The Christ Hospital Physicians - Primary Care

Switched from St. Elizabeth about 2 yrs ago and never looked back. Care is patient focused rather than money focused like St. Elizabeth. Dr. Walter is wonderful, takes time to listen, and explains everything clearly and concisely. They do blood work right in the office and anything they can't do is just a shirt drove to the center in Fort Wright. Wish there was a Christ hospital on this side of the river. Highly recommend.

I went to Christ physicians in Florence,ky and Mary Mann and candi were two of the sweetest ladies I have met.Their bedside manner was phenomenal,they took excellent care of me.After the blood draw today I started bleeding real bad and they immediately took me back and they assessed the situation and cleaned me up.Thank you so much for everything and I will be forever grateful to Christ physicians

The facility is very clean and new looking. Staff was friendly and helpful! NP Swafford was friendly, thorough, nonjudgmental, and helpful. I'm very glad I chose her and this office. Highly recommend.

I have been very impressed by the entire office staff. They have responded quickly to all of my non-urgent inquiries. And it is so convenient.

Day and night difference in the best way in comparison to St. Elizabeth Healthcare system! Everyone at this physician office (especially my doctor) are very professional, compassionate, knowledgeable and have excellent bed side manner. Highly recommended.

Dr Copeland is rude, unsympathetic, and pretentious. My “reason” for visit took literally less than 3 minutes and I asked if I could bring up a few things since I was having symptoms and was told my 20 min visit was only for addressing my “reason”. I will be finding a new office. This office also is very hard to get into when sick and does not offer tele-health visits. Very disappointing because I generally prefer the Christ network.

The doctor and nurse are amazing. It’s the front desk lady that has attitudes not wanting people to come back to this location. If you aren’t happy with your job find a different one that makes you happy. They are the face of the office and shouldn’t ever treat patients like they do.

The fact they're still forcing people to wear a mask is proof you should not be going here! To continue to enforce a policy that has no scientific or health backed evidence of working is a complete shame.

Would be alot better if they'd stop enforcing a worthless and ignorant mask mandate.
