I need to first give a huge thanks and acknowledgement to Jenna at reception. She went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. I called the reception to see if they could transfer me to the restaraunt because my order for pick up wasn’t done correctly. Jenna, was so nice to have them re-do the order, and then deliver it personally to my room. I was so impressed and grateful to her because I had just went downstairs twice to order it and then pick it up. All I wanted to do was relax. She anticipated my need and was so pleasant while doing so. So thank you Jenna!! You were an angel.

As for the hotel, this is my second time here, and both times have been pleasant. Beds were comfy as well as the pillows. There are plenty of outlets for charging devices. Anytime I needed help with anything, they were right on it even when they’re experiencing busy times. Location is great.

Nice hotel. Elevators under construction and building is a bit dated, but rooms are updated and decent.

Clifton the front desk associate was so helpful in helping me trace down a receipt for a charge I did not recognize on my card. He contacted the accounting department for me and got me an answer in less than 10 minutes. Thanks!

The hotel was great.
Bring your earplugs because the ambulances are frequent as they drive by to the hospital up the street with their sirens blaring. Woke me up a few times each night.

Fabulous stay after the UK vs Georgia game. Received 2 complimentary drink tickets along with 2 Breakfast Buffet vouchers and Parking validation. The hot tub was very relaxing and our room was fabulous.

What a great stay even though it was only for one night. It's rare I stay in a hotel in downtown any city, but I chose to based upon Hilton recommending I vary the stays at the various brands they have. So I chose the Hilton in downtown Lexington and its place I will highly consider returning to. Conveniently located in downtown in a situated across from a gorgeous fountain that runs probably about 60 to 100 ft long with numerous fountains in it and a cascading waterfall along its length. Sitting in the bar or sitting and having breakfast is a very nice site to look at. It appears the hotel is attached to it convention center as you note when you enter the parking lot they're entrances to this other facility. The hotel The hotel staff recognized me as a Hilton honors member and was very friendly on my arrival. It stated not knowing my plans, if I would like a recommendation for anything in the downtown area to please ask and they would be happy to apply. It was a nice touch. I went to my room and found a clean and inviting environment. The room situated on an upper floor provided a nice view of the downtown area. My night's sleep was pleasant I woke up refreshed and went down for breakfast. Here I found a nice menu but the hotel are also offered a breakfast buffet. I checked out the buffet and it was everything you wanted, so that was my option. Everything was very tasty and I left very sated. Once again, staying at the Hilton brand proves to be an excellent choice.

Extremely friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is high quality and fresh. Coffee carafe is left on your table so you can do you own refills. I find Hilton restaurants have some of the best tasting coffee of any hotel brand. The staff spent about 15 minutes with me explaining the sights to see in the area, including a couple of beautiful horse farms and some dining locations. The hotel is located right in the middle of the city, near the conference center, lots of shopping. I also recommend Heritage Antiques, a short walk.

Rooms were clean & quiet. Stayed here for a conference. It is quite a walk to Convention center at Rupp but was connected with pedways so stayed inside.

Stayed NYE. Every employee from the front desk to the valet were friendly and genuinely acted like they wanted the guests to have a good experience. Dakota, at the front desk, was extremely helpful.

Great location downtown with parking garage attached to the hotel. The room was nice and it was well cleaned. It had a stale smell but later think it may have been the water, not really sure what the strange odor was in the room. The elevator were efficient and fast for being on the 14th floor and with all the people staying here for a convention next door. The in house restaurant/bar was nice after a long day but lots of restaurants within walking distance. The fountains across the street in front of hotel are peaceful and relaxing.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stayover at Hilton Lexington Downtown. The valet received us efficiently, was out of the vehicle and pointed toward the lobby within 2 minutes of pulling in, they were equally as efficient with vehicle retrieval. Once in the hotel, when heading to the room, the elevators were a bit slow, but to be fair, it was a Saturday night we stayed. We were very hungry upon check-in, so we ordered room service - the burgers were fantastic, and the room service delivery was prompt, friendly, and took the time to set up everything nicely. The view from our room was amazing - got some pictures of Rupp Arena, The Park, the Square, and an interesting looking church a bit off in the distance. The room could have used better AC, but it wasn't too bad. I would happily recommend this facility to family and friends, and will likely be going back soon.

