Delicious wood fired pizzas in a beautiful riverside setting! Pleasant outdoor patio overlooking the river. Very good customer service; everyone we interacted with was friendly and kind. Our pizza had a small hole/tear which they noticed before bringing it to us and started making a second pizza. This is a perfect lunch spot if you are biking/walking the Cedar River Trail- there is plenty of space to park your bike.

Very tasty pizzas at a very reasonable price! This cozy pie joint has a lovely deck and outdoor dining area right alongside the river. They have a wide variety of pizza choices but I went with the classic pepperoni, adding jalapenos. My friend got the cheese pizza, and we were both very full and satisfied at the end. It's also refreshing to find a restaurant serving quaffable red wines without charging through the roof for a glass (around $6). We'll be back!

This was our first dine in visit and this place did not disappoint! My daughter and I ordered the Evergreen and it came out perfect! From the moment you pick up the first slice, you notice that everything about this pizza is hot and fresh. The taste was second to none and I mistakenly thought we would have leftovers, instead we devoured this pie and left incredibly satisfied. I highly recommend eating here and I look forward to trying a different pizza next time.

Amazing pizza spot, and amazing location!

This is definitely among the top pizza places in the PNW. They have several outdoor (covered) seating areas RIGHT next to the water, and also a walking/biking path!

The pizza was seriously amazing! The sauce was a little on the sweet side, but not in a bad way at all. The crust was perfection, I genuinely mean they have one of the best crusts in the game. We ordered the spicy BBQ wings (6ct) I will say they were not spicy but oh man was the sauce tasty! The wings were also prepared perfectly.

I highly recommend checking this pizza place out if your in the are for any reason, or just driving by and craving some delicious food.

Love the staff and food. We hadn't visited this location in a few years. This time we were on a bike ride on the Cedar River trail. Love the new deck and back patio area. There is a path that leads on from the trail now. Great for a half way point, food and refreshments!

Great pizza. We are all vegetarians. So we ordered evergreen in garlic sauce, tahoma and lombardi. Everything was amazing. We also got the ranch along with it.

INCREDIBLE food, beautiful view in the covered and heated patio area of the river. Awesome for lunch and a great date spot! Super clean, employees are down to Earth and super friendly. All around great vibe and my favorite local pizza place. They do events/catering too!

My first time with my family at Cascadia and we had a blast! Pizza was perfectly cooked and the wood fired wings were great. I had a few questions about the menu and the gentleman at the window was more than happy to help!

Beautiful little backyard area, sunny, green lawn, brand new trex picnic tables, all surrounded by flowers! Friendly staff , my gluten free pizza was good w crispy crust edge. It also overlooks the cedar river!

This is such a cool location with lots of outdoor seating. Cascadia has really unique topping combos with a pizza choice for everyone. They had live music the Fri night we were there and we easily found seating on the deck overlooking Cedar River. We will definitely be back!

Best pizza in all of Washington! They make the most amazing wood fired pizza. The crust is surprisingly soft, and the pizza options are unique and plentiful. So flavorful and delicious. Loved the half and half option because I had a hard time deciding they all sounded so good. We also enjoyed the beautiful view on the river - peaceful!

My team had a fabulous time renting the Cascadia Food Truck! Would definitely recommend the chez, butcher, and cascadia margherita pizzas. I did hear very good things about the dairy free & gluten free options as well! Collin, Thomas, and the whole Cascadia team was awesome to work with, would absolutely work with them again!!

We ordered the 2-BBQ sauced pizzas, "Lolo" and "Cowboy" and wings (not pictured) perfect personal sized pizzas packed with flavour. There were plenty of outdoor seating, dog friendly and some overlooking a really nice river view.

The bathroom was pretty much in the kitchen, be aware that the floor is slippery when you go in.

This joint constantly produces amazing pizza! One of the few I’ve found that uses cupping pepperoni, but they also have some delicious garlic butter they put on the crust if you choose to add it, and you should! My favorite is the butcher, but the Cascadia margherita is amazing too. Balsamic glaze, nothing but deliciousness.

This place is a gem in the woods. Great views of the river/creek and they have a great heater for these cold and rainy PNW winter days. We had the butcher and added mushrooms with the balsamic reduction drizzle. Crust was exceptionally chewy, just how I like it, and had just the right amount of crispiness to the edges. Loved the pepperoni and how the edges curled up to look like little delicious bowls. The cheesy bread sticks are pretty good as well. I wished those had a little more crisp to the crust. Next time we will try the garlic butter sauce pizzas.

Fast, high quality pizza with friendly staff and patio seating. View from outdoor back dining area is beautiful! The Lombardi with a root beer on tap is our family’s favorite.

Patio was warm and mellow - dog friendly (😎) Half order Buffalo Wings (I thought they were bomb - Wifey would have like them more well done) Caesar Salad (Wow super fresh crunchy greens 🥬 (10/10) Large Butcher (Meaty Smokey Heaven) Large Buckley with added Mushrooms (our Favorite) Cant wait to go back in the summer !!

I was in the area when I passed by this establishment. Wood fired pizza is hard to pass up especially if it is next to a river with views.

I ordered the Lolo per staff recomendation and it did not disappoint. I also got 16 bbq wings to share with my husband and we both agreed that it had just the perfect amount of sauce, a nice char flavor and the wings were juicy and meaty.

During our visit, the staff put a bowl of ice water out for our German shepherd. He also directed me on how to take the trail across the bridge and down the stairs to Cedar River. I was able to take my daughter and dog down to the water while we waited for our food.

In terms of ambience, we did not use their seating areas since we had to get home to Tukwila, but they had a beer garden (that kind of resemble a garden lol) and plenty covered seating.

Top notch. If you are a local you know 😉. If you passing by, you better STOP🫡. HAHAH. Great service and excellent pizza. Parking lot is small but only idiots give low rating for that. But that's their only down side. Otherwise great pizza in the Maple Valley area. 🤩

Stopped here after a Sunday drive and little walk around the nearby park. Eating food overlooking a river is always inspiring. Pizza and Cascadia Sticks were really good and filling. Pizza crust was soft and pillowy. Can rarely go wrong with wood-fired pizza. 😋 Staff was very nice.
