Big Al is the man to see. Had a problem with my digital gauge for my tires and instead of making me buy another one he actually replaced it after a couple years. He said as long as you're happy. Definitely go to the new AutoZone on Parker Street as they had moved from next door and the building is much larger and the staff is amazing. Old location on right. Still in same plaza.

I had a few issues with my jeep so I ordered several things online. Showed up a bit later and everything was ready when I got there.

I even installed one thing in the parking lot but needed a couple of tools I didnt have to do it. They were happy to let me borrow what I needed.

So far they have had everything I needed in stock and have been very pleasant to deal with.

I have been going there for years. My dad would bring me when I was 16 now I bring my son. People are grate! Rick -Big al. Thanks

Albert helped us decide what was needed to charge an air conditioner. He was very patient in explaining how to do it. He is the kind of representative your customers deserve. You are very fortunate he works for you.

Even though we both were unsuccessful with getting my headlight out, he deserves a 5 start review. Wanted to thank Jeremy. Been in multiple times over the months and he’s always extremely helpful and lots of knowledge on any vehicle I’m working on. Saved me a couple hundreds bucks on a fuel pump by telling me in 90s Ford put a reset switch in the trunk and over the years and a good pothole will trip the switch and turn the fuel pump off. Called my son and he found the button pushed it and my car started up! Another time Jeremy helped fix a problem I thought was my heater core but he asked if my a/c was working. I said no and he recharge it first and see if it makes the fogging go away and it did! Then another time he came outside to check my steering and showed me the easiest way for a straight axle to see what parts were bad. Diagnosed my trackbar and recommended I replace the old bolt also and it’s perfect now! Thank you Jeremy !

They recently moved next door into a significantly larger space. I believe it will function as a new distribution hub for other local stores. Quick effective help.

Just went in to get my engine code looked at, and the guy that helped me was awesome! I think his name was Ryan? Super friendly, funny dude. 😁

Great crew of service techs went above and beyond to get me the right info and part .A bit pricey compared to other stores that start with a N🤣 but if u need it they got👍. Strongly recommended

Actually every time we got great service, we usually back to that store. Customer service and sale associates are helpful, even go extra mile to check your car needs making you buy the right thing or install small thing if it is matter of a minute to do that, very please with my last visit buying light bulbs and brakes.

Wanted to thank Jonathan for his excellent service. Helped me with the purchase of front and back brakes, rotors and calipers.

Needed some wiper blades for my wife's car. They had options for me to choose from, cost more than the old replacement blades. Most cars seem to use the beam style now. They work great. Well worth the money.
