Burger King

Samantha and Logan know how to make me happy! When I came through today they completely changed my entire look on how Burger King is! I last went to this Burger King a year and a half ago and stopped due to the horrible service I received! Samantha and Logan had a very wonderful conversation with me about how they have been there for a little over a year around the time I last went and try providing the best service to my town Fairview Heights!! The store looked brand new since I haven’t went in since covid! It’s clean, the staff are friendly, and my food was hot! Thank you Samantha and Logan for taking the time to chat and help me understand why it’s better! I WILL be back frequent!

I don't like paying a lot of money for fast food. Their 2 sandwiches for $6 is perfect menu item for a quick meal & a reasonable price. Their flame-grilled burgers are one of the tastiest in the fast food industry.

Awesome customer service every weekday morning! Wonderful daytime staff at this location. Weekend nights seem to have problems though, randomly closing much earlier than advertised.

The red head who took my order was friendly, neat, and you could tell he cared about us. Great service and will be back to see him! Thanks Logen (I think his name tag said that)

The young man that was working this morning did fantastic. He was working both the 1st and 2nd drive thru window. I do not know his name, but he did a great job. Best Burger King Service!

There is something very comforting about a burger king hamburger. Not sure exactly why other than it never changes, for the most part is always good and has that charbroil taste that is nearly authentic as firing up the grill on a beautiful summer evening. Lol...strange to wax poetic about burgers. Had the whopper with cheese plain. As expected very good. I have an actual phobia about mayonnaise so I order all sandwiches without condiments. I figure if they don't have to add ANYTHING to the burger then it is less likely that mayo will show up unexpectedly. The onion rings I ordered alongside it was wonderful. They have the best fast food onion rings. ..salty with that underlying sweetness from the onion and a breading that is the perfect ratio between onion and flour. My dining companion had the fish fillet and thought it good for fast food but a bit oily. This is my go to burger choice if I am having fast food...it is a good thing that the nearest location is a 20 minute drive away or I might be eating this semi-unhealthy (but oh so great) meal a lot more often.

I brought my Father here for years. This location made him a King. Brought my son today first time since Dad passed. Hands down the best fast food staff in the area. Friendly and good, affordable food. Son rates, "most excllent".
Most fast food is punishment in the area. Dine here for a break.

I love the chicken salads here. I've been eating pretty healthy lately, so I generally don't ever get anything besides the chicken salad when I am hungry and didn't bring my lunch to work with me. I never get the drinks or fried foods, so I can't really comment on those things.

The drive-thru employees were very courteous and my food was hot and ready immediately after I paid for it, and it was accurately prepared.

If you like hamburgers, you gotta love their Whoppers. Nice, new, clean facility with friendly staff right by the mall. If you haven't tried their ice cream you should try it's really good

The lady at the window so overwhelmed and apologetic from another customer and she was so nice. Not her fault we had to wait. She deserves a raise.

We go to the one in Fairview in the morning to grab some quick breakfast sandwiches. Always friendly and croissant sandwiches always tasty and hot. Great start to our day!

This location is HANDS DOWN the best Burger King in the metro east area! Everything always tastes fresh and delicious! And the crew is very polite and fast!

My mom and son come here a lot. So much so that all the staff know his name! The service was great and my son always asks to come back!

I got breakfast for my work this morning and the manager was super helpful incredibly nice and very fast. no complaints