Amazing guest service!
My boyfriend and I drove from New Jersey and were exhausted. We got here before the 4 pm check in time, and although they couldn’t promise us our room early the front desk was able to get us in. I was very impressed with Matt at the front desk he was understanding and helpful. He made the experience of checking in enjoyable and ultimately made my stay fantastic.
The room was very clean and the house keeping staff was also very nice.
I will definitely stay here for the next trip in to Kentucky

This is my favorite downtown Lexington hotel. Close enough to walk to everything. While the Hyatt is actually connected to Rupp, I just like the little touches here better. The robes in the room, the water bottles and the good coffee in the room. The Big Blue Martini has a much better local feel than the bar at the Hyatt. You can find yourself drinking next to one of the condo owners who has lived their entire life in Lexington. Great stories and great times. The only reason this place doesn’t get a 5 star is the parking. The garage is TIGHT. We have big vehicles so it is always a logistical challenge navigating it. We will be back multiple times in the future.

Edit November 2023. This place just keeps getting better. I’ve up the rating to a 5. If it’s available book the park view executive suites. Great value!

Great place but the restaurant closed too early. Rooms were great and luckily the location let me find a great place to eat since the hotel restaurant closed before 10

In town for a conference that is at the hotel and had rooms for it and loved my stay! Rooms are clean and spacious, comfortable bed, friendly staff and it's in a great location to go exploring after the conference. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were in Lexington during one of the busiest times of the year. It was derby weekend, UK graduation, as well as festivals and events. I'm pretty sure that I reserved the LAST room in downtown Lex and paid a premium for it. Although the price was more than I was comfortable with, my Hilton Honors membership got us a room on an executive floor with all of its benefits at a discounted rate. We were treated as thought we were important and wanted, regardless of which employee knew our status.
The location is literally in the heart of downtown and walking distance to anything that you may want to experience. A short drive (traffic not considered) will allow you to enjoy all that Lexington has to offer.
Should you stay at the Hilton downtown?
Yes.
The restaurant offers a great breakfast (our only meal while there), the bar was lively and fun at night, and the atmosphere was as wonderful as the amenities. Above all else, each member of the staff was approachable, amiable, and would often engage in good banter. Everyone seemed to be a concierge; always offering good advice when I asked.
Oftentimes, my family and I will rent a house or condo for extended stays; but, Hilton hotels are my choice when staying somewhere for a night or two.

Upon arrival, the welcome we received from Catherine and Christopher was genuinely warm...so much so my wife and I canceled our reservation at another area hotel later in the week and returned to Hilton Lexington/Downtown for another night! Besides friendly, helpful service (thanks also to Ini), guest rooms are comfortable and clean, with terrific views. And the hotel's location is an easy to walk almost anywhere.

Great hotel. Loved the aesthetic of the place and views were nice. Everything felt clean and hotel provided everything we needed. If needed, hotel will provide a fridge, but it's very small. Also no microwave in room. Beautiful bathrooms, loved the lighting. Beautiful lobby area. Pool was good-sized and a beautiful sky window above it. Hot tub wasn't very hot, it was warm when I used it, but people later said it was warmer. Good sized gym area. Wifi is fast. Downside is that the elevators take longer and sometimes you need to wait for 10min. Overall loved it. A two queen bed room easily fitted us a famly of seven.

Excellent hotel in downtown Lexington across from Rupp Arena. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Comfortable beds with excellent pillows and superb sheets. The bathroom has amenities such as soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Great towel. The hotel has a restaurant, and it's great for breakfast. There is also a comfortable bar with a limited food menu. In addition, the hotel offers meeting rooms, a pool, and a fitness center. The hotel also has an airport shuttle service, which is convenient for travelers. In sum, I recommend this hotel if visiting Lexington.
