Home2 Suites by Hilton Lexington University / Medical Center

Stopped here for 1 night while traveling with my family back home to MI from FL and it was surprisingly nice. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff was accommodating. The location was within walking distance of all types of restaurants and stores. We had never been to Lexington before but the city is beautiful with some really nice people.

Overall a great stay. Rooms are pretty spacious but not quite as modern as some newer home2 suites properties. Lobby area was a bit dark but location was great and we’d definitely stay here again

My stay has been great! As a former housekeeping supervisor, the room was emaculate! All staff have been friendly, especially the lovely JoJo at the front desk, very sweet and helpful. 5 stars, would recommend

I booked this last minute cheaper than I did the one booked 2 weeks ago in advances. The location was just minutes from the hospital where my daughter was delivering her baby. Staff was awesome. AND THAT SUITE!!! GLORIOUS!!! BEAUTIFUL AND EVEYTHING YOU NEED AND THEN SOME.
I feel the need to express that I felt safe here. Some places are shady but this made me feel secure being alone in a big city. Thank you I WILL BE BACK!!

Erik is THE BEST front desk person we have ever had! Very personable and real. He's most helpful and deserves a raise!

Room was great! The sheets were soft and inviting! Only had a shower no bath tub. The blackout curtains work really well.

I'd stay here again!

Rooms had a fully equipped kitchen (including dishes, silverware, and a dishwasher!)

Very nice hotel. Very nice security measures also. You have to use your key card to even access the elevator. Would definitely stay again.

The room was really nice, very spacious and extremely nice having the mini living room and the kitchenette. Good centralized location close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. I had a couple of interactions with the house keeper she was very friendly and professional. The young lady at the front desk was clearly there to just do a job with no real hospitality skills she wasn't friendly or welcoming.

Absolutely love it here! Room is nice and staff is super friendly. Front desk there is a nice young man in the mornings and nice young woman at night. They are super nice and friendly. Rico the maintenance man is also super nice and friendly, he is great and awesome at what he does!! 10/10 recommend!!

Rooms very comfortable.Slept better here than at home. Customer service was exceptional. Christina the night clerk discerned we were weary from a 12 hr drive. We drove up to check in and were greeted @ the door by Christina. She got us in a room within 5 minutes. Bill the kitchen staff greeted and served us like family. He makes sure you are fed and well taken care of. Hotel is under complete renovation but would have not known had they not mentioned it. We were not interrupted with noise nor construction issues. Home 2 is our new primary hotel for travel. The location is surrounded by travelers need ( restaurants, convenient stores, gas stations with the interstate a couple of blocks away.

We got a 2 night stay here because my wife had to have surgery at Albert chandler hospital and this place is 2.1 miles from there. When we walked into our suite I was amazed of how spacious the room was. Also I am the type of person whom will look everywhere to find a dirty spot. I looked in between the mattresses, behind dressers, in corners, everywhere I can imagine mainly I've been to so many motels that had bedbugs and I would refuse to stay. This place was spotless everywhere and best of all NO BEDBUGS. I have to give due props where they are deserved. This place is the only place I have been to that I would award the Covent "Pat On the Back award" to the entire staff of Home 2 Suites. The people whom ensure the rooms are very well cleaned and held to the highest of standards. Customer service was top notch as well. All the employees that I saw were professional and took pride in what they do. They give travelers a piece of mind while they are there. Also security is the best I have ever seen I felt very safe also. Keep up the awesome work, you all have made Home 2 Suites the best place to stay in Lexington as far as I am concerned. We will be back. Thanks for everything!!!

My daughter and I stayed here on the weekend of July 8-9th as we drove 4 hours to attend a Volleyball camp at University of Kentucky. The next morning, I took and dropped my daughter off and returned to our room. I noticed on the website that check out was at noon; however, the camp wasn't over until 4 pm. I called the front desk and asked about a possible late check out and explained the situation, as I didn't want to have to sit in my car for 4 hours. I was told late check out is typically 1 pm but the desk clerk said, "Let me see what I can do and speak to my manager." She came back on a short period later and said I could stay until 3! I was so shocked!!! They didn't have to do that but it was so appreciated! Very polite and greeted me anytime I left or came back.

WOW! had my first stay at Home2 on February 5. I really like this chain. This hotel was new and sparkling clean. The rooms (we had 2) were super-spacious and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the full fridge and a decent microwave. We had to leave before breakfast unfortunately. I would like breakfast to start earlier. I love Hilton's virtual key. Highly recommend this spot!

Enjoyed this stay immensely! Our room was very clean, the service was excellent and accommodations were very spacious. The beds were well appointed and comfortable. All of the appliances were new, clean and in working order. The price per night is extremely reasonable in my opinion. I would recommend this hotel to anyone:)

My stay was the best hotel experience I have ever had, from how easy booking was to how nice and clean our room was! There was a large fridge and a dishwasher in the kitchenette. The water pressure made for a relaxing shower. Breakfast was ready to go when I was, thanks to the pleasant staff. We will be back to try out the pool!

Great place to stay when away from home for a while. Kitchen area, seating area and comfortable room. Good breakfast in the morning.

Great price for everything that you receive!! Very clean rooms, very big rooms, smells great, and an AMAZING breakfast in the morning that starts early! 10/10 would recommend

Stayed at this Home2Suites for a 2 week-long work trip. I was met was superb service by all staff members. The room itself was quite spacious and homey. Queen bed with multiple pillows, large TV, pullout couch, closet, large clean shower, and a half kitchen. My favorite part of this room was the window curtain - when pulled down, it is a complete blackout. Perfect for sleeping in on the weekend.

The complementary breakfast, washer and dry service, and the gym amenities were all satisfactory as well. Overall, an excellent experience at this hotel.

We stayed here because my fiancé father had to have surgery at Baptist. Very friendly people and great rooms. We will continue to stay here everytime we are in Lexington. He will be having another surgery next week so hopefully everything goes as easily as it did the first time.

The whole experience at Home2 Suites was great! The hotel itself was very new looking and clean, I appreciated that you can only access the floors via card (for security). The room was clean and all of the appliances were great and in working order. The King bed was comfortable and the pull-out couch was amazingly comfortable, I have never slept on a better couch!
We appreciated the saline pool, and the large number of towels available after swimming.
The front-desk staff was helpful with various questions, and went above and beyond to provide for a comfortable experience.
The location of the hotel is perfect for those passing through, or visiting Lexington.
