I just moved to the area and have had great experiences with those working at this Post Office. I went in today to get a physical mailbox and only told the woman up front my box number, and she remembered my name despite me only being here a week. I wish I had her name to give her kudos, but can at least say she's blonde with blue eyes. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful here. I appreciate you guys!

These people do a great job with a lot of rude customers, who forget that people are people and deserve to be treated as such. I've always had friendly and prompt interactions with them.

These guys are always helpful. I have seen these guys be treated terribly by the public when it comes to things they have no control over. I have been impressed they were kind back. Thank you!

Lost 3 of my packages in 2 weeks. Gave away my dead dads box after a week of me saying I’d take it over. Super unhelpful and it feels like they’re giving away my packages on purpose at this point.

Three days now I have gone to post office in Grover Wy they told us they would be there 4 times and they never showed up. Not getting this package is costing me money.

Terrible service. They always have reasons to not give you your package.

if I could leave less than one star, I would. they need to reopen on Saturdays again. most people living in afton work 40-50 hours a week. our only opportunity to get our packages was on Saturday morning. but now that their too lazy and incompetent to work on Saturday, we have to take hours off of our work day to get the packages that we pay for. most of the employees are extremely rude, and take for ever to help you at the front desk. they need new management.

Just horrible 🤦🏼‍♀this place is so rude and more . Was told I had to go in to pick up my package , when I went in was told my package was out for delivery . When I got home received a pink slip with no reason as to why I didn’t get my package . Called them and they said they had no idea and then we’re very rude about it .

i was told by an employee that my address qualified for a free P.O. box when i brought my proof of residency there was a rude older lady that worked there who threw my paperwork back at me and said "we drive that area every day if you want mail put up a mailbox" (i live in an apartment so i wont put up a mailbox since its not my property) recently i heard a woman tell a customer who was looking for a package that had been dropped off that day and she told him that "its in this pile of mail and hopefully we can sort it by the end of the week" ive lived all around wyo and other post offices sort the mail as soon as they get it. not slowly throughout the week. that place is a joke

Very difficult to work with and disrespectful. You would think that in a town where most people know each other you would be kind and accommodating of your neighbors.

I know post offices get a bad rep for unfriendly staff. However, this one must be trying to set the standard for all the rest. Extremely unhelpful and always seem to have a chip on there shoulder. Drive to Fairview or Thayne it isn't worth dealing with this office for anything.
