Love this place. I come here at least once a week to do some work and have a cup or two of coffee. Their beans are phenomenal and strong tasting and you can see how they process them in the facility. Staff is wonderful and take special care of making your drinks with the fancy hearts and flowers etc.

Warm and comfortable space on a rainy day. Was able to enjoy an egg and bacon 🥓 pastry 🥐 large latte and 2 hours working in the corner. Great WiFi, very friendly and knowledgeable people working the counter.

I visited on a cloudy Saturday morning around noon and the cafe was not busy. I absolutely loved both the chicken pepperjack piroshki and vanilla oat milk latte (with house-made vanilla syrup). The indoor and patio spaces are large with plenty of places to sit, and they play music quietly inside. Great place to grab coffee and catch up with friends or work for a while.

Excellent service, capuccino is outstanding, and paired with Rugelach for dessert makes this combo just perfect. Second time visiting this place, and certainly will come back again soon.

Top tier coffee and service, one of the top places in the SF Bay Area for sure ❤
They also serve Firebrand and Third Culture pastries!
Lastly, lots of seating to do work or just hang out and there’s a lot of shops nearby to walk to and check out.

The store was very open, bright and clean. The workers were super friendly and got out drinks out fast. Their coffee was yummy and creamy, the chai was sweet and spicy, and the almond croissant was perfect. I really loved it and will definitely be coming back. The only issue was it full of people studying so there weren’t too many empty places to sit.

I was here on a rainy day. Definitely loved the vibe. It has Indoor as well as outdoor seating. I tried their “sea salt toffee cappuccino” which is worth a mention! They have really good black coffee too.. I’ll be back to try out more on their menu.. They are open till 5pm on the weekdays.

Friendly staff and spacious interior. Great quality (esp since I got decaf and many places treat that as an afterthought) with some nice locally sourced pastries. I got the blueberry pinwheel danish (approximating the name) which was simple but lovely with coffee! Super convenient location too!

Very nice, quiet place, feels like a college library! You almost feel as if you are disturbing the peace with a conversation. Great coffee at a not-so-expensive -- for Bay Area standards -- price.

The place is very nice and modern with a “NYC” vibe. In a good way! Choices for non coffee drinkers are not bad. Still have to try the hot chocolate. The ultimate test! Service is cool. As in not very warm. They could use an occasional smile. Definitely will come back!!

Hip coffee joint, spacious interior. I got the Ethiopian Yirgachaffe pour over coffee for $5.50. On the steeper side, but the coffee I had was unbelievable - one of the best I've had in recent memory. Definitely will stop here anytime I pass through Berkeley.

During a recent visit to Artís Coffee in Berkeley, I had the delight of tasting a small yet flavor-packed dessert called rugelach. This Eastern European pastry was a marvel of textures, from its flaky, buttery crust to the generous spiral of crunchy poppy seeds. Each bite was a perfect balance of tender pastry and rich, nutty filling.

Alongside the rugelach, I enjoyed a well-crafted latte. A perfect complement to the sweet treat without stealing the spotlight. It enhanced the overall experience, making for a delightful pairing that I would recommend to any café-goer.

In all, the visit was a pleasant reminder of the joy found in simple, well-executed desserts and drinks. The rugelach stood out with its traditional charm and exquisite flavor, while the latte provided a comforting warmth, creating a harmonious café experience.

This is a wonderful coffee spot on 4th street Berkeley - they make great everything!!
Love the mocha.

On weekends, they have live music - it’s a very popular place.

Loved the bright atmosphere and coffee at Artis Coffee. We purchased a salted cold foam cold brew and a vanilla latte. Both drinks were very delicious. The cold brew had the perfect balance of sweet and saltiness. Also, I've had a lot of vanilla lattes at different coffee shops, and this one is my favorite so far. The drink had a sweet and unique vanilla flavor.

I got a seasonal drink, a toffee cappucino that was delightfully salty and sweet at the same time. Their cups are really cute and some indoor and outdoor seating. They sell plenty of coffee merch as well, a ton of Fellow Coffee thermos in varieties of colors. The vibe is cozy and I enjoyed my drink plenty.

If you're a coffee lover, you won't want to miss this spot. The coffee is delicious, and the spacious, rustic industrial ambiance is a great place to enjoy it. While the seating could be more plentiful and comfortable, the overall vibe is still inviting. With some improved interior design, this coffee shop could be the ultimate cozy hangout spot. Nevertheless, it's definitely worth checking out for the quality of their coffee alone.

Ordered a matcha latte and it was smooth and creamy. One of the best I’ve tried! Friendly baristas and good service.

Place offers plenty of seating and serves as a nice place to work or study.

I missed café au lait which I used to drink a lot in Portland but hard to find in California. The coffee shop has it, and they have great coffee selections! You can also get freshly roasted beans.
