Awesome company with quality appliances and the delivery guys were fantastic as well as such good fellows and this was the best appliance purchase I have ever had. Will go to Hunter in the future for our house needs. Highly reccomend.

Wonderful service and products!
We saw a sign for Hunter’s on our way into Afton and dropped in to look at mattresses. Linda was very helpful and sweet - our mattress and bed frame were delivered to Jackson a few weeks later. **super comfortable mattress and roomy bed frame**
Anytime we are in the area, we stop by to say hello. Linda and Mark (owners) are wonderful people. Grateful for Hunter’s!

I had a fantastic experience with Hunter's Furniture and Appliance this week. A few weeks ago, I contacted Hunter's about chest freezers, and Eli graciously emailed me all of my options. This week, I called Eli, selected the freezer, and he arranged delivery THE SAME DAY! It was a flawless process, including the delivery and installation. The delivery driver, Craig, was extremely efficient and friendly, and he got us set up in no time. Thanks so much to Hunter's for taking such great care of us. During these challenging times, it was a real comfort to get that freezer. THANK YOU, HUNTER'S!!!

To date in your reviews you state the following;
1. As a business we never helped you.
2. We as a business lie to our customers.
3. We scammed you.
4. Our service is bad.
On 1/2/21 Jason & Katie Carder purchased a new fridge from us. We appreciate you buying from us and it is our goal to have satisfied customers. Thank you for this opportunity to educate any who read this. In the last 5 years appliance manufacturers have drastically changed their service policies. These polices make it impossible for the selling dealer to provide the level of service we once provided and our customers expect after an appliance failure has occurred.
Manufacturers now manage all aspects of service once the product is in the home. Customers must now call manufacturers themselves to initiate a service request. Manufacturers also dispatch repair technicians of their choosing. Manufacturers determine all outcomes based on their policies stated in the owners manual found in your new appliance. Sadly this process does not automatically keep the selling dealer in the loop as you would assume and we would like to be.
We feel these changes do not provide the level of service we all expect. They set their rules. I know you are frustrated and have the right to be so. We did provide help and instructions to you when you came in with your appliance issue. We even helped you enter a service claim from our store. We did call technicians several times to see if they had been dispatched. We even called the manufacturer ourselves taking 55 minutes to get though on your behalf.
Katie you came into our store a second time using profanity and a raised voice at our employees after talking to the manufacturer. Then left the store screeching your tires in our parking lot and speeding down the road.
The stated claims in your ongoing reviews are from your discussions with the manufacturer. We did provide help, we didn’t lie to you, we didn’t scam you. We are sorry your appliance failed. We have been very helpful, patient and professional with you to date. We have been behind the scenes being your greatest advocate during these issues.

We own a property in Jackson and our dishwasher went out while we had renters...on a Friday. I don't live locally, so this gets difficult. Hunters is the closest home furnishing and appliance store and came highly recommended by my property manager. Linda could not have been more helpful. Within minutes, she was able to give me a list of dishwashers they had in stock, in a variety of price ranges, and helped me choose the right one for us. She found a way to get it delivered for me on a Saturday so my property manager could install it. I could not have asked for a better experience and will be making the drive over to Hunters in Afton from now on. We are always replacing furnishings and appliances go out at the most inconvenient time. Hunter's is a beautiful store and has everything we could need. I am so excited to have found them. For a small town, the prices are very acceptable. I purchased a new recliner and while looking for a cover I needed the dimensions, requiring me to look it up. I purchased the chair for much less than big name stores advertising elsewhere. Staff, though busy were very friendly and more than willing to help me out with any and all questions that I had. I really hadn't intended to buy that day but the customer service and price were my convincing factor.
Update:
Had an issue with the chair, made a phone call, and while traveling was sent the replacement part quickly and at no charge. Just can’t beat the customer service!

We have been Hunter's customers since they opened. They are fabulous to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. It doesn't matter what the problem is, they take care of it pronto, even it if means the company has to send replacement sheets. Nothing is too small for them to provide customer satisfaction!

I purchased all my kitchen appliances, laundry appliances, and a queen size bed for my Jackson Hole home from Hunters Furniture and Appliances and couldn't be happier. Linda Hunter actually picked out my kitchen appliances and Mark Hunter made sure they were installed correctly. It was an absolutely pleasant experience doing business with the Hunters.

Hunter's ROCKS! I was in laundry room hell with a brand-new-never-worked-at-all Whirlpool Duet front load washer and dryer I had purchased at the Idaho Falls Sears store. It took 3 weeks for them to deliver it, then it didn't work...took another week to get someone out to look at it, still didn't work, was told it would be 2 more weeks before they could send someone to repair it. I called Hunter's in a panic, told Eli my sad story and my desperate need for a new stackable washer/dryer set ASAP, and the next day they delivered a Frigidaire set to me. They made sure the washer worked before they left, but there were issues with the dryer but we all thought the issue was a problem with the breaker in my house. Unfortunately, it wasn't the breaker that was messed up, but the next day Jacob showed up and took my dryer apart and found the problem and had it up and running in no time. After over 3 weeks, I finally have a working washer and dryer, and Hunter's has a very loyal customer for life!!! That old adage of "buy local" is so very, very true....buy local at Hunter's!

We have purchased nearly every appliance and furniture item that we have owned in the past 17 years from Hunters. The last item purchased was our stove and fridge. Check this out! The refrigerator open on the right hand side of the door which was opposit of our countertops, Mr Hunter (the younger one) offered to change it to a Left side open!!I I didn't know that could be done! It was late in the afternoon, But these guys The Hunters STILL took the time to let us know, ask if we wanted it changed And took the time to change it over! Service doesn't get any better than that!

Hunter's has been terrific in their sales and service. I have dealt with the business for years and always been treated fairly. Excellent prices as well as merchandise. Only place to shop for a quality product.
