Ally Pet Medical Center

I first went to Ally for my cats because they were a 5 minute drive, but now I and my cats love them so much that we drive 45 minutes just to get our care done here.

Ally staff is the best! Truly the most wonderful, friendly, caring staff you'll ever meet. We've had them as our primary vet for three years, and hope to have them for many years more! They clearly have such affection for each pet that walks through their doors, and they make what could otherwise be a stressful situation, quite a pleasant one instead.

I am so grateful for the love and care they've given my boys over the years, and cannot recommend them enough! (Pictures from their very first vet visits included!)

Ally Pet Medical Center is the best of the best! Dr Roberts is outstanding. She has been my vet for over 10 years. She is compassionate and extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I know my dog will always get the BEST care at Ally Pet.

Dr Dawson is just as wonderful - compassionate, kind, attentive, considerate - everything you need a vet to be. I’m incredibly grateful to her and Dr Roberts for taking such good care of me and my dog.

We’ve also met with Dr Worland twice now, and she is also cream of the crop when it comes to care.

ALL of the techs at Ally Pet go above and beyond, and ALL of them share the same passion and compassion for pets. I can’t say enough good things about the staff.

If you didn’t know, Dr. Dawson from Ally Pet is a certified G and she is incredibly compassionate
Love her, love the staff, and love how they take the time to make us feel comfortable and heard.
After our first appointment with them, they sent us a card welcoming us to Ally Pet family, something I’ve never had a vet hospital do.
The staff are incredibly kind and empathetic and go “awww” every time they see my little fur babies enter the building. I love that because my dogs make me go “awww” all the time too.
When one of our dogs was possibly terminally sick, they allowed us to take one of their patient rooms all day while our dog was getting fluids. They even gave us a mat and water bottles while we attended to our dog; only real G’s are this nice.
Dr. Dawson and Dr. Sagona are the vets which we saw and they’re both incredibly sweet. They make an effort to give our dogs the best treatment possible. We see Dr. Dawson the most which is why I mentioned her initially but I’m sure the rest of the vets are lovely people as well. They laugh at my jokes so don’t be worried about having a boring doctor because they know how to have fun too (especially Dr. Dawson, she went to WSU so you know she’s a real party).
The staff are very kind as well. I particularly remember Cody, May, and Keana who remain calm and kind while I’m internally freaking out about my dogs being sick. They’re all certified G’s as well. There are other staff members I love too but I can’t remember their names on the top of my head and it’s definitely not because I don’t recognize them from their website that I’m definitely not referring to.

End message, everyone at Ally pet is a G and they know it. They walk it like they talk it and they’re confident in their abilities.
I love them and if you don’t, then you’re a Karen who gives out 1 star ratings like candy to any minor inconvenience.

I've taken my dog to other vet services in the past and Ally is a breath of fresh air. Their staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and also seems genuinely happy to work there. I greatly appreciate that they are properly staffed so that getting an appointment isn't something you have to wait weeks and weeks for. Highly recommended.

We love Ally Pet! Our pets come here and our extended family has switched their pets' care here as well since we've had such a good experience. They are super caring and kind with our animals, and always do their best to fit us in if something is time-sensitive. Unfortunately we spend way more time here than we would like, but it is always a good experience. It's nice to be able to support a doctor-owned business rather than a national corporation as well.

edit: a year or so after my initial review, my feelings about Ally Pet are the same. They are the best, and we don't take our furry kids anywhere else unless they need a specialist! The whole team is so thoughtful and really cares about the pets and the families in the practice. There may be some slight cost savings to going off the plateau, but I will very happily pay that slight increase for such high quality care.

Incredibly responsive and supportive of our older dog. They are compassionate and provide multiple options based on what is best for your dog and unique situation. It’s always hard watching your dog get older but I know he’s in the best care here and that we are getting the best advice. They squeezed us in for an appointment right away, called multiple times to check in on him and we are so appreciative of Dr. Dawson and the team here.

The kindest, gentlest, most responsive and caring vet clinic I've ever been to. They came highly recommended and I am so grateful. I drive 30 minutes each way to get there and back, but they are so worth it. I cannot recommend highly enough.

