It's a clean and affordable place.
The front desk clerk was very nice.
It would have been nice if they would put two large towels in the room.
I would stay there again, when I am in the area 😀

Not huge rooms but always clean, good service and if you join their rewards and use their app, the rates are unbelievable!

Exceeded expectations! I was traveling and found a last munute spot here. For the price it's marginally cheaper than the extended stay, but nicer! Newly renovated 3rd floor room seemed perfect for the single or couple traveling. Quiet and smoke free. Elevator accessable. The amenities leave more to be desired, but for the price, it seemed like what I would expect. Microwave in the lobby for heating and ice buckets in the room for cooling. Quiet neighborhood and east access to the restaurants and shopping. 15 min drive to any part of Lexington.

Room was very clean and the clerk was very, very nice. Will stay here again.

We were greeted at night in a friendly way. They saw we were coming from the hospital and gave us a good rate. They even let us have an extra hour to checkout since we were up half the night. Everything was a bit worn but good and clean. Thanks for the stay!

Renee at the front desk was very nice and sweet. Cause of her great behavior, I chose to stay at the hotel. Room seems neat and clean. TV works pretty fine and clean towels for a refreshing shower.

I loved this place!! Always checking on you for housekeeping, always clean towels, clean rooms, clean bathrooms with great water pressure from the shower, the king size bed was actually king sized. Nice location not far from stores or restaurants. Definitely get your bang for your buck there. I believe some people live over there and I don’t blame them. It would be worth it. I travel for my job and trust me on this, never stay at Motel 6 or Econolodge. Yuck. Stay at Red Roof Inn.

I love staying here, the people who work there are really nice. The housekeeping is great too I always ask for Ms. Donna's rooms they are always so clean, especially bathrooms and they smell nice too. I would recommend this place, they have good rates too.

Price is great and the rooms are clean. I stay here often. Only improvement would be replacing light bulbs when they burn out and replace worn/broke down mistresses. I stay here often so I know most rooms are in better shape than the few bad. Most of my experiences are positive and the staff is great.

I'm very happy with my stay here. Spent $20 less than a place 2 weeks ago and I think this place was better. The floors in the room are mostly hard floors that give a better feeling if it being clean. But it is still a hotel floor. Room looked newer and everything worked great, except the locks. The door locks are rough. Getting the door open can be tricky and getting the deadbolt to stay in, to close the door, can be even harder. I didn't try the breakfast, so I don't know how it is. I'd definitely stay here again.

we came from the other location and we had an issue there as soon as we checked in (bugs). we tried to get our refund immediately but they were really nonchalant about it and basically were no help. i called this location hoping they could transfer the reservation but unfortunately they werent able to. Renee answered the phone and listened to everything I said and was extremely helpful and understanding. i told her we had used basically most of what we had other than $50 to get the room for a few nights and she helped us get a room and worked with us so we had somewhere to stay. the room was clean and just fine (no bugs!!) and the property itself also isn’t bad. there was some smoke burns in the sheets and some of the people here are a little sketchy. the location is really close to things to do and food options and shopping. the bathroom was large and the bed was decently comfortable. only one set of towels but they do have a mini fridge and microwave too which was helpful. i really really appreciated the understanding and helpfulness of this property and their employees. Renee is absolutely amazing. when we checked in there was a very long line of guests checking in and such and she did amazing at keeping everyone happy and quickly moving. i waited about 5 mins max. i was slightly hesitant about coming here but i’m so glad i called and i’m so glad they were able to help us! 💓

It's real nice as far as Red Roofs go. Room was clean, & comfortable. Quiet also.

Very reasonable and comfortable! This is a great place to stay. Renee is so kind and friendly. She truly cares about people. She is the best! We look forward to staying here again.

Me and my grandma decided to stay here the other night because it was affordable and close to both of her doctors we had to go to. We were both impressed despite most motels in that price range. It was very clean, beds were nice and the staff was absolutely great. My grandma couldn't figure out how to use the door key and as my hands were full, the attendant came out of his way to help. And checking in was great, the lady was beyond nice! We loved it! Thanks guys, we will be back on grannies next appointment.

Stayed here for over 2 months while husband recuperated from liver transplant at UK hospital. Rooms are recently renovated and clean. Didn't see any bugs at all the whole time I stayed here. Front desk was always great to me and handled everything quickly that I needed. Can't beat the price. Close to the hospital, restraunts and shopping.

I was I. Lexington for a one day conference and this hotel was minutes away. I was skeptical to book because of some of the reviews I had read but the location was perfect and some of the reviews were good so I have it a shot. The room was clean and very cool when I arrived. It had clean towels and the bathroom and sink were very clean. Smelled fresh as well. I have absolutely no complaints about this room or the front desk staff. She was very friendly and quick! I would stay here again.

Horrible. It was tiny. Only had half a row of paper towels and one wash cloth and 2 towels. Was suppose to get a room with fridge and microwave and got one that didn't have either. Also didn't even have a coffee maker or hair dryer. I had my handicap brother with me that needed a fridge for his medicine and when I told the lady in the lobby, she told me to deal with priceline and refused to put us in a room with a fridge. Her excuse was that she was already loosing $50 because I booked through priceline. Very disappointing.

I spent a week here with my family due to my father being in ICU. They gave me a discount and was very kind and understanding of our situation. The front office was great about giving us extra towels and information about locations of stores since we are from out of town. I would recommend this place to anyone. I can't thank you all enough for being so understanding and all your help. God bless you all.

I've never written a review before but I will today.
My wife was in the hospital and I needed a place close so I choose this one and I wasn't disappointed. Rooms was clean and people was friendly. At first couldn't find light switch but saw that the whole room was Handicap accessible so the light switch was lower LOL.
You couldn't get a better room for the price. Had fridge, coffee maker, flat screen tv, and what I've never seen before a Security safe .
The only thing I didn't like was the heat, itwasn't force air heat so it took a while to get it to the temp you wanted.
Couldn't figure how to change the depend person to my name.

All of our expectations were met, plus we received a generous, unexpected discount because our purpose was to visit the Lexington VA for a medical procedure the following morning. This is an older building, but it seemed to be in good repair. The room was simple, but clean, and the bed was comfortable and had adequate pillows. We got good value for our money and were satisfied with our stay.
