My dad recently was treated after a motorbike accident. As a Canadian resident he was treated with wonderful compassionate respectful care that appreciated the nature of him being from out of country and potentially facing insurance costs. 10/10, wonderful communication and care from all disciplines including nurses, and surgeons. Would recommend!

While visiting Washington I suddenly began suffering from a torsion of my ovary in the middle of the night. Luckily we were staying minutes from the hospital and were able to quickly get to the ER. They were very quick to get me checked into the ER with no wait and jumped to action to find out what was wrong. The staff was very attentive and was there for absolutely anything I needed. This was one of the scariest things myself and my husband has been through but the staff of Overlake Medical Center helped us weather the storm.

I am so very thankful for the speed and attentiveness of this staff. For someone who suffers from infertility, but so badly wants kids, I was absolutely terrified I was going to lose my ovary. (Majority cases of ovarian torsion, the ovary dies before the torsion is found) This wonderful team not only did absolutely everything to keep me as comfortable as possible but got me into the OR in time to save my ovary! I will forever be grateful to Overlake Medical Center!

The Emergency Room may have not been on my Seattle itinerary but I’m glad to have had this wonderful team fighting for me.

I had a scheduled surgery at Overlake, and from start to finish I got the best care from every medical personnel who I came in contact with. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for the team I had. The nurses, the anesthesiologist, and doctors were remarkable. I will certainly find a way to convey this to the right leadership at Overlake so everyone gets appropriate kudos. I know most would say they were doing their job, but it was more than that to me.

I had a procedure on Monday, 3/4 and the before- and after-care team at the surgery center were all excellent. From the admitting to the pre-op nursing, the anesthesiologist team to the after care folks, I really felt well cared for. Am very grateful for the attention to my comfort and healing. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience delivering at Overlake Hospital birthing center. I had a very caring nurse who treated me like a family member and was very detail oriented- specials thanks to Regina. Everyone that came to see me offered good advice and was very caring. I would recommend Overlake birthing center.

Dr Amy Cheyenne and all her colleagues were very professional and prompt. This is a very well organized, clean, and professionally run hospital. Highly recommend!! Thank you for the great compassion and care of my mother during her short stay thanks to all you!!

I stayed at Overlake for 4 days and I was incredibly pleased with my stay. The staff were so kind, I had my own bathroom, the group sessions were very useful, and everyone was so helpful. They saved me out of a crisis and I’m very thankful. Thank you again to all the staff who reignited the hope in me.

The place to go for ER. My family member had a stroke and they took extremely good care of him, got him back on his feet with physical therapy training. It was a relief knowing that we live in an area with such a good hospital. They were also understanding of our financial situation and helped us with the bill. Really appreciate Overlake. I have also been a patient myself and always had good experiences. Doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and skilled. Facility is clean. Keep up the good job!

The food here is just beyond awesome! And the price for guests is super cheap! It makes our stay here even more pleasant. I wish they open a food truck or dining business.

I had an emergency in November that landed me in emergency surgery, and a few day stay at the hospital. I can tell you, if you have a major emergency, or are in extreme pain, the emergency will work as quickly as possible to take care of you. I was in intense pain, 1 out of 10, I was a 15.. I waited 5-10 mins then they got me back to triage, and immediately to a bed. Within 15 minutes, I had an IV, pain medicine, a catscan, and an answer to the catscan. All the ER staff were on top of their game, and super empathetic to my pain. I appreciated the care so much, I can't explain how thankful I am. I am new to the area, I don't know many people, the staff knew this, and took the time to settle me down. I was sent to a room, it was private, and a perfect size, modern and clean! the care I received on the med surg floor was incredible. I don't know how anyone can complain about the food, it most certainly isn't like other hospital food.. There is a large menu to choose from with a great variety of food, you can order food whenever you want, it's fresh, hot and good.

After this experience I found a family Doctor and my whole care team through Overlake Medical.

I've already shared my experience while at Overlake Hospital. I was a patient for 2 weeks at Overlake. Great surgeon, wonderful staff and awesome hospital! Was there in February of 2023 after going over a 30ft cliff on a snowmobile. Thank you Overlake, I can walk again!

Overlake Medical Center is THE place to go if you are in need of medical care. The staff in the ER were quick, efficient, and caring. I felt like they truly cared about me as a person, while also being compassionate and caring towards my wife. They quickly found the cause of my pain and admitted me to see the specialists that I needed. Once admitted on the short stay unit W3 the care continued to be exceptional! The SSU team kept the unit quiet at night so patients could rest and did a great job of clustering their care to minimize interruptions in sleep. If I ever need to go to the hospital again, I will definitely go to Overlake!

Most wonderful experience with Dr.Chakraborty. I had an emergency C-section 4 am at 34 weeks pregnancy due to placental abruption. Me and my baby’s life was saved by God thru the amazing medical staff at the hospital along with extraordinary postpartum care.I was treated so special, every nurse would visit me and seek my wellness for what I had been thru..
My girl was in Nicu for 2 weeks, The nurses with me and her were all extremely professional and compassionate My baby is now 4 years old, happy , healthy playful girl..
I can never ever forget and thank this hospital for saving our lives in such a timely decision and giving us the best medical and emotional care!

I've been here quite a few times by now unfortunately, but I couldn't ask for a better staff to help. Even when very busy I was treated with kindness, patience and care. When having my surgery here the nursing staff made me comfortable, as did everyone in the surgical team! My thanks to you all!

Overlake Hospital (ER) is top notch! I expected an all day visit and was in and out (in a very busy ER) in less than a few hours. I had a couple of scans and blood drawn in two arms (which is a high anxiety procedure for some reason), but the nurses were wonderful. Thank you to Dr. Smith and her staff for the kind and caring treatment I received. From check-in process to discharge, it was wonderful. I highly recommend this hospital for the outstanding care.

My elderly mother has a recurrent UTI and we came in to get her re-evaluated. Everyone was kind, friendly and professional and they took special care as she is wheelchair bound now. Thank you Overlake!!!! Mom swears by you now!!

Last week our daughter delivered our first grandchild at Overlake. I have been an LD nurse for over 25 years and she received some of the best care I have ever seen!!! Very impressed!!!

Me and my woman just had our first child together, and we are very appreciative of the service and care provided to us by the kaiser and over lake staff. Big shout-out to the staff in labor & delivery; Rebecca Victoria and the midwife C. Palomino - and the staff in post labor Maria aka Mama D, Fitri, Taylor & the midwife Garrett!!
