Staybridge Suites Lexington, an IHG Hotel

As a Chief Engineer of a 212 room Holiday inn , This hotel is a well kept facility. Quiet rooms , Clean rooms with very little issues. Friendly staff ,which is important in our profession. Thanks again for a great stay.

We had booked another hotel prior to this one but after reading multiple reviews we decided to find another hotel. We are in town for the COJO concert and this hotel is less than 10 mins away from rupp! Very close to the mall, all kinds of restaurants are within walking distance. We got the queen suite and it has went above my expectations. The staff was amazing when we checked in or if we needed anything. The rooms are amazing!! Ours had a couch, very nice queen bed, stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and a whole lot more. Overall very impressed! would come back 100x over again

The people her were so friendly.. I really wished I had stayed here the last 2 times I was in Kentucky. Rooms were clean and quiet area. I will always come back here

This was by far the best IHG chain or hotel we have stayed in on our business trips so far. These are very very nice clean and nice ppl working here. Loved the short stay wish could have stayed longer but will be looking NOW for future at these hotels instead of holiday inn & express.

I have never encountered better, friendlier, more professional staff than at this hotel. Sure, I've stayed at exclusive retreats in this country and abroad wherein my every need was catered to by stellar, well-trained staff; I'm talking, ordinary, every day accommodations, such as Staybridge Suites -- THIS place has the best quality staff I've EVER seen. They are kind, courteous, genuinely want to help guests, and they do their jobs with a smile. EVERY PERSON AT THIS HOTEL DESERVES A RAISE. Our room was comfortable and clean, the entire hotel, including patio, etc. was clean and well maintained. The breakfast is close to private restaurant quality. There's even a free dinner Mon-Wed's. I've stayed here twice over the last 6 months, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to any traveler. Good job!

The rooms were clean, modern, and everything we needed after a long drive. The front desk staff was awesome. They always had the items and answers we needed swiftly and pleasantly, and I felt like we had many of both. The breakfast area was really pretty and comfortable. The food was good, and the attendants were cheerful and kept everything well stocked. There were plenty of food and shopping options nearby, which was nice. The pool area was clean and had a shower area to rinse off. It was a great stay at a great price, and I'd definitely stay again.

Great location. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is clean and you hear no outside noise in your room. Breakfast was good also.

All good things to say
Last minute reservation for what we knew was an insanely busy weekend in Lexington and the price was great - and they allowed our to big dogs for a very reasonable pet fee.

Staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating beyond any in my recent memory. Especially LaShondra and Brittany at the front desk - friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us.

Socials and breakfast were included and the ladies (I did not get there names) kept it clean- stocked - and were so friendly and patient with the number of what I thought were somewhat needy and at times rude guests

Every aspect of the property was clean and well kept - rooms were comfortable with nice kitchens, comfy beds and exceptionally clean.

Free guest laundry- I do laundry if possible on long trips to help keep things organized so to me this was a huge plus.

Lastly - the location. The best I have stayed in Lexington. Plenty to walk too and everything you could want to do is a short drive or Uber ride away.

We will be back!!!!

I was pleasantly surprise at how nice this hotel was. I love how accommodating the front desk was he walked with us and took us room to room until we got one with a walk in shower!! Best customer service ive got at a hotel and i have been to quite alot! The rooms are super nice they even have a full size dishwasher and fridge! They even provided nice dishes and cooking utensils! A shower by the pool was a plus! They truly thought of everything for their guest! Very happy with our stay! Only thing that could have been better is the breakfast selection and making check out later ☺ ! But over all were very please and will come back everytime we come to lexington!!

The staff here is absolutely on point. We had a bit of a special situation and they were more than accommodating about. The real MVP was at the front desk the evening of the 25th/morning of the 26th. She deserves the recognition for sure. Even though there were a bunch of wild kids at the pool who would not stop splashing my daughter and running around like crazy to the point we had to get out. That's the parents' faults who wouldn't address it. It's not the fault of the hotel. Thank you all so much for making our stay comfortable!

Love this hotel..only complaint is the towels are not soft...lol

Hands down one of the best hotels ive ever stayed in. Had a full kitchen including dishes. Very clean and well kept up and in a Great location with walking distance to great food and drinks.

Beautifulb2 bedroom suite. Clean and comfortable.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The to-go breakfast was great. We did have extremely rude neighbors who were drinking and partying until 4am in which they woke up our 2 year old repeatedly. I didn't call the front desk in order to give them a chance to handle it. They didn't have a blow dryer either but I can bring my own next time. Overall it was great compared to the hotel we stayed in a few nights prior. And the price was so fair!

Very nice and not far from Rupp Arena. This is our place to stay when we come to Lexington!

Highly recommended. The most memorable part of my month long stay is the all night long restful comfort of the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I was here, along with friends, for the month of July. Room was spotless and comfortable. My room Attendant, Leaha, was efficient, friendly, unobtrusive, doing and excellent job. The daily free breakfast bar included a healthy and wide variety of tasty foods and beverages. The Attendant, Annie, kept all food items in sufficient supply as well keeping all tables sanitized and spotless during her shift. On a side note: a man was on duty never wiped tables or spills on the counter surfaces and food frequently ran out by 9am during his shift. The patio/courtyard area was comfortable and kept clean. The only negative is the free wifi was very poor and unable to access unless I went to the dining area or the computer room.

I was unsure when I got there how my stay would be cuz they weren't very friendly when I arrived. There were three women at the desk when I arrived and none of them acknowledge me. A man came out of a back room and he addressed me finally. I want really given any info checking in as far as which way to my room, when checkout was, WiFi password, ect. I work on hospitality and know these things should be done. The room was awesome! Love the pool and fire pit. The lady putting up breakfast was very nice and friendly I wish I could remember her name.
