Carol Jensen has been truly amazing. She has helped us for both business (bookkeeping, payroll, filing returns) and personal and has simplified the process of filing taxes every year, which is no easy feat. She is responsive, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. I highly recommend her services!

Donna is fantastic. She is very detailed and very knowledgeable. One of the things I really like about this company is that they proactively reach out to you with ideas and strategies for saving money on my taxes.

They understand business on many levels. Donna has been my accountant for years and has helped my business grow.

Unprofessional is probably the best way to describe this organization, but it gets much worse. The owners of the business lack common courtesy of returning phone calls/emails once they’ve been paid.

Specifically:
1) one of the owners completed my tax return. She was unresponsive through the process, and returned it to us to sign, on the day that the return was due to the IRS. There were obvious errors to be corrected, so we had to file our return late.

2) we were quoted a price to have our taxes prepared. Ultimately, our preparer told us that the price was almost 3x what she had quoted us. She gave zero indication why it was more expensive.

3) when I asked for a detailed invoice by email, I received no response. I tried again, no response. I called and never had my call returned. I emailed her business partner, with no response.

I cannot stress how displeased I am with this company, not for one specific error or mistake, but rather for the awful service and attitude towards customers.

This team is horrible. While the staff are generally courteous and respectful the actual services they provide aren't worth your time let alone your money. Two of us were referred here for tax services, only one of us actually used them and for generic persona tax assistance we were charged over $400 and they said we owed ~$1000 in additional taxes. We ended up using H&R Block down the street from us, paid $75 and got back $100 with zero risks of audio according to them and coverage if we do have trouble.

To top that off, they are attempting to come after the 2nd one of us who attend that meeting for tax services (another $400) when they did nothing... they didn't process the taxes, they didn't file them, they did literally nothing.... all of the work was for the first individual who already paid.
