Hyatt Regency Lexington

I stayed here for a work-related conference, and the conference was being held near the Rupp Arena, so this hotel was very close to where our conference was being held. We were able to walk from the hotel to the conference center without having to leave the building, which was very convenient. The hotel is located in a great area where you can walk to a variety of stores and restaurants, also. The room itself was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom came equipped with a lot of things that are not normally stocked in hotels such as q-tips and cotton balls. On my second day, the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking due to someone above me, but I was able to move rooms quickly thanks to the staff. One of the staff members that was absolutely amazing was Diana. She gave us a lot of information and was so friendly! I had a nice time staying here.

I’m not sure what’s up with bad reviews, but my stay was great.

Room was clean, fantastic shower pressure, beds were comfy, towels were soft and clean, and the view/location was phenomenal. I didn’t have any HVAC issues in my room and all the staff were friendly.

I did not visit the pool area or the restaurant so I can’t speak on any of that.

If I had to critique anything it would the carpet was a little gross in spots, but it’s a hight traffic hotel so it didn’t bother me. There also isn’t a microwave in the room.

Don’t let the negative reviews stop you from staying here (it almost did me, but I risked it to be connected to the arena).

The hotel was so accommodating- we had the best experience with Diana and her daughter. They made our checkin , stay - so wonderful.

The staff at night and in the morning were very genuine and helpful. I truly mean that. Some ppl you can tell are just genuinely nice and want to help you, and that was the case with everyone I interacted with. It really gave the place a welcoming and cozy vibe. Great location, too.

What a great hotel! Wonderful location, close to shopping and restaurants. There's also a restaurant in the lobby. Beautiful pool area with fitness center and outdoor lounging area. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel connects to the Rupp Arena and the Central Bank Center.

Very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay there. Glad the company paid - a little pricey.

Right next door to Rupp Arena. Has airport shuttle. Rooms are big and comfortable. Rom safe, great shower head and you won't have to bend down, it's made for us talk people. Breakfast buffet was $20 but came with custom made omelet, big and fluffy and full as I've ever had. Room had all amenities and we had a great view of downtown

The hotel is a bit older but pretty nice. There's no restaurant on sight that i was aware of. And everything around it closed fairly early.

Excellent! Clean and bug free room, indoor swimming pool, workout room, and restaurant. Room service if needed. Always Fast and Friendly service. Next door to Rupp Arena and rain free skywalk. Parking is across street and easy to get to. Another restaurant with theater is across street so there is plenty to do when staying there. It is a perfect vacation or business hotel!!! Yes, I would stay there again!

I'm going to give it a 5-star rating because I know what a 5-star rating hotel looks like. I know because I have never seen staff handle so many people in such a calm cool collected manner That starts at the top with policies that caters to the perspectives of our organic selves. They were extremely kind to me. The atmosphere was more vacation like

Clearly the go to room to book here is the Deluxe Suite. Space, space, comfort, peace, and largess are just a few words to describe the overall intake of the suite. The staff are ALL beyond superior in hospitality and going above and beyond. Housekeeping is phenomenal. To recognize a few true standouts: Leah in housekeeping, Angel at welcome reception, and Rachel, Anthony, Tabitha, Christopher, and management at Bluefire grill. The free parking across the street sets this gem apart from the other downtown options. This is the go to spot in Lexington overnight visits!

Great location. Staff was friendly. Had some maintenance issues with the room and since they were sold out for the nights of my stay, they couldn’t move me to another room. However, the front office manager went out of her way to find ways to make up for it, which I truly appreciated.

Met the Assistant Bar Manager, Christian, at the hotel bar one night. He was phenomenal! Me and my friend ended up staying an extra night bc of him. He shared a list of fun adventures we could do in the area after our work event. He was so friendly and made our time in Lexington way more special than originally planned. Thank you!

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been a great experience.

Very nice hotel: quality rooms and amenities. We really appreciated having a refrigerator in our room, though we did not have a microwave. The shower was nice & also spacious. There is also a pool and fitness center. Their catering is pretty good too; particularly noteworthy were the helpful and courteous staff members.

We always stay here when going to Rupp for concerts. The rooms are always clean. The staff is friendly. It's nice that they have a restaurant and bar. We don't have to leave once we check in.

Beautiful hotel experience. Easy walking to lots of restaurants and activities, friendly staff and overall high quality feeling. The rooms aren’t the newest but I actually preferred this Hyatt regency to several “new” ones I’ve been to lately. Very comfortable.
