Had a very large corporation come after me for hiring two of their employees. One of them was onboard for 14 months and they knew he was working here and the other for around two weeks when all this started. We are in different industries and do not compete. This company never produced a non-compete agreement until weeks after the second person came aboard and sued me without ever providing the documents. Buckley and his team protected me every step of way. They easily poked holes in the corporations highly paid attorneys so called case. I highly recommend this group.

My firm was engaged by Rachel Adams and Billy Tunner to perform a valuation of assets on a tight deadline. The case was a complex bankruptcy dispute. STYLE OF BUSINESS: I have been interacting with them now for approximately 1 year. Sherry Fox and Buckley J. Warden III are our primary attorneys. They are both very personable, intelligent, and caring. They have integrity and common sense. They are not afraid of being aggressive in a case when appropriate. However, they strongly pursue remaining in a positive light with the local courts/judges by refusing to waste anyone's time (or our money) with frivolous filings. They only submit very clear, substantiated information. I appreciate this immensely, as this is how I also choose to do business.

CHARGES/COST: I feel they are fair in time charged; I never feel they are "pumping" the clock. They clearly tell us when something in the process is about to get expensive, and ask us if we are sure we want to move ahead. They are judicious in phone time, only setting calls (versus emails) when appropriate for the communication.

COMMUNICATION: Both Sherry and Buckley listen well. They communicate potential outcomes of each step taken. They seek to understand what WE want in our process, and explain patiently why they are recommending what steps to get there they think is best. They later re-check to be sure we have not changed our mind before embarking on a new piece of our legal process. When needed, they make themselves available very quickly, even once on a weekend in case of emergency.

We hired Sherry Fox to secure our Known Donor Agreement and she was incredible!
