Jack in the Box

Drive thru service was good considering it was only a couple of workers there and they were very busy. Food was hot, order was correct, and she was polite, No complaints.

This place functions incredibly well for how hard times are right now. They deserve better than they have it. No other fast food restaurant in the area operatesadequatelyanymore. Corporate owes a huge thank you to this team. They put up with a lot. And after comparing my experiences here with others (e.g. granite city Madison ave), they're extremely helpful to the Corp. Customers are very unhappy with fast food in general right now. They've maintained much higher standards than almost anywhere else. They're earning their place.

The Jack in the Box on Lilac Ave in Bellefontaine Neighbors, MO is my favorite JITB. The employees are always so very kind and have NEVER messed up an order for as long as I've been going there! Would recommend this location to everyone!

Everything was terrific I got a bunch of tacos and ranch! Also love the egg rolls, and bacon cheddar potato wedges..and can't forget the spicy chicken sandwich combo with a curly fry and breakfast jacks💯

Everything we have ever ordered at Jack in the Box has always been good.
We had the Mini Tacos,Cheddar Bacon Potato wedges Regular tacos,Bacon Swiss Buttery Jack and Curly fries.
No complaints everything was good as usual.

OMG the food was so fresh and hot we all were bragging about the food the whole trip to Belleville. We got the regular mini tacos, chicken strips and fries, egg rolls and teriyaki chicken bowls and everything was spectacular. The drive thru was extremely slow but after we got the food and tasted it, it was well worth the wait. Sorry no pictures, was too busy chomping….

Best staff at any fast food location. The "mom" like manager is awesome. Treats the place like an old school diner. Super friendly and always makes you feel welcome. I go in there at least once a week. She sets the tone for her whole crew. They all are great!

So manger had some issues with employees had to check a couple. Employee messed up my brothers order, manager fixed it and when she found out we were from out of town. She packed the sandwich all separate and condiment on side so it wouldn't get soggy. One star to employees, 6 stars to manager, even irritated by employees b.s. took care of us professionally and was very curtious. We are 4 hours away in Chicago and no jack in the box around us what's up with that???

The food was very delicious and it was nice to have curly fries that was not overcooked we had to Ultimate cheeseburgers a Sourdough Jack and two tacos everything was delicious and thank you for the great service I got out of the car to go in but the young lady told me it was for doordash only I had to come back through the drive-thru I appreciate those employees being there and cooking my family's lunch for it thank you very much

My first Jack in box the Box! I ordered eggrolls, but got nuggets in my bag. That's okay! The nice lady ran outside to stop me before I pulled off to trade. Clean with a great staff

Didn't know Jack in the Box could taste this good! Plan on going back soon. Very hospitable, and some real aces on the fryers to boot. Soda machine was very clean.

I was there this morning. I ordered chicken sandwich. Saw egg rolls and changed my mind, they had no problem switching my order. Very nice about it and very friendly. Will definitely go back. Was very impressed with everyone working there.

I love Jack's taco. Had 10. No sauce.

First time in a long time that I was ablemto go here at this location and get service and the food was good. I normally always get an excuse..they are out of everything or just closed.

Jack in the Box is always a good experience. live food may be greasy sometimes but that's a sign of fresh cook goodness to me. I'm always game for the late-night Munchie Meals. And the tacos are still the bomb whatever they're made of. Lol

Great workers are fast efficient and Nice. The food is good. Especially the egg rolls their amazing.