We absolutely love Ally Pet Medical center. Dr Amy Sagona is fantastic. She loves our pets and treats us like family, always gives them the best care, takes the extra time to explain things and make sure we’re comfortable and have all of our concerns addressed. I can’t recommend her enough. All of the other vets here are amazing too. We’ve had a great experience with every vet we’ve seen. The front desk staff is welcoming and very thorough. I always get a prompt call or email back if I have questions and their communication and organization is excellent. I feel so confident in this vet clinic and would go nowhere else. I’ve had some not so stellar experiences other places with lack of communication and feeling invalidated in my concerns. Not here. If you want the best care for your pet, I hight suggest!

I have a very anxious puppy and the staff at Ally Pet Medical was wonderful with her! They were respectful of her boundaries and even sent us a handwritten welcome note after our first visit. The people who work the front desk are friendly and kind and great listeners on the phone. I am so happy we chose to take our puppy here!

Extremely amazing Doctors and staff. You can truly tell that they care for my 3 year old Havanese puppy Frodo each time we visit and they are very patient in answering any questions. We are blessed to have them as our Frodo’s primary care provider. Thank you for all you do ❤

I have four pups, in which case we visit fairly often. The Ally staff are always accommodating, kind to my pups and always follow up afterwards to see how they are doing even if it is for routine exams and shots. And I especially liked the last veterinarian they saw on their last visit a couple of weeks ago. Highly-recommend!

Ally Vet is one of the best veterinary hospitals I have ever been to and I've been to many in my life. Everyone that works there is absolutely the finest you can find. One of the doctors found I was short on money and she paid for my blood work for my dog. No one does that. Amazing.

Sadly, we had to have him euthanized a few weeks ago. He was 14 and his whole body ached and hurt.
That was handled absolutely beautifully. I'm still sad, but if anyone else done it, I think I would have been a lot worse off.

I think I'm done having animals for now. But if I do have another one, that's the first vet I will see. I was at three of them there and they were all equally wonderful. They're very kind and considerate.

And the girls in the office, Oh my gosh, they are just wonderful. They they make time for you if you need to get in. And they are extremely kind.

This review is long overdue. Our pug, Simba, has received excellent care from Dr. Worland and the team. Dr. Worland is thorough, really shows her care for Simba, and explains our options to us. We really value her insight and appreciate that she spends time to listen to our concerns and helps us make decisions with respect to our pup's care.

Staff is always available, helpful, kind, and competent. My little pack loves them.

I can not say enough about Dr. Roberts. My dog is high anxiety and really only trusting of me. Every other vet we have been to assumes they know more about my dog than I, which may be true medically, but not when it comes to his personality.

Dr Roberts was patient with his quirks and allowed me to be apart of the process so he felt safe.
She was kind, gentle, and thorough.
It was reasonably priced, and the rest of the staff was all extremely pleasant.
The office is clean and well laid out
If you want the best for your fur baby, Dr. Roberts is it!

My experience with Dr Roberts and Ally pet has been incredible! Not only super fast service but also very thorough. They take the time to explain exactly what's going on and actually do a follow-up call the next day to make sure she's still doing well. I was amazed as to how quickly they got in touch with me based on some questions that I had. Both with phone and email they're very attentive. It was hard to switch to Alley pet because I loved Juanita Bay but they have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as a new customer.

Dr. Dawson has been amazing throughout my dogs diabetes diagnosis. She’s been kind and compassionate and understanding. Thank you to the staff who has also been amazing!

My family and I had a great experience with Ally Pet Medical Center. Our golden retriever was always terrified of going to the vet, however he was always comfortable at Ally. The first time we brought him in, the staff all got down on the ground with him, greeted him, and gave him lots of love and attention. From then on, he was very comfortable going to Ally. Dr. Roberts and the team at Ally were incredibly supportive and helpful when our dog was diagnosed with cancer and helped care for him during the following 10 months. Dr. Roberts made herself available to answer questions, explain the diagnosis, symptoms, etc.. When we had to make the tough decision to euthanize him, Dr. Roberts was incredibly supportive and provided us all the necessary information while being very understanding and empathetic. There were a couple times were she made herself available on the phone after hours or on the weekend to answer questions. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts and the team at Ally Pet Medical Center.
