It was my first visit, but I Loved the feel of the building. Warm staff, didn't waste any time getting me in. Everyone was very pleasant. Very fast at getting tests scheduled. I couldn't be happier receiving treatments from this medical group!

Jessica and Heather were both very friendly, caring, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Excellent patient communication and empathy skills. All around 5 stars!!

Carl McPherson was great. He listened, took time with me, encouraged questions and answered clearly. I felt like I was in good hands. And he was very gentle giving a cortizone injection.

Received Cortisone injection in both knees. Talked about knee replacement surgery. Shelby did an excellent job with the injections. Very informative about my upcoming surgery. Recommend Shelby and Dr. Cowley.

My first visit. She appeared to be very thorough, explaining everything about my problem and solutions based on the X-ray. We took the first, and perhaps the only, step of injection with no pain.

This place is Awesome. Carl McPherson PA-C was Awesome. Went in for a knee injection and he was very up beat and informative. I’ve been going to this place for a few years now and everyone has been great including the front desk personnel. Have never had a problem in all the years I have been going here.Highly recommend this place.

How else to explain Carl than to say he's Awesome,He's kind, Considerate and explains what's happening,I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

The new office has a great patient drop off area. Check in was quick. Everyone was efficient, kind and helpful. The PA Carl, explained everything that I needed to know about my fracture clearly. Could not have been a better visit

My experience so far has been fantastic. The Doctor listened to what I had to say and the response has been immediate. My initial appointment was yesterday they called me this morning and I am scheduled for physical therapy tomorrow morning. MRI pending.
