Park Hills Dentistry

This was the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. The staff was very attentive and made me feel extremely comfortable. They also gave me a lot of options for getting my smile back moving forward. Thanks guys.

I had a great first visit with them. The staff is so nice!!!! The doctor is so patient and doesn't rush when explaining things to you. I'll be going here for all of my dental needs.

Had a crown in place for nearly 20 years come off. Got in, took xray to ensure underlying tooth was good, re-glued the crown. Probably 30 minutes or less and my part to pay was $14.xx. Best non-preventative visit I've ever had!

I was nervous about Dentist but they made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything that she was going to do and the lady Alicia, made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone very friendly.

Well, not like many people actually want to go to the dentist, but I liked this place and the people working there. I had somewhat of an emergency situation, and they got me in, Dr. Kim assessed and handled the tooth well, and I was.on my way. They were up front about pricing, nice clean facility, Dr. Kim is great and explains things well, and staff are really good too.

I found Park Hills and Dr. Oberst when I had somewhat of a dental emergency. I haven't historically taken the best care with my dental health and this resulted in a severely infected tooth. I Googled best dentist in Lexington and Dr. Oberst happened to come up. I called the office and they saw me that afternoon. After much convincing, she finally got me to relent and let her pull the tooth, which I admittedly was scared to death of. Ever since that initial visit, I am thankful for that Google search that led me to Park Hills and Dr. Oberst. That had a great deal to do with the amount of care and concern she took. I've never had a dentist, or any doctor for that matter, call me on a Saturday morning to make sure I wasn't having any issues with the extraction. While I don't exactly look forward to going to the dentist, I have much less anxiety about going given the confidence and trust I have in her and their amazing staff. If you are looking for a new dental office or dentist, I highly recommend giving Park Hills a try!

Good experience Excellent work. Only a minor complaint. This may not pertain to all or most patients, but I’m a bit hearing impaired. Mostly (not all) of the technicians and doctors speak to me from behind my exam chair. Very often they speak to me while I still lying probe in the chair. It would be helpful to me, if I’m sitting upright and the person speaking is in front of me. Giving me a few minutes to regroup in a sitting position would be nice.

Also,I’ve been spoiled by my wife’s experience with bedside practices. The doctors and techs always sit down at eye level when speaking of care options. We’ve noticed and liked that over the past 4+ years.

Granted dental care and cancer care are two totally different treatment settings. I only mention this because you asked.

This issue is NOT a deal breaker for me or my wife. We are pleased without care and have no intention of searching for another dentist. All personnel from doctors, technicians, and office staff are always kind, courteous, and accommodating to us. Thank You.

This is only a minor observstion. And from a couple who have been spoiled by quality cancer care.

The staff is very prompt, kind, and courteous from the time you walk in until you leave. I would highly recommend them! I thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Oberst and the hygienist, Diana. Dr. Oberst took her time and made sure all my questions were answered while Diana made sure I was comfortable and understood what took place during my cleaning.

I’ve been seen by Dr.Oberst multiple times now & she is always a pleasure to visit, as well as her staff. I highly recommend Park Hills.

Dr Oberst and her staff got me in on short notice for severe tooth pain. Everyone was nice, welcoming and so helpful. I really appreciate their help

Parkhills dentistry is the best dentist I've ever visited. The staff was amazing! 🤩 The staff was knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend this dentist to everyone.

I had a horrible tooth ach, Park Hills Dentistry was able to get me in the same day.
The staff was extremely friendly, the whole process from scheduling, to paper work to the actual procedure went extremely well. I've experienced some trauma as a kid from a dentist visit and have extreme Anxiety, The staff did a good of keeping me comfortable which kept my anxiety down. Overall great dental experience.

The girls really took good care of me today. My anxiety was through the roof when I arrived. Alisha talked me through the procedure and what would happen. Dr. Travis was awesome, she understood my anxiety and worked with me. Office girls nice and understanding also.

Great experience and very friendly staff. I had my first visit there and I normally always have painful dental visits but not at Park Hills Dentistry. It was a relief to find a dentist that knows what their doing and care for their patients

From the moment I walked in everyone was so polite. After being called back they addressed the issue I was having and took the time needed to explain everything to me. Once I return home they reached out to make sure I was doing Ok. I'm a person who struggles with anxiety and without even knowing this they eased my nerves. I'm truly thankful that my experience was good because this was my first root canal. I look forward to returning and having them continue addressing all of the issues I have with my teeth

Dr. Travis continues to provide me with the best of care; she listens and addresses any questions or concerns I might have. Shayla and all front office staff are welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend Park Hills Dentistry for compassionate and quality care.

They got me in within one day of calling. I don’t have insurance and was a new patient. I had chipped both my front teeth. They took great care of me, communicating through the entire process, and I left with my teeth fixed within an hour of my appointment. Staff is awesome, very friendly. I will return when I need other work done.
