smooth, it's so clean and the outside is in prestine condition.

Eric Lancaster was the ultimate professional!! He did not push or rush, spent time answering questions and allowing us to take time to make our decision! We were allowed to drive the vehicle for the day before returning to the lot. Meanwhile, Eric even called about another available suv with less mileage and longer warranty. When that vehicle ended up not being available, he was able to help us by finding a longer warranty for the car we purchased. Eric was so easy to work with, and we felt he had our best interest in mind. This was definitely one of the easiest vehicle purchases we have ever had. Carlos was the salesman that helped me. I had gone in a few weeks prior to look at a car that was listed, but it had just sold the night before. He kept an eye out for other vehicles of the same make/model coming in. As soon as they had any information on one he sent it to me. It was very easy and relaxed. My experience purchasing a car at Hertz Car Sales was very easy and comfortable! I've bought cars at other dealerships and have come away feeling hustled and manipulated, as the salesmen and the finance guys smiled, joked and smooth talked through the entire process. But not so with Hertz. Carlos was informative and helpful but never came across pushy or phony. He was willing to work with me to find solutions to a few little bumps in the process, and treated me with respect and trust, something I appreciated very much. Great car buying experience! Eric was really nice to work with and I felt like he listened to what I was looking for. The wait for the final paperwork was a little long but they were short staffed that day.
